About this house rental

A perfect family or corporate retreat, this 6 bedroom luxury home is on Keystone's River Course golf course. Over 5,500 sq.ft. of living space with 2 master suites, 2 living areas and plenty of room for everyone. This log home has a private hot tub, gourmet kitchen, 3 fireplaces and media room allow you to enjoy your vacation in style. Easy access to ski resort, less than 5 minute drive to the slopes of Keystone.
This dramatic, well appointed log home is an authentic mountain retreat. The design and dramatic log accents will bring the feeling of the great outdoors in to you. The spectacular log home is located on a wonderfully secluded lot on the 1st fairway of Keystone's famed River Course golf course. It features 6 bedrooms, gourmet kitchen, state of the art entertainment room with high tech electronics and finishes. There's a private hot tub and huge southfacing deck overlooking the golf course and nordic trails. This beautiful home has 2 primary suites, four additional bedrooms and the highest finishes and designer furniture throughout. It's a great mountain luxury retreat.
The first level of the home has 2 bedrooms, one with a King bed, TV, private full bathroom with jetted tub, glass shower, and double sinks. The other downstairs bedroom has 2 twins, full bath in hall. Down the hall is the large family room with wet bar, mini fridge, TV Theater with DVD, Stereo system, and surround sound. There is a fireplace to keep it cozy, and also a selection of books, games, and DVD's. The house has a great design so the first level can be accessed via two separate stairways.
The Main level of this exquisite home has another living area with another TV theater area with flat screen, 5- disc DVD, and stereo system. The dining area has a large grand table to seat 8, and another 4 seating at the bar for comfortable dining for 12. The gourmet kitchen is well supplied with double ovens, Keurig, culinary utensils, pots, pans, serveware, crockpot, etc. There is a large covered deck off the main level with outdoor table and seating for 6, gas grill, and views of the 1st Fairway at the 150 yard mark.
The main level primary bedroom is fit for a king with a private deck and golf course views, King bed, private spa -like bathroom with jetted tub, separate 2-person glass shower, and double sinks. Up a small flight of 5 stairs is the large kids den, with 2 twin beds and 2 twin trundles, couches, TV, Nintendo Gamecube and games, a perfect hang out area.
The top level of the home has a sitting area with desk accompanied by 2 bedrooms, each with a queen bed and full bathrooms.
There is a 2 car garage and a wonderful large backyard area with private outdoor hot tub and patio. Views of the mountains, aspen and pines , golf course fairway / the cross country ski trail in the winter. Washer Dryer on first level.
Located in Keystone Resort with easy access off Highway 6 on all flat and paved roads, 2 miles to the gondola parking.

The home was lovely, very comfortable for a large family gathering. The peaceful and quiet setting was very relaxing yet close to Keystone and to other Summit county shops, restaurants and activities. We enjoyed eating meals outside, cooking on the grill and relaxing in the hot tub. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend the house to others.

We were very impressed with this home. It provided great place for us to stay as a family. Clean, plenty of room yet very “cozy”, great location, and not far from town or where we skied. We saw elk on the ridge our final morning there. We hope to make this an annual trip!

We had some of our management team from the Royal Gorge Route stay here, enjoying the Summit County fall colors. Beautiful home with everything needed for a great stay. The fire pit in the backyard is wonderful and everything is well appointed. We will be back!

This was a perfect property to celebrate my dad's 90th birthday. Very roomy, clean and well stocked. The management company was very accommodating in letting us check in early and also letting us check out late. We all loved the property and hope to go back next year!

The pictures do not do this property justice. The entire family actually thought it looked grander in person. We had 4 different families with us and kids ranging in all ages. More than enough rooms and felt private for each guest and plenty of spots to set up pack and plays! The radiant heating helped keep individual rooms to each persons liking! More than enough cooking gadgets and the check in process was super easy! We will be back for future stays!

This property was fantastic for what we needed - a well built, well laid out, well equipped house that could easily keep four families with their kids. It's at the end of the street, with plenty of room around it to play. It has all the amenities described (and even some extras!). Everything worked, everything was clean and tidy and exactly how we expected it to be. The property manager was extremely responsive. We will absolutely book this house again for our annual trip to Keystone next year, and you should too!

We have stayed in many VRBOs over the years, but none as enchanting, none as beautifully appointed and absolutely perfect as Carrie's home. We celebrated our only son's wedding with family. This property was absolutely amazing. The pictures do not do it justice. The space was wonderful for all of us to spread out. Every bedroom has bathroom which is a PLUS! The house was absolutely as nice as the pictures and description indicated. So much space for us to be together, and plenty of space to be apart. The kitchen was well equipped for making meals at home, and we the grill was a great plus. We loved the Keystone location which was close to everything we wanted to do without some of the traffic issues of Breckenridge and Frisco. I would stay here again without hesitation. Our only suggestion was for a few more chairs around the firepit.
