Our spacious family villa features 3500 square feet of luxury living space with 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms which can accommodate 16 comfortably. Our South facing screened in swimming pool with hot tub and a covered patio area is perfect to watch the sunset, watch your favorite television program or listen to your favorite song on our Sonos music system. You can BBQ on our gas grill while watching the kids swim in the pool! Our private villa is one of the largest corner lots located in the Reserve section of Windsor Hills, a gated resort. Windsor Hills resort offers a lagoon style pool with a Brand New Large water park and hot tub. They also have game room, fitness center, movie theater, convenience shop, basketball courts, sand volleyball court, 3 themed playgrounds, putting green and tennis courts. This is all included at no charge with the rental of the villa.
Our villa is located 5 minutes from Walt Disney Theme Parks and minutes from Sea World, Universal Studios, Legoland, golf and many other popular Florida attractions. Please see our complete video tour in the (Owner info) section above on this page.

Windsor hills is well maintained, peaceful and secure community. The gate is manned by security guards and accessed by a scan-able pass and we had no issues entering or leaving the community and had a very short wait ( < 5 minutes) the night we checked in. We chose Windsor hills over the newer more modern communities because of its reputation and location and were not disappointed.

We were three families wanting to do Disney without staying on property. We had heard great things about this location and after reading good reviews booked this home. We’ve done a few rentals before and had some worries regarding supplies and cleanliness, but we were very happy with our stay. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful. The home is exactly like the photos and is actually fully equipped for what you may need. Far more than any other property we’ve visited. It really helped make our stay less stressful and more enjoyable. They had instructions for everything and wifi worked like a charm. We travelled during a heat wave but the home was nice and cool after long park days. We would definitely book here again and highly recommend Windsor Hills for the ease of access to Disney parks. All were within 15 minutes of the home. We hope to visit again soon. Thanks for the memories!!!

Our family of 11 ranging from 2 years to 73 years totally enjoyed this home. This home is beautiful and very clean with plenty of room for everyone. There were activities available for everyone and space enough for privacy for individual rest. We were VERY pleased!! The owners were very responsive to our communications. We could not have asked for a better place to stay for a family gathering/anniversary celebration. We are so thankful that the owners have made this home available!

We stayed here for 8 days. The place was as described, clean, and located close to Disney. Our party consisted of two families - 4 adults and 5 children. Plenty of space for everyone. Christie, the host, was very responsive and very accommodating. We will definitely consider this place again for our future Orlando visits.

This is our 2nd time staying at this wonderful property!! The house has all the amenities needed to host a large family vacation (7 adults & 3 kids). Our host, Christie, has been so responsive and kind when communicating with her. The kids loved spending time at the house more than spending time at Disney (says a lot about the property)! Our purpose for this vacation was to visit Disney World and Universal Studios with our children and grand children. This home met all the needs for 10 people. The home was clean and immaculate. The home was within 15 - 20 minutes away from all the parks which was perfect for us. We all enjoyed the pool, hot tub and the community club. The house had all the amenities that any family could ask for. The host was a pleasant person and wonderful to deal with. I only communicated with her via email and text and she was very helpful and accommodating. As a result, our family had the perfect vacation that they will never forget. The grandchildren did not want to leave. I highly recommend this home as rental

the property was perfect for our family of nine. loved the pool, hot tub and game room. Our only disappointment was the lack of paper products.....limited toilet paper and no paper towels or napkins of any kind. Otherwise it was glorious!!

We enjoyed our stay, the location was great. Very nice neighborhood and amenities. The host was easy to reach and communicate with. The kitchen was well stocked, plenty of extras like pool towels, highchairs, strollers, etc. The showers were good and the beds comfy. The game room was great and so was the pool.
The only issue we had; the check-out procedures required more than we are used to with VRBO rentals. Having all of the towels and dishes cleaned and put away prior to departing at 10:00 am may be challenging so just know that ahead of time if you have a large group.

Double check what is available before purchasing like laundry soap. There is quite a bit available we didn't need to buy including kitchen spices, which was nice.
We would recommend this home especially if you are visiting the Disney parks. Plus, there is plenty to do at the house or in the resort for those days you need to have more down time.
If you need a break from the major parks, visit Old Town which is also nearby. Lots to do there, including carnival rides. There are groceries nearby along with many places to eat.

This home is so spacious and our family of 10 had plenty of room with 2 dining areas, the family room and living room and the wonderful pool area. All appliances were in excellent condition including the washer/dryer which is a big plus for this group! The location is perfect for the Disney parks and the owner is quick to respond to all questions. We had a great vacation at this home!

This house has a fully loaded kitchen. Everything you need is on hand for you. It was very clean and spacious. Communication with the owners was great. Having a home phone to make local and long distance calls was amazing. The grandkids loved having a pool in the yard as well as the water park in the gated community. Daily garbage pickup was helpful with 11 people in the house, we created a small kitchen bag every day. The house is located close to Disney which is amazing when you are tired at the end of your day. It’s a short drive back to the house!!

Once you have mastered entry into the estate it’s not too bad but sometimes can take 5-10 mins to get in. House is nice a large as is the pool deck. The house feels a little tired in places, but good enough for a vacation. The pool chairs could do with a good clean as they are quite smelly which transfers to your towels. All in all a great base for vacation.

We stayed with 6 adults and 5 children and all were very comfortable. Lots of bedrooms and beds for everyone to sleep and have their own space. Kids loved the games room and the pool. I would recommend to pay the extra to heat the pool as the hot tub was so nice after long days at Disney! Absolutely beautiful place and location. Loved sitting by the pool in the morning and then heading down to the big pool and water park. Very short drive to all the local attractions, I would recommend this place to anyone!

We stayed here with a group of friends during the Disney World 2023 Marathon Weekend. We usually stay on property at the resort but with so many of us running together (including some of the kids) we thought it would be easier and more fun to stay together. It was the best decision we could have made. Our kids had a blast swimming in the pool and the adults had a great time being able to stay up and talk to each other. The hot tub was a must have after running several races and the layout of the house made it easy to find a quiet room to nap. The property owner was so nice and dealt with all of my questions kindly and patiently and was just a great person to deal with. She definitely took the stress out of a few situations. All in all I would rent this property again and would recommend it to anyone looking to relax as well as have fun.

This property was in an ideal location, and very very nice. Lots of room for our huge family. The children loved the pool and we all enjoyed sitting on the lanai and relaxing in the evening after long days at the parks. By far, the best VRBO we have stayed at. The home was fully stocked with anything and everything you might need from the kitchen dishes, pans, spices, garbage bags, dishwasher pods etc, etc, to cribs, high chairs, pool floats, comfy beds, and so much room to move around, and so much more. Location was perfect and close to the Disney Theme parks and Disney Springs. Communication was awesome!! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking to visit the area. Thank you Christie for a “magical” week!!

Disney Vacation 2022
House and property was furnished nicely. Security system caused us and the owner a bit of an issue as my wife would tap the door key pad to get it to light so she could see the numbers not realizing that she was also hitting a random number different than the first number in the access code. After a phone call with the owner we got it all straightened out. As for initial cleanliness, this will be a little more critical as my wife owns a cleaning service. Her overall opinion was that the house was in good order with these exceptions....multiple food and liquid spills were on surfaces of kitchen cabinets and appliance surfaces. A lot of dust buildup was on many areas of trim which were easily noticeable. We wanted to mention these issues so management can address them with the cleaning crew.
Trash program was not sufficient. We had 16 people and trash disposal at the house was only good for 2-3 people.
Lastly, the dishwasher worked fine but would spray you in the face when you opened it. Weird!!!
The owners were very patient with helping us resolve security issues and were very curtious and helpful at all times.
We would recommend staying at this location.

Fabulous Home and Location
This was one of the best VRBOs we've stayed in. It worked great with our family. Walmart was close, pool was great and had toys for the kids to use. Kitchen had spices and was well stocked with pots, pans, utensils. There were two high chairs, strollers and even a cooler for our use. Everything was wonderful. House was clean and kitchen was well supplied. Kids had fun in the game room. Convenient to all attractions. Christie checked on us to make sure all good. Loved the pool (especially the safety gate to keep small kids out of pool )and hot tub. DEFINITELY would stay again.
