About this house rental

This home is awesome! Located on a quiet cul de sac within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, entertainment and beaches, the open floor plan, spacious rooms, and wrap-around deck are just the beginning. High-end materials and excellent craftsmanship, along with tasteful decor help to create a comfortable space that is begging to be enjoyed.
The first floor provides ample space to gather together in the great room, which includes the dining area, large kitchen with high-end appliances, granite counters, island with bar seating, custom cabinets, access to grilling on the side deck, and living room with fireplace and French doors to the back deck. A large laundry room, powder room, and den complete the first floor.
Two en-suite bedrooms situated in the front section of the second floor are separated from the master bedroom by a hallway that provides access to a walk-in closet and gorgeous tiled bath. The spacious master bedroom has a sitting area, fireplace, and cathedral ceiling.
The finished basement has two en-suite bedrooms, family/media room with fireplace, wet bar, ping pong table, and exterior access, storage areas, and a second laundry room.
All bathrooms are finely appointed with Carrera marble.
The outdoor shower is accessible from the basement and first floor areas.

My family had a sort of reunion and needed a large home to stay for the week. We had a terrific time here! Clean, spacious, and close to town. Also, a nice quiet part of the street to be.

The house is absolutely beautiful and tucked in a quiet neighborhood. The walk to downtown was 15-20 minutes which was perfectly fine. We had a few generations of family at the property as well as combining both sets of grandparents. The house enabled us to give everyone their own bedroom and own bathroom to have privacy, yet the living/dining/kitchen area was completely open for easy gathering. House was cleaned and everything was in good condition. My parents were so obsessed with the sheets that they actually ended up buying the same ones for their house! We had a slight issue with getting the TV to work and Eric responded immediately and ended up popping over quick to fix the issue. Communication was great from booking to check out. Would highly recommend staying at this property!

House was nice and spacious, in a quiet neighborhood, and walking distance to both downtown and the beach which made it really convenient. Unfortunately, some issues came up during the stay - some of which the property owner appropriately addressed and others which could have been handled much better, most notably: 1. We were there on a humid weekend and the basement stunk despite our efforts to continuously empty the dehumidifier. It was so bad that one of the couples opted to instead sleep on the floor of the den because of how bad it was in the basement. We notified the owner of this the morning after check-in; however, he did little to help resolve this simply commenting, "It is so profoundly humid that it is likely a result." The owner was not at all helpful in addressing this and it greatly detracted from our experience. 2. We also lost hot water while we were there. The owner had a repair person come out to address this (who also commented on the stench in the basement) and it was resolved a few hours later. In short, renting this house was not inexpensive and given the issues with the basement on humid days and an owner who failed to try and make it right, I would steer clear of this property.

We had an incredible week in Nantucket with our entire family. Everyone was happy and comfortable in this beautiful home, which has everything you could possibly need and is in a great location close to town, beaches, etc. I can't say enough good things about this home- but I should also mention that the owners are exceptionally nice and attentive hosts who are welcoming and always available. HIGHLY recommend this home!

This was our first time to visit Nantucket and this home was wonderful. The location is wonderful! We had teens/young adults in our group and they loved how easily they could ride their bikes to steps and jetties beaches for a quick swim, sunset photo shoot, or to fish for a while. The house is also very close to town as well as our favorite sandwich spot Something Natural. Eric was very attentive and his communication was great bc he was quick to respond and was super helpful. The house is bigger than we anticipated which was a nice surprise. There is a full size washer and dryer downstairs in the basement we well as one on the main floor. The cul-de-sac is the best street. It’s quiet and easy to park. You’ll see as you drive through down how tricky it could be to park at some other houses - it was nice to always return back to the quiet street and house after a full day. ACK has our hearts and we will be back! Thx Eric and Pam!

Great, spacious property only 10 mins from Nantucket town on a quiet cul-de-sac. Rooms are all bright and airy and very comfortable. Our only complaints were around cleanliness and lack of equipment/gear suitable for families with young children. There were several stains on our bedding and it was clear there had been a quick changeover from the previous guests. There’s also a pretty small outdoor space so know that going into it. For the price, we’d hope for better. That being said, couldn’t ask for a better location!

We had the best time in this house. The host was very easy to communicate with. The house was beautiful inside and out. Location was perfect! It was approximately 6 minutes to walk or a quick bike ride into town. We also had no problem getting Uber rides at night.

We were on the island for a wedding staying at this property. The location was perfect and the home was beautiful. Eric was very easy to get in touch with and quickly answered any questions we had. The property was amazing. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space and great communal spaces as well. Our group cooked dinner every evening in the spacious, well appointed kitchen and ate around the large dining table sharing stories of the day and of past gatherings. Everyone enjoyed coffee in the morning on the back porch and games in the evening in the family room. The property is located to allow an easy walk to town and local beaches. The owner, Eric, was very responsive and most helpful with our questions.

Just a wonderful home! Excellent layout for my and my sister’s family to vacation together on Nantucket. Great to get 7 kids (12 to 5 years old) together in such a wonderful setting. Eric was a pleasure to rent from and I highly recommend this house.

Had a wonderful stay at this property. We had 8 adults in for a long weekend and had plenty of space. Everyone had their own bedroom/bathroom and the main floor provided ample & open room for all of us to congregate comfortably. The house is a comfortable 15 minute walk to downtown and a short drive to all the other popular beaches and venues on the island. Eric and Pam were responsive and great to work with, even going above and beyond in helping us celebrate a special occasion! Will definitely stay here again!

We have been coming up to Nantucket for well over 25 years. We've owned homes in Brandt Point, Cliff and Town. This rental made us truly feel at home on the Island. Our stay included strolls to town for dinner, bike rides across the Island and sharing this wonderful Island with friends visiting for the 1st time. The location was great for all of our activities.

This review will be easy to write, because we were so pleased with the beauty and comfort of the home and the friendly owners! Home was accurately described and then some! High end everything! Beautiful decor inside and out; spacious living areas with comfortable furniture to sit, visit, rest & relax; fantastic open kitchen with everything we needed; perfect en-suite bedrooms for excellent sleep and large bathrooms provided plenty of room for everyone to simultaneously get ready for planned wedding events; great wrap around deck with plenty of outdoor seating...really every single detail was tremendous in every way! Added bonus, the owners were like old friends from the very first communication to any time we had a question, even provided suggestions for restaurants & don't miss things to do! As lovely as Nantucket is, it was nice to have an equally lovely home to stay in. Book this rental now, you won't be disappointed.

The property worked perfect for our group. We were two families of 5. The "bunk room" was perfect for the 4 older kids and they really enjoyed all being together. There was lots of space for all of us to spread out and really enjoy being together! The location is so central - close to town and to beaches so the kids had a lot of freedom which they really enjoyed. The owners could NOT have been nicer and more accommodating and kind. Thanks for a great week!

An awesome trip all around. The house was perfect for hosting kids/teenagers/adults (and infants which we had stay with us for 1-night). Easy walk to town (6-7 minutes to top of town, 10-12 minutes to ferry). Very responsive and hospitable hosts: Eric and Pammy were super helpful on every inquiry we had. The first floor was perfect for hanging out, lounging, and awesome for cooking with extremely large kitchen island and large dining table. All cooking necessities fully available, with gas bbq a step outside. Basement was dry and perfect for guests having their own separate quarters. Master bedroom is huge (and a good “getaway” to get in some quiet reading, yoga, etc.). Two sets of washer/dryer machines was perfect. Upstairs 2nd bedroom sleeps 5 comfortably. 3 minute walk to Something Natural (and oldest house on the island). Easy access to beaches. Thank you again to our hosts: a repeat visit for us is in the making.
