This front end, corner unit has large sliding glass doors bringing in the beautiful sun and fresh sea air. Fully furnished and equipped with amenities for your visit. Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and Keurig coffee maker, cookware, dinnerware and dishes. The living room has amazing vaulted ceilings, flat screen TV with DVD, expanded cable, gas fireplace and American Leather queen-size sofa sleeper. Additional twin American Leather sofa sleeper in the living room. American Leather sleeper sofas are known as "the world's most comfortable sofa sleeper". All linens for the sofa sleepers are provided. Dining table seats 6 with two additional seats at the bar. Primary bedroom has a king bed and daybed (great for a child to sleep on). It also comes with flat screen TV. The Second bedroom has a queen bed. Bedrooms have high end sheets, bed pads and pillows along with five star white duvet covers and shams. Jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower in the beautiful primary bathroom. Upstairs bathroom has a regular tub/shower combo. Fine art throughout adds to your vacation enjoyment. The condo comes with a washer, dryer, vacuum, and additional fans. Beautiful deck off of the living room with a Weber grill.

It was a comfortable place to stay, close to the beach. Bring your own beach towels, they don't offer any. Check in was easy. Property management company wasn't the best to deal with outside of check in and check out.

This house is located within walking distance of all the great things to do in Avila and fit the 3 of us easily. There were a few minor issues. First the garage door keypad never worked, the rental company sent a handyman out right away so the delay was about 40 mins getting into the house. Secondly there was a hole in the roof about the entryway and it leaked rainwater onto the floor. Obviously no way to fix that while we were there and shouldn’t be a problem if no rain is expected.

Property was great. Close to everything in Avila by walking,and only minutes away from SLO or Pismo Beach by car. We toured the entire central coast during our month long stay. From the elephant seals near San Simeon, wineries around Paso Robles and south to areas around Santa Maria.

This condo was the perfect place for our family of 4. Our only two issues were some ants in the downstairs/main bathroom, as well as that shower head having several holes blocked due to calcification/rust. The garage had several beach chairs, an umbrella, and sand toys.

We enjoyed the property very much due to its location. The rooms were comfortable and clean. However, carpets had some stains and walls had chipped paint spots due to wear. Floors in living room had extensive scratches and marks. The condo needs to be inspected as some of the windows in the top floor, kitchen/living room area, are broken and due not open. We could not keep this area cool, as the room faces south & west exposure. Otherwise, the place has all the amenities that are needed to enjoy the stay.

The unit looked as pictured on VRBO. Lots of space for our family of four. It would easily and comfortably accommodate 2 more people. The location is great. I did not find it to be too busy or noisy at all. Very short walking distance to shops and restaurants. Overall, we loved it and would definitely book again.

The property is located in a nice location for beach and restaurant access. Window blinds were not in working condition and the bathroom toilet had a small leak. The dryer was inoperable and thus, laundry was not an option. Property management was nice and brought additional towels. Carpets and couch/pull-out upholstery could use a deep clean. Other than that, I would recommend this property. The location can't be beat!

Both door locks need at least some graphite to loosen them up. I was afraid the key would break off in one of the locks and left the garage door unlocked all the time.2) The vertical blinds sorely need replacement. Three of the ones in the main bedroom have broken off. We had to prop them in the open slots and use towels to help keep the outside lights out so we could sleep. The others are twisted, bent and don't provide privacy. 3. One of the chairs in the dining room is broken with a leg that is about to fall off. And yet, it was tucked under the table with no indication that it was unsafe to use. It almost collapsed when I sat on it. We put a note on it and set it aside.4. The drain in the downstairs shower is clogged. (Not fun showering while standing in a puddle of drain water.)5. The ceiling fan in the upstairs bedroom doesn't work (although the others do and floor fans were provided).6. We couldn't figure out how to get the oven above 350 degrees as it is confusing to use. Although this property is in need of repairs and a deep cleaning, it does have the potential to be a great rental. It is showing wear and tear from careless users: the vertical blinds have broken, torn or missing slats and are barely operable, the shower needs new caulking and tile grout cleaning, one (only used one bed) of the beds needs to be replaced, the dining table needs the screws to be tightened up (shifts side to side), the tvs need to have universal remotes, some pans and dishes were dirty when we arrived, blow dryer is old and ineffective, none of the door stops had rubber ends on them and all the doors have holes in them from them, door knob to garage needs attention, the bamboo floors are heavily scratched, although a broom was available, a dust pan would have been nice!

1) Area was quiet.
2) the WiFi was strong and consistent across the property.
3) Water pressure in the showers was strong, including the hot water.
4) Beds were comfortable.
5) HVAC worked properly.

7) every sink, lock, faucet and toilet were in working order.

Loved the close proximity to Avila beach and restaurants. It was very convenient to stay, play at the beach.

Not enough space for how bad this was!
This property needs so much help that I couldn’t leave my entire review here. The property manager shows little to no care for the property. There were other guests in this complex that had the same problems we had in our unit. No AC because it’s a beach town. That’s fine, but the windows have to work! Half of the windows did not open because they were in such bad condition. The box/standing fans were totally covered in filth! And we had to use them because it was so hot. The blinds were broken and didn’t keep light out or provide privacy when we were changing. The bed room door wouldn’t stay closed. The glass dining room table was not put together well and wobbled when you used it. The door knob for the garage door just spins in your hand. The front door doesn’t lock properly. The bushes on the patio are over grown. When we reached out to the property manager, they didn’t give us the time of day. I do not advise staying here!

We rented this property for five nights and had a great time. Nice place, two block walk to Front and the beach. Made us minimize our beach gear. We enjoyed our stay.A couple notes:The entire complex could use a shared outdoor shower or access to a garden hose to clean off the sand from the beach. The only issue we had in the unit itself was the dishwasher - it was dirty when we arrived. Issue was resolved easily (thank you). Of the major appliances in the unit, the dishwasher is showing its age and abuse the most. Also, the shower in the master is still as other reviews note, backward. Cold is hot, hot is cold. And FYI there's no hooks or even a soap dish in that shower stall, so there's nowhere but the floor to put razors and things. And speaking of sharp things low, the kitchen knives are stored in a drawer, in case anyone has young kids. All that stuff didn't affect our stay really - those are just the idiosyncrasies of this unit that I think others would find helpful to know.
