Cheap and cheerful

Hotel was clean and comfortable and staff were lovely

Breakfast was chaotic people reaching over each other didn't know which direction they were going one guest using pancakes machine taking forever and taking all chocolate spreads meaning non left for other kids really could do with member of staff directing people

Good hotel in a great location

The room was very good. The toiletries are Dove. The staff were very nice and helpful. The breakfast had a good selection and very comfortable surroundings.

It was OK.

The breakfast was lovely and location was very handy to the city.

There were stains on the carpet and furniture. The bathroom toilet was also stained. It could have been cleaner. No bath was disappointing.

Staff here very warm and friendly. Alan at the desk was very attentive whenever we had questions.

They experience was very nice as I was there for the Derry Halloween festival. It's a nice city.

The hotel is located in a very nice area. Everything is very close to it. My stay at the hotel was very good as well. The rooms were clean and all the necessities were inside. The beds were comfortable. The staff were very nice and kind.

There is nothing that I didn't like.

Ask about the Irish TV channels!

Breakfast was great. Loved the fact that it was included in the price. The selection was very good. The tables were cleaned so quickly - ready for the next guest!

No Irish Television channels! Yes, thats right! Although not strictly in the Republic Of Ireland - RTE TV Channels should be freely available in Northern Ireland. Yet, none avaiable anywhere in the hotel? Make sure to ask at the Desk - WHERE ARE THE IRISH TELEVISION CHANNELS?

Comfortable, convenient place in the heart of Derry.

The room was very comfortable and provided a great night's sleep with blackout curtains and air conditioning for the unseasonably warm weather at the time. The location is convenient, as it is close to all the places where we wanted to spend time in Derry. Kevin at the front desk was really friendly and welcoming, and made sure we had everything we needed. He even delivered a couple of dental kits to our room because we had not planned to spend the night in Derry. We didn't take advantage of it, but there's a nice big bar in the lobby for hanging out and having a pint or two.

The breakfast is unfortunately not of good standard. No selection of fresh fruits or vegetables, no cheese. Scrambled egg not acceptable in quality, bacon and sausage kept warm for too long. The neighbouring pubs are very loud.

Kids running wild to the early hours wile there parents drunk in the bar and asked staff a few times about getting this sorted out and they didn’t Also the room was to small for a king room beds was just pushed together and kept falling through the middle of the bed not good
