Luxury Family Hotel is very well located. Only 5 min walk to Charles Bridge or 5 min tram ride to the Castle/Cathedral. Short walk to tram stop, eateries, pubs, souvenier shops etc.Everything about the hotel is lovely and unpretentious. Friendly staff that speak english. Quiet location across the road from the Czech Senate. Very comfortable air conditioned room, and comfy bed. Good size bathroom, with bath. Convenient to have a lovely buffet breakfast every morning.
There must have been staffing issues with bar staff, none available. Otherwise lovely stay.

The location was great as advertised. It is walkable to almost every tourist spot. The front desk staff were kind, friendly, and helpful. The room was a fairytale! It was clean and comfortable. Would consider to stay here again if we were ever visit Prague in the future!
Maybe it is just personal preference but the pillow was to soft that it sink when we slept on it.

Great location not far from Castle! Comfortable beds, nice facilities overall. Staff at reception were helpful
We didn’t have a full set of towels in our room when we arrived, just one small one. I found the cleaning staff a little unfriendly when I asked for some. Also door lock was broken..had to just use the chain. Very hot in the rooms too for sleeping

One of the best we have encountered through lots of traveling
A few of slight deficiencies like not working pot lights in bathroom, dead battery in TV remote, cracked facet in sink
Which could not be fixed speedily but did not affect our comfort that much.

Great location, clean and staff was helpful.
Our room faced the street so we could hear the trams, and traffic but once you close the windows the noise level is fine.

One of the best beds we have ever slept in. Wonderful stay
No parking lots at the hotel. We were lucky in theend, but parking can be tricky in central Prague.

Realet comfortable beds. Very romantic room design. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Small breakfast but good quality. Great with alcohol at the breakfast as I had my birthday during holiday.
The pool cost 50 euro to rent! Then I don’t think it should show in photos of what is available at hotel. I think it should be included or at much lower rate. Breakfast could have been a bit bigger but what they had was lovely.

Location is the best thing with this hotel. Room was generally clean, I liked the silent music in all parts of the hotel
The hotel is not well organised, and 5 stars don't reflect the quality of services. At the very beginning, the hotel staff will ask you for a 100€ security deposit (?), like you are a teenage school excursion, but not the guest of a 5* hotel. The rooms are not very well maintained. In some places the walls are dirty, on TV only two channels are available, and the teakettle is old, broken with a terrible smell. Glasses are dirty too. At some points, the smell in the corridors was like you are in a public toilet. On the first day, we need to wait more than 30 minutes to have breakfast because the breakfast room was full. After the first hour of breakfast, you can still find some good food, however, all plates with food are almost empty, and you need to wait or ask the waitress for more food. The coffee is of very poor quality. As I said before - communication with hotel staff is very limited. In that sense, no one told us that if you have a standard room you need to pay extra for the use of the sauna/spa. At the end of our stay, the hotel staff just informed us that because we used the sauna for about 30 minutes, we need to pay 50 € (!) and that money will be automatically taken from our security deposit (!!!). When we asked why we were not informed before the use of the sauna about those additional costs - they just said sorry, we forgot to say you that, check your reservation - it is written there(?!). Of course, it is not about 50 €, but about their rudeness, and our feeling that we are cheated. By the way, the spa is very small, only a small sauna and jacuzzi bath are available, so it's silly that those facilities cost 50 €. Before our trip to Prague, I saw some bad comments about this hotel, and now I see that most of them were true. If you want to be treated well by the hotel staff, if you want good breakfast or sauna services, I recommend you to go to other places, not to this hotel.

Breakfast was acceptable. Could improve on the fruit selections. Tea could be hotter.

The location was good, not far from tourist areas…walkable distance to most places.
Nice staffs.
The hotel didn’t smell nice, we had to use diffuser all through our stay. Smells damp….
The bed had two very small duvet like the on for kids instead of one big duvet…For a superior room that’s bad. Even when we requested for a big duvet we never got it.
The cleaner barely did any cleaning, doesn’t dust the bed, doesn’t trash papers on the table…she practically only replace the toiletries and fold the duvet.
Bar opens from 6pm - 12midnight…only 6hours a day 😏

location
it wasn’t clean, the shower was broken, the room itself was on poor location as it was very loud.
7.0
Good location for tourists heading for the Prague Castle.
Better if all the staff can speak English, especially nighttime staff. Also services are at the level of business hotel - no minibar and room service.
