The sleep was the most comfortable we've had at a hotel in a long time we like the stove and refrigerator in the room the staff was exceptional
It would have been nice if we've been notified that there was not a any spoons or pots for the stove or a coffee pot that we would have had to bring our own which we did

The man at the front desk was very nice.
Everything else.

Staff was friendly
Building is run down and not clean. Our room was dingy and I had to ask for clean bedding. Replaced the pillow cases and the actual pillows were stained yellow

The room did not smell clean and I could smell cigarette smoke

The hotel is located next to an exit for the highway that gains access to a local hospital Chesapeake General we are fire engines and ambulances are blaring lights and sirens every day. Hotel staff members are allowed to live for Free on premises in exchange for employment while engaging in performance of other outside LEMON car sales personal businesses unbeknownst to corporate management. Operation of unlicensed no registration stolen POV’s with expired tags being sold to hotel residents with the knowledge of lower management involvement. The contestant lengthened duration of elevator in operation forcing residents to use dirty stairwells that residents allow their dogs to use as bathrooms due to laziness or inclement weather conditions. Frequent loud music prostitution drug infused under age sex parties are allowed to continue while of age residents pay for rooms.
The location and down sliding of hotel maintenance. My room was dirty from the time entered until final departure. Dirty floors. Roach infestation. Dirty bed sheets. Toilet inability to flush properly. Being charged for linen exchange not informed of by front desk. Rude front desk encounters. Over charged stays. Front desk personnel operating lemon car sales of unlicensed no registration stolen vehicles. Allowing stolen unlicensed vehicles to stay on property for resident drug usage. Residents harrassing others for cigarettes on property. Hotel staff operating stolen unlicensed vehicles parked on property while allowed to live free of charge on property.

I liked the staff, they were very helpful. I liked how well the A/C worked, kept me very cool. I liked how close it was to everything I wanted to see.
Saw some roaches during our stay. Requested more pillows and blankets and never got them. Tv and remote barely worked.

poor service for the price

Near friends in Chesapeake, easy to get to (for the Virginia Beach area), staff was very helpful.
It is an extended stay hotel, not really intended for over-night stays. Very no- frills, including no coffee in the morning. Fine for a clean, quiet place to spend the night.

Staff was very friendly
There was dirty clothes behind the bathroom door. Only 2 very small pillows for a queen size bed. The remote would turn on the tv but wouldnt let you change the channels or select a channel so you had to push the buttons on the tv to change it. Could also hear all the road noise from outside as well as the conversations from the rooms on either side. There wasnt a lamp beside the bed. Only had 2 very bright overhead lights
2.5
The bed was comfortable and check in was easy.
At 930 someone knocked on our door. I answered and said "hang on". He did not hang on. The security bolt did not work, because this man opened the door. I pushed the door back and he kept pushing back. "Oh you're in there?" Yes dude...it's 930. Check out isn't until 11.
There is NO excuse for staff to be forcing their way into a room that is PAID FOR AND RESERVED UNTIL 11. He woke us up. We were not past Check out time, nor had we given any indication (checking out) that we weren't in the room we paid for. This is unacceptable. $115/night for a very low quality room and zero respect or privacy. There was no one to talk to when we checked out. Lady told us to drop our key in the box. I wish we hadn't stayed there. Worst hotel experience we've had. I wish I could get my money back.

location, size of rooms
dirty, over-priced, I will have stayed 22 days and paid $1500.00 for it.
I wasn’t offered the considerably cheaper weekly rate.
I request a partial refund.
