This beautifully landscaped, professionally decorated 1998 contemporary offers affordable luxury. Stately French doors, eyebrow windows and cathedral ceilings make for sun-filled days. The newly renovated kitchen area has stainless steel appliances, ample counter seating, and a dining nook with banquette seating. Variable lighting and a working brick fireplace provide a warm glow during chilly evenings.
The house features a built-in surround sound system, central air-conditioning, ceiling fans, hardwood floors, and a screened cedar porch that allows for outdoor dining without the bugs. The location is less than one mile from town via Circuit Avenue and is a short walk to land bank properties, tennis, basketball, and the bike path.
A large parking area on a broad pebble drive is surrounded by a fenced-in yard that includes a professionally landscaped lawn with an automated sprinkler system, flowering trellis, perennial garden, fire pit, and an outdoor shower with hot and cold water.

We were lucky enough to land this home for a week in early August. It's a beautiful place; great location near Oak Bluffs (close enough to walk/bike), beaches, and other villages; quiet; super-comfortable; with a turn-key check-in process. HIGHLY recommend. Thanks, Jeff & family.

House is family friendly but can be difficult for senior citizens using inside spiral stairs which is the only indoor access between floors. There are 3 outside stairs that can access the 2nd floor where there are 2 separate bedrooms. I was not impressed with having to share the downstairs kitchen with a bed in the corner and a bed in the hallway leading to the bathroom this is truly a Family Friendly vacation home.

We came to Martha's Vineyard for a celebration of life. My uncle passed and he lived here for the last 40 years. The house was immaculate, the location was perfect and the communication with the owner was seamless. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

This was an amazing property! The family played games on the screened in porch! The kitchen and living room were so open and beautiful! The downstairs area gave lots of privacy and still kept us close to the family!

The house was very clean, minimalistic, and charming; the property was extremely well kept. Plenty of space to accommodate our family of 6! Location was great, a short distance and central to all the desirable places we wanted to visit. The hosts were wonderful - very responsive, welcoming, and pleasant to communicate with through the whole process. Would highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The renovations are of high quality and make the living space very comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and the location makes access to the island very easy.

The house was very nicely updated and furnished and, for the most part, comfortable. The queen and king beds were extremely comfortable. The twin beds are probably best for small children. One adult in our group found the twin beds to be overly firm and did not get good rest there. The upstairs screened in patio was a wonderful start to each morning. Unfortunately, access to the downstairs room was via a very tight spiral staircase, which was a challenge to our party of 3 60+ ladies. After some struggle locating a key for the downstairs sliding door, the property manager was able to give us easier access to that area. Overall, a lovely setting with lots of trees around.

This house is absolutely gorgeous high ceilings bright, modern kitchen, fireplace, screened in porch, very spacious plenty of room for a large family. My family had an Awesome time. We will definitely come back again.

I have never written a review about an Airbnb but this one was amazing. The house was clean and exactly what it looked like in pictures, the house was a little off the main road so it was in a quiet location. The house truly was stellar! The host was quick to answer any questions and I have already asked to book it for next year :)

House was very clean and the pictures represented the property well. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was well stocked for all of our needs. Easy access to Edgartown and other poplar areas of the island. Would recommend this property to others, however not to those with limited mobility due to amount of stairs to access main living area. Overall a great property.

We had a wonderful Spring long weekend at this property! The house and yard were amazing, very well maintained, and conveniently located. We had plenty of space for our family (2 adults, 2 kids) and our friends family (2 adults, 1 kid). We hope to return someday!

This house is very inviting, warm and cozy. The kitchen is beautiful! All new high end appliances , lots of room to gather around, eat drink and be merry. Screened in porch is a perfect place to eat or relax and enjoy the weather without the bugs.

The kitchen renovation is beautiful and the house was cleaned to perfection. The location is in a lovely quiet neighborhood situated a short drive from downtown OB with easy access to Vineyard Haven. The house is perfect for 3 couples or a family and that's why I decided to return.

Beautiful immaculate Home with lots of room. Large well appointed kitchen. Plenty of seating including large island, corner table nook and large table on outdoor screened in deck. Downstairs had its own kitchenette and bathroom. Fire pit area, large yard with hammock and outdoor shower with hot/cold. Cable and games. Linens provided. Washer/dryer. Close to Oak Bluffs Ferry, Restaurants and Shopping.

20 yrs going to MV and it never disappoints!
Jeff’s home is in a great location and not far from the center of OB and VH. This home had everything we needed for the perfect stay. We enjoyed our meals out on the screened porch every day. This house is nice for a group of 7. The two main bedrooms are upstairs ( 2 sets of stairs) with a small bathroom. The third bedroom ( queen) is on the first floor ( walk in) with another small bathroom but more like a small apt as everything is in the open. There is a single bed down the hall outside the bathroom. A narrow spiral staircase goes from the 1st to 2nd floor so not too practical for a larger or older person. They can be difficult to get up and down. It worked well for my 21 yr old daughter that worked remotely while staying here. Very private. The yard was a good size to set up a few yard games and just hang out. Everything on the main floor (2nd floor) except for the bathroom was completely renovated. The kitchen was beautiful with everything you need to enjoy cooking meals at home. . The laundry was super handy being next to the kitchen and across from the master bedroom. We would definitely stay here again. To top it all off, we got super lucky with the best weather all week long!

Property description is accurate... even brought wood to use the fire pit 1 night.. VERY clean... had all amenities you could want.. if I were to go to the Vineyard again, I could only hope this home would be available!

Its location is great, in a very quiet residential neighborhood just about a 20 minute walk through residential areas to the center of Oak Bluffs. I communicated with the property owner a few times before and during the rental and right after checking out. He always responded very promptly and cordially. I would love to stay at this house again as would my other family members. We all recommend it most highly and appreciated how well-appointed, comfortable, and spotless the house was.
