Hele fijne locatie met goed bed

Lovely, cosy and convenient place in Epernay

The location is perfect and the host replied in few minutes to all the questions. What we also liked is the location and the possibility to park very near to the center ( By the way a lovely boulangerie is at 100 meters)

Nothing. The place is humid. However, this is the basic reason why the Champagne area produces so good and particular wine products. Perfect hosts.

Basic but clean!

It was one large room, which was modern & clean.

No wardrobe - but a huge wooden sauna, in the corner instead! Very poor provision of tea & coffee supplies. 2 teabags 2 coffee’s & 2 sugar sachets, no milk, empty fridge. Supply could have been more generous, given that we stayed for 3 nights & never saw the owner, a cleaner or had any replacement fresh towels or bedding, which was ok. Parking spaces are plentiful on the premises BUT no parking was allowed on those premises & this was made very clear that it was for residents yet they remained empty thtoughout! Also visiting neighbours that arrived were upset by this… Accommodation Signage could be clearer as without a navigator, we would have passed by the Venue, which was pretty plain & shabby to look at from the Main Street. That said, once in, it’s all well lit & ok… the town is lovely & once settled you will enjoy exploring it!

Never go there unreliable

We did not stay because we couldn't access the property. She should have sent a pin number within our arrival times but nothing. We rang her but was told number did nt exist . So we had to find somewhere else to stay late in the sfternoon which was very stressful .

Good location, but musty smell

*location - nearby the center *fridge even there was no kitchen

*there was a musty smell in the room *there were no closets to hang your clothes *no parking, but the owner already made that clear after reservation online

The room was extremely damp, there is a real issue here with mould and dampness. Its very concerning that you allow this on your booking service with these issues.

Nice room, spacious and clean. Good location.

The parking available is only free from 7pm. Would just have been nice to know about it in advance to plan accordingly. The property is luckily close to the centre ville parking that charges a reasonable rate. It is however very annoying that there are 7 parking on the premises that was not used at all throughout our stay but we were not allowed to park there.

I thought i had booked a room with on site parking. After the non refundable booking went through it turned out that the parking was a public car park near by that we had to pay for.

Good location and comfortable rooms for a night in Epernay.

There are 4 rooms, recently renovated, on the ground floor with direct acces to the rooms from an outside space behind the main building. The other floors are appartments. The location is in the center of Epernay, there is parking space close by. For the price we paid, this is a very good deal. Rooms were as on the pictures, good quality, good for one night. Each room has double bed, tv, wifi, shower, small bathroom, separate toilet.

Do not expect a cosy bed and breakfast house: these are just 4 rooms in an appartment building. There is nobody to host you: you find the key in the box at the door with a number lock that you receive on the day of arrival. There is no breakfast included, but a nice breakfast place on 200m distance.

Clean, spacious appartement in a good location to explore Epernay.

Convenient location for 1 night stay, the appartement is clean, spacious and has everything necessary.

No ventilation in the room which caused high humidity ( it was raining before we came so even the bedsheets felt a bit wet)

perfect overnight stay to explore the town

great little self contained apartment in the centre of the town. Arrangements to gain access to the property were easy to follow. super comfortable bed … sauna was an unexpected surprise bonus!

The location is close to the city and the public parking lots are not fare. A nice location for a short trip.

The location was perfect for me, just a 5 minute stroll into town.. The fact that there is a car park (pay by the hour) literally 10metres from the property is a big plus too. Good correspondence with the host, very clear instructions. Very cosy room with everything you could need including tea and coffee making facilities. Very clean, tidy and comfortable. Overall very good indeed

Excellent value in an excellent location

Excellent little apartment furnished in a retro 70s style. Good facilities including kitchen and bathroom Superb location in centre of village

The spiral stair to the attic bedroom is a little on the tight side, but more than makes up for it with its delightful quirkiness

excellent location, short walk to everything, but far enough from the hubbub so as to be nice and quiet for perfect sleeps. room was cool and quiet and very secure parking easy, close, and inexpensive host was very responsive and great communicator

bed was a little hard for my liking, but bedding and pillows were all new and very high quality
