Lovely little hotel in excellent location

Very central location near restaurants avenue to champagne and town centre

There is no private car park. On the day of arrival, we paid to park in a non-secure public car park 3 min walk away. Thereafter we made sure we could park in the street in front of our hotel each day.

warm, cosy and welcoming with proximity to everything you need in Épernay

loved the friendly welcome and sensational location. 5 min walk from station and Moet & Chandon and avenue de champagne. it was a warm, enjoyable delight of a hotel - great value too . we had room 10; an attic suite with interesting features and comfortable setting

Lovely Hotel

Loved this hotel. Lady at reception was welcoming and informative. Our room was very clean, our towels smelled wonderful, minus some hairs I've seen in some places, it was still the cleanest hotel room I've seen in a while. Our family stayed for one night. Our room had a queen size bed and a pull out couch that worked perfectly. Room was still spacious. Room had everything you need in it. Fresh robes and sealed up bath slippers. Coffee provided in room, free of charge and snacks and drinks provided in room with prices of charge if consumed. Beautiful windows to open easily for fresh air and heater worked just fine. No A/C. Hotel is in walking distance to everything you might need or want in Epernay (my opinion). No parking but there is a 24hrs free parking lot within walking distance. Free parking on Sundays and certain times on the weekdays. A ATM right next to hotel. A Cafe shop at the corner.

Hotel does provide breakfast for 18€ a person. Too much in my opinion so we opted out and had coffee and croissants at the nearby cafe.

Everything about this hotel is excellent, the location, the great staff who genuinely care about their customers. Very friendly, will definitely go back in the future for a longer stay.

a very nicely located hotel. Charming room and friendly personel who served us a good breakfast. In walking distance of famous Champagne houses. We will return here for sure.

The proximity to most champagne regions. The bedding was very nice

The breakfast was expensive for what it was. I was in room 11 . I am 5'9 and the cross beams I was constantly avoiding. Also checkin person was efficient but sort of acted like I was stupid for asking for the password to wi-fi. She was not friendly or welcoming.

Very good

Staff were excellent - extremely helpful and very nice. Only thing that could be improved was the parking situation. That said, we lucked out with parking almost in front of the property.

Convenient, welcoming hotel in central Epernay with characterful rooms, comfortable beds, air con and good facilities.

Central location. Easy on road parking outside hotel. Very nice welcome and assistance finding a restaurant on a Monday evening.

This was our fourth visit to the hotel and very disappointing.

Breakfast is always pleasant and has all that we might require

We were given a room that was physically dangereous for us and for me in particular as I am ninety one years old. There are beams evrywhere and it is far to easy to hit your head when getting out of bed and off the lavatory. The small shower is impossible as there is no where to put either the shampoo or soap other than on the floor and that is dangerous.
