About this apartment rental

After a full day of sightseeing, come relax by the river, watch your kids play on our river front playground area from your front porch or kayak over to the rope swing across the river and unwind. There is something to do for everyone. 10-Gigabit WiFi-Speed Smart TVs with Roku and Netflix are available while you’re on vacation.

We operate on eastern standard time even though our condo is located in central. We are just over the time zone line.

Our friends and neighbors next door, River Gorge Excursions, rent pontoon boats as low as $200.00 guided and unguided! Contact owner Jesse Gaylor (423) 987-1711 for rates and availability.

Conveniently located only 10 minutes from downtown, this condo is two bedrooms and one bathroom. It has views of Elder Mountain, Signal Mountain and the beautiful Tennessee River Gorge. You will get the feeling of a relaxing vacation on the countryside, while still being close to everything you have planned on your itinerary.
It is just minutes away from restaurants, grocery stores, shops, hiking trails and all of Chattanooga’s popular attractions. This newly updated condo is the perfect vacation destination for couples, families, friends and business travelers coming to visit the wonderful city of Chattanooga.

Onsite you will have access to docks, a covered grill and dining area, fire pits, great fishing, hiking, and immediate water access for a great fun filled getaway and family vacation! We have kayaks and paddle boards to use May-October. We will have a kayak attendant on site to assist you with your boats.. Please do not bring a motorized boat, we do not have enough parking.

NOTE: This condo is on the second floor, therefore it is not suited for handicapped or elderly. We operate on eastern standard time even though our condo is located in central. We are just over the time zone line.

This is my 2nd time renting an apartment in this location and it did not disappoint. The apartment is spacious and the amenities with it and at the dock & lake are great. We will definitely rent here again.

Ray the host/owner was nice and welcomed us when we got there. Riverfront is a wonderful place to be and relax. The deck, firepit and fishing was our favorite part and seeing the boats go up and down the river. Canoes are available too. People there are friendly. I would rent again and love to take the kids back. --- Hearher & Family

We loved the view from the balcony. It was a peaceful retreat after a busy day. Comfortable accommodations and everything we needed to cook a few meals at the condo. Very clean and we felt safe. Neighbors were nice and it was quiet at night. The only negative was the parking lot is a little steep, BUT that is a minor negative.The location is close to Walmart and all local attractions, as well. We loved our stay and so did our kids.

We stayed here for our nieces wedding at the Gardens in the gorge. I love the view and I loved the cats. Was not expecting cats. They are friendly and fun to watch walking about the beautiful property

We highly recommend this unit. We cannot say enough about the breathtaking views of the Tennessee River and mountains. Flowers, singing birds,and beautiful butterflies add to the beauty as well. Kayak use is free and is an added bonus. The unit was very clean and well stocked and the grounds were well kept. It was such a peaceful place and a hidden gem . The great thing is it is tucked away from the busyness of downtown, but less than 10 minutes away from area attractions, a grocery store, and walmart. You cant go wrong staying here. We will be going back asap.

Great property with wonderful view and close enough to the city if you want to go in. Upstairs neighbors were a little noisy, not out of rudeness just how the unit was set up. But owners had thought of everything and even included a sound machine to help my husband sleep as he is a light sleeper. In other words the owners thought of everything to make the stay comfortable. Would stay again.

We had the most amazing time at a very special destination. We just stayed on the river and made the most of the provided kayaks fishing and paddle boarding finished off with a bbq dinner wonderful memories made!! Many thanks

We came for a 2nd time for a Ironman race. This place is only 15 minutes away. Great for a couple of practice swims in the river. Gorgeous views, kayaks, paddle boards, tackle box and more available for the rest of the family no racing,

We rented this condo for a family getaway on Labor Day and had the absolute best time. It's just minutes from downtown Chattanooga. And it's got a beautiful porch overlooking the Tennessee river. Where you can relax and watch the sunset or sip your morning coffee.

Great place to stay. Nice and clean and a beautiful location on the river. My kids loved fishing and kayaking across the river to the rope swing. I loved my peaceful mornings on the dock reading my book. Highly recommend staying here!

We were in town for travel ball and wanted to make a little mini vacation out of with the family. It was the perfect place. We brought the jet skis was able to dock it there the whole time. The kids had a blast and the view was beautiful to wake up to. Allision and Ray were great to deal with. They respond right away every time I had questions. We will definitely be coming back.

We enjoyed our stay. The location on the river is beautiful. The condo was very clean and there were extras of everything, which we appreciated. It had a very homey and comfortable feel. The only negative was the mattress in the main bedroom was uncomfortable and it really needs to be changed. But other than that, we enjoyed our time there!

The condo was clean and the views of the river were nice. It appeared to be close to the description on the listing. Our biggest complaint was the main room mattress. It sunk down in the middle and made it unbearable for 2 people to sleep in the bed. My husband attempted to sleep on the couch and it was awful as well. We did not make a big fuss over it ,but let the manager know we were leaving because neither of us slept and we couldn't go 2 more nights like that. We asked for a refund for the days that were left, since we went to find a hotel to stay at the remainder of our time there. I got no response back and no refund. In addition to the main bed being awful, the upper bunk bed's box spring was completely ripped open and exposed to anyone sleeping under it in the lower bunk. ( it bothered my daughter but i took some spare sheets and covered the holes and exposed wires)

View was spectacular very peaceful. Sunrise was breathtaking the tenants that reside here are very friendly & fun. Area is very safe and easy to get to town for shopping and eating. Ray was great to communicate with. Condo was like being at home or visiting a friends home. Sunrise from the deck was beautiful! A few things need to be addressed but over all I'd 100% recommend "Raytopia", A affordable home away from home.

We wanted to get away from everything because we lost our son in September and this would be the first holiday without him. The condo was very nice and the view was spectacular. We had everything we needed to make a nice Thanksgiving Meal. Everyone slept well. I got beautiful pictures of the sunrise every day over the river and beside the mountain. Thank you for a nice trip so that we could remember and share stories of Chris and spend some time together.

My husband and I brought his parents for a long weekend here to celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary. Within 5 minutes of being there, they were so comfortable and happy, they were already talking about coming back. Very clean. Amazing views. Ideal location. Free kayak rental. Everyone very friendly. We took a two hour pontoon cruise as well, which was awesome and right next door. We were so thankful it was pet friendly, but you never would have guessed it by how clean and fresh the place was. My only negative was the guest room. The bunks are pretty rough. Bottom bunk very uncomfortable and top bunk mattress was not a mattress at all, rather a box spring with a thin pad on top. Unusable. Thankfully we brought a queen air mattress and there was plenty of room on the floor in the second bedroom to set it up. Oh- and the butterflies! They are everywhere as well as hummingbirds. We enjoyed it all! Would come back year after year if the second room beds were replaced. :)

The setting on the banks of the Tennessee river was beautiful! The dock had chairs to sit and enjoy the view. The condo was nice and open. The kitchen had everything we needed. The location was excellent. 10-15 minutes to downtown. The River Drifters Restaurant was less that 5 minutes away, and the food/service is very good. I highly recommend this condo.

My 3 teenagers and I loved this property! Beautiful view and loved sitting on the balcony to enjoy it! The condo was super clean and very inviting when we arrived- exceeded my expectations! Perfect size for the 4 of us! My only complaint was that it took over a day for someone to get back to me when I messaged about using the kayaks. We were unable to use them due to high water levels (which I understand). But I wish the possibility of not being able to use them would be in the house description as we were quite disappointed about this. Otherwise, I definitely recommend this property! Great for younger kids as well as there are many climbing type outdoor toys for kids in the yard. So much to do and see in Chattanooga as well!

We had a amazing trip! The property managers were very nice and quick to help us with our questions. The condo is right on the water and it was fun to sit in the sun and relax. I would definitely stay here again!

Condo had a smell of marijuana from other units every night, ceiling’s looked as if they were about to fall down in the bathroom and bedroom due to what was probably old water leak damage, barely any water volume and the shower was an old insert with lots of cosmetic damage. Sheets and blankets were cheaper than something you would buy at Walmart. The stairs to the unit felt as if they were going to break when you walk on them. To top it all off the super steep parking lot is terrible and not lit up. Clean unit, but motel 6 quality. I cannot recommend this unit or building at these prices. Also a magnet that lets you know it’s common to get palmetto bugs (aka flying cockroaches) in the unit. My guess is because there are huge gaps in the windows and front door.
