Wunderschönes Appartement, geräumig, modern ausgestattet, die Lage sehr ruhig, wir würden gerne noch einmal kommen!

Das Lokal/Café hat der gleiche Eingang wie das Apartment, sehr elegant, beruhigend, falls man was fragen möchte. Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und modern gestaltet, Bravo an d Interieur Designer! Sehr ruhige Lage, die Glocke der Kirche gibt das Gefühl man ist in einem Dorf…I love it!

Der Schlafsofa könnte besser sein…nach 4 Nächte, Rückenschmerzen… In der Küche noch eine Steckdose…es fehlt kleine Espresso Tassen. Das Fernseher im Schlafzimmer hat nicht funktioniert. Nicht tragisch, wir hätten eh nur ein Mal schauen wollen.

لا يوجد اجهزة في الشقه وادوات لتنظيف المكان خصوصا انه لا يوجد خدمه تنظيف الغرف ف من المفترض توجد ادوات تنظيف ك المكنسه واكياس النفايات وغسالة ملابس مكواه وغيرها من احتياجات

Nice location, no-staff setup works only if there are no issues…

Clean and good location

No staff facility, so if you need service, you have to try getting it via WhatsApp (firstlevel gpt based chat). Anti allergic linen is feather-filled, which might be ok for dust allergy, but not for feather allergy…. No alternative and no service available…

They stole our airpods, after confirming that they found our airpods in the room and we shared our address to be shipped to us, they came back later after one week that they cant find our AirPods

Very nice experience with Numa.

Everything was great, highly recommended place for a family vacation in Prague. Accommodation was perfect. Great location.

Check in is a bit complicated.

Service doesn’t meet the price point

•The location is nice. •Room is beautiful and spacious

• As a customer that booked the hotel before the owner change, we feel like we didn’t get what we paid for as their is no longer any service at the hotel (except the WhatsApp chat) no concierge, no cleaning service during the stay ( only possible if you stay longer than a week), basically no one working there. We didn’t encounter big issue during the stay, but I can imagine could be an issue if you encounter any emergency in the room • We didn’t receive the room PIN code on the date of arrival, only by contacting their WhatsApp chat, we were informed that the hotel didn’t receive our payment so they cannot provide us the PIN, which they should have inform us earlier on this situation. Not to mention we made the payment successfully few days before the trip, so their system is having issue on syncing those payment status with booking.com… (as I saw many people having the same situation) The hotel even asked us to do the payment again via their payment link, which is not right as that could cause double payment. At the end the agent from booking.com solved the issue for us.

Beautiful room, very clean.

No 24 hour desk with someone on duty to accept lost luggage delivery . Also, no daily housekeeping service.

Disappointing

We booked room in a place that was advertised as a 5 star hotel, but in fact it had no reception desk and only service was an extremely useless bot answering WhatsApp. Therefore we felt like residents of a cheap aparthotel.

Superb

Lovely hotel in a great quiet location yet close to all the action. Great staff and wonderful breakfast.

No towels in room on arrival amd no room clean/linen change during our 3 day stay. This should be made clear on the Booking.com details I’m the Hotel.

Exceptional

Staying at the Hotel Republika & Suites was extraordinarily pleasant. Excellent services a wonderful atmosphere and comfortable rooms make this hotel an outstanding place to stay. To top it all the hotel staff is the kindest. Thank you, I will definitely be delighted to return. :)

The staff were very welcoming and the hotel was beautifully decorated. The rooms were large and immaculate and the location was excellent - very close to the old town.

amazing value and very attentive staff who couldn’t do enough for you. strong recommend!

we were welcomed at the door on entrance and received a complimentary beer on arrival which was a nice touch. lovely smell in the hotel, very clean and a genuine 5* accommodation in a great location surrounded by several top restaurants. excellent spa facilities excellent room cleaning on a daily basis

none of any significance. no hair dryer in the room, unless I couldn’t find it.

Beautiful hotel and amazing staff

Beautiful hotel with amazing staff. It was my birthday and my boyfriend asked for a bottle of Prosecco to be sent up to the room upon arrival expecting to be charged but the hotel gave us the bottle free of charge. We were early to check in so we were offered a welcome drink and were expecting to wait at least 30 minutes but the hotel were able to prepare our room much quicker. Overall very lovely hotel and amazing staff, would definitely stay again!

fantastic hotel, value for money is exceptional

The decor was modern, clean and stylish. The employees were extremely professional, kind and helpful. The rooms were large and had brilliant facilities.

There was no Smart TV in our room and only 1 English Channel (BBC world news)

Superb

The hotel has a very unique character located conveniently centered to allow for an easy walk to the historical parts of Prague. The ambiance, the spaces, the decoration is well thought through with the lobby and the breakfast / bar area opening right to the street. The bed was exceptionally comfortable!

We haven't arrived by car but parking could be a little tricky in the neighborhood. Worth checking with the hotel directly before arrival.
