A positive perspective for those making a decision on a hotel with unjust negative reviews.

I felt safe in this hotel as a solo female traveler. The room was very clean and smelt amazing when I first walked in. Clean towels were provided every day. The bed was very comfortable. The pool was clean, and I really loved the structure of the pool. It had a platform seating in the deep end and shallow platform area in the shallow. Breakfast was decent every morning, and they had options available for my dietary restrictions. The shower pressure was amazing.

I never write reviews. But when doing research on which hotel to stay in this area, I realized the only reviews available were the negative ones. So, I am writing this review to tell you from a more positive perspective that this hotel was great. It is a pet friendly hotel, so it is possible you will hear a dog bark. It is a family-friendly hotel, so it is possible you'll have kids run up and down the hallway a time or two. It is a HOTEL, so it is possible that not every little detail will be perfect. But the big important things were all covered. If you are looking for fine dining and a high-end resort, I'd recommend looking more towards the $500 a night type hotels.

Nice hotel but not very closed to Veterans Home Loan Amphitheater like advertised.

I won’t be back again but some people might like location and cleaning and not care about all the the other issues.

Location and Cleanliness and breakfast

Elevator was broke and they put me on the top floor. Very loud housekeeping they kept slamming doors during morning and was hard to sleep in, and housekeeping tried to come in when I was busy coming out of shower and I told them to hold on. There was drunk people in parking lot drinking very late past midnight and I asked staff to see if they could get it under control because they kept me up till very late and they never did anything about it.

Nice hotel overall, would stay again.

Good location, overall clean, nice staff. Comfortable room

Shower was slightly a problem, trouble with the drain (stopper was broken) and problems with the shower curtain so water easily came out onto the floor.

Uncomfortable experience - no sleep

Friendly and courteous front desk rep-Shayla

Excessive noise in the room next to mine at 2am. The front desk was contacted and called and stopped by the guests room, but no response. I checked out of my room at 2am and made a two hour drive home. There was also excessive noise in the lounge after quiet hours posted until midnight. I traveled with my friend who had surgery and could not climb steps. I was informed on check in that the elevator was not working (just happened). No alert received or option for voucher.

I highly recommend I will be back for sure

The location was perfect I missed breakfast tho but it did smell delicious the bed was very comfortable I almost didn’t want to check out everything was perfect I will be back to book another room for sure

It was nothing that u didn’t like about my experience with this hotel and location the staff the room the hotel met everything that I wanted and the pictures online matched exactly how the hotel look in person

Passable

A little upset that I booked 2 queen and since they were over booked they gave us a king with a pull out coach. Refrigerator was broken when I called the first desk 2 times waited 45 minutes for Someone to called back. They never did. I called them back and said fridge is their prob i will deal with my warm water. They said sorry they were busy. I walk downstairs to go get food and the front desk staff were taken Selfies. So busy they had time to take selfies. Also we asked for complimentary razors and shaving cream and they didn’t have any

Even though the staff was behind on getting rooms ready for check ins, they made sure we had a clean room ready for our 30 minutes before needing to head to our even. SO friendly and kind. I went ahead and booked another stay

Great hotel, clean, convenient, great breakfast!

We stayed here overnight for one of my children's sporting events the next day and were extremely happy with the stay. The hotel was easy to get to - directly off the interstate, close proximity to gas stations/quick food as well as the venue for the competition. The hotel itself was very clean, the free breakfast was great with many different options. Everyone we encountered was pleasant, helpful, friendly. It was too chilly yet for the pool but it looked nice, clean, well-maintained. I'd prioritize staying at this hotel again in our travels and especially for kids sports- I was traveling alone - mom with kids- it was safe, easy and convenient. We stay in hotels often for kids sport travel and while nearly all hotels say they are "smoke free"- this is the first one we've stayed at that we did not encounter smoke anywhere inside.

Friendly, helpful staff. Location close to I-64 interchange. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Greats breakfast. Reasonable price.

Stay was very good. The hotel was excellent other than my two complaints

Breakfast was very good. Always seemed to have plenty of food out at all times.

I got a terrible chest and head cold due to the ac blowing all the time. Also the toilet needed to be an elongated model. Sorta cramped with the round toilet.

I’ll be back

The policies really made me happy “no parties” I really has a sigh of relief knowing that my personal time way from home was going to be quiet. My room upon entry was spotless I had no complaints whatsoever. The courtesy soap, shampoo, and conditioner (yes conditioner) were Dove products. -inserts heavenly sigh-. The breakfast was decent the automatic pancake machine is a thing of wonders. TRY THEM OUT! You will not be disappointed!
