Our condo is in a great location to enjoy all the things that Nashville has to offer.

We allow some pets. All pets must be approved in writing by the owner prior to check in. There is a $75 pet fee.

Only the number of guests listed with the reservation are allowed at the property at ALL times.

Please be respectful of the decor and the space itself. We've put a lot of time and energy into making and keeping this home beautiful, if you ruin something or break our house rules we will keep your security deposit.

No loud noise at nighttime. This is a residential building, please respect the neighbors!

NO Parties

ALL ANIMALS MUST be approved in advance of your booking. Don't try to sneak an animal in - we will know! Animals not allowed on the furniture or beds. You must pick up any paste waste left in the yard and throw away in the dumpster. $75 pet fee that must be approved prior to your stay.

My husband and I did a quick getaway for our 25th anniversary. The place could use a good dusting/deep clean but I am also kind of picky so I didn’t let that affect my overall rating. Wonderful walk to the Farmers Market and baseball stadium plus the music scene. Great covered parking, quiet area, and communication was wonderful.

First of all, the “Should have been a Cowboy” neon sign on the living room wall was a great touch, and set the mood for our stay! (it was not gaudy and could be turned off). We walked to Broadway several times during the day. Usually took an Uber home at night. We were a group of 4 celebrating a milestone birthday( a parents and 2 adult daughters). With one bathroom, we scheduled its use carefully. We had r everything that we needed. Didn’t do a lot of cooking, but we could have! Love the freedom of using a door code without a key., and the information that was sent to us when we reserved! And again when we had to request it! Great host!

We truly loved our stay. Everything was as described. We loved the location and amenities and the decor was tasteful and fun. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony overlooking the river and we had everything we needed. The host was responsive and helpful and we would love to stay again!

We had a great time and the room was great!! It is not safe to walk from the condo to downtown Nashville! Lots of homeless on the street to downtown but the condo complex itself is great!!

Condo was as advertised except maybe the neighbor which was a little “sketchy”. It is down by the river and railroad tracks in a more industrial area. Walked to and from Broadway through some homeless persons without event. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed and extremely clean.

Traveled to Nashville with my daughters to meet friends for a long weekend. The place was cute and conveniently located. The walk downtown was nice. Could also Uber easy. The trail along the river was perfect for a walk or run.

Absolute great location to experience Nashville and be just outside enough to retreat from downtown. The view is awesome and the apartment was super comfortable. Would stay there again in the future!

This place was great! Perfect for 3 people, communication was great and check in was seamless. The walk to broadway was a bit longer than anticipated but nothing we couldn’t handle!

I’ll start by saying Amy was so great to deal with. She was very fast to respond to questions and checked in on us after arrival. Have stayed in this complex before but had forgotten the early morning train whistles. My biggest complaint was the cleanliness or rather lack of. There was a massive layer of dust on and hanging off the ceiling fan in the bedroom. The bathroom shelves needed to be wiped down due to dustiness before we felt comfortable placing our bathroom products on them. The bath towels had a terrible odor. Smelled like they were folded and put away wet. I reported this to Amy right away and she immediately offered to rectify things. I was hesitant to have her cleaning service come in while we weren’t there as our purses were in the unit. We agreed that the service would drop off fresh towels which were better. While I greatly appreciate Amy and her responsiveness I would not choose to stay here again. It just didn’t feel like the kind of clean that one expects from a rental.

This property was perfect for 6 people to stay for the weekend. It was clean, decorated perfectly for Nashville, and was just a walk (or scooter) away from Broadway! The owner was very kind and communicated to make sure everything was okay at the beginning of our stay. Would recommend to anyone who wants to stay in Nashville.

This was a perfect place for our family of four to stay while visiting Nashville for the first time. We loved sitting on the balcony overlooking the River while we drank our morning cup of coffee. It was a great location and we would definitely stay there again.

This was a girls weekend to attend a George Strait concert at Nissan Stadium. We were able to walk to the stadium along with others headed that way and walk back after since there were lots of people out walking. Also, close to Broadway and we walked there as well. We took a taxi back from there however because when we started home it was a very dark walk with little foot traffic. Beds were very comfortable, great view, everything we needed was provided. Towels, bath essentials, coffee, etc. Check in process was a breeze and communication was great! We appreciated all of the info about sites to see, etc. Overall great place to stay and would stay again.

My husband, adult son, and I stayed here for two nights. It was fantastic! Cute, comfortable, nice view overlooking the Cumberland, and an easy walk to Broadway. Great shower pressure, kicking A/C, and an ice maker on overdrive too-these are the things that matter to me! Would absolutely book here again. Definitely exceeded expectations!

Had a wonderful trip with family. Great location to be able to walk to broadway, but we did Uber home at night as the neighborhood had very minimal lighting. Property was stocked with what we needed and it was nice to sit on the patio and see the river. I’d stay again!

Nice and quiet, good covered parking (which is not easy to find in Nashville) a 20 minute walk to Broadway if you feel like some exercise. Close enough to all the food/drink/action, but far enough for some peace and quiet too when you’re ready to decompress. Good communication too. I will be returning.
