We are the new owners of this awesome newly renovated theme roomed home only 5 minutes away from Disney! A warm welcome to our luxurious 6 bedroom 4 bathroom pool home which has been totally redecorated throughout by a professional design company, complete with 3 themed bedrooms and fully loaded themed game room! Also, boasting brand new appliances throughout including front loading washer with large capacity and matching dryer as well as pillow top beds. We also recently added Ms Packman Arcade Console, Disney Princess Barbies, Disney Princess Dress Ups, a Pírate Ship and figurines, super hero capes, and a Nintendo Switch…just to name a few things we’ve added for our second home to feel like home to us. We wanted a home where the rooms are magical, the game room is adventurous, the pool and spa provide time in the sun, and the home has plenty of room for gathering the family. Quality and comfort has been our focus when decorating our home and if you wish to have all your home comforts and more with stylish well designed surroundings this the vacation home you have been looking for.
Our home boasts of 3 stunning Disney-Licious theme rooms for the children: Choose from a spectacular Disney princess room where you own darling princesses can stay in a Cinderella’s Carriage beds with wonderful full wall mural showing the princesses in the ballroom. For your boys there is a swash bucking pirate room, where you can sleep on the high seas, or a fun packed Mickey Mouse room with professionally painted mural of Mickey and friends. All theme rooms have twin beds, cable TV and play stations or DVD players.
Our Manhattan themed game room provides fun for all the family! The adventurous game room includes 8 ft. slate pool table, foosball, soft tip darts, and my personal favorite…air hockey. We also have installed a 42 inch plasma television with play station, games and a Nintendo Switch, as well as a children’s play area for younger guests with complete with a doll house, train set, children’s table and chairs, books and toys. All this is fully air conditioned for your comfort. We also provide free high-speed internet access throughout the home.
There are 2 king bedrooms, one with a canopy bed and both have ensuite bathrooms. The third adult bedroom has a queen bed which is the room on the main floor living and the adult rooms boast of 42 inch plasma televisions complete with cable TV.
There is plenty of living space for all of the family, with 2 living areas, one with leather sectional and 50 inch flat screen TV with DVD player and VD library and there is a formal dining room for family meals. The fully equipped kitchen has brand new stainless steel appliances complete with fridge with door ice maker and water, breakfast bar and breakfast area for casual dining.
The private pool and spa has a wonderful open aspect and includes an extended screened lanai. There is plenty of outdoor furniture including Loungers, dining table and chairs as well as children’s outdoor furniture for smaller guest. Some evenings you may be able to see Disney fireworks while relaxing at the outside spa because the resort is so close.
We have included all home comforts, stunning décor, comfortable beds plus more to ensure your trip is truly memorable! We have also provided a pack and play, highchair, and stroller for those with young children. (We have three grandchildren so we need these on our visits to the home.)
Windsor Hills is a popular gated resort with 24-hour security and 24-hour access for our tenants (up to three cars). Some of the magnificent features of this community include a luxurious water park, pool, with fountains, waterslides, spa, separate toddler pool, tennis and volleyball courts as well as children’s castle playground. An enormous clubhouse overlooking the pool with pool tables, video game area, sundry shop for last minute items, fitness room with top-of-the-line fitness equipment, and high-definition surround sound movie theatre. There are other outdoor recreational activities surrounding the double Olympic-size swimming pool creating a relaxing, playful atmosphere for the entire family! All of the Windsor Hill amenities are included for free in your booking fees. Windsor Hills has been rated as a five-star resort, but with your visit you will also have comfort, convenience, and privacy of a private home with your own swimming pool and hot tub.
One of the main things that sets our Luxury Home apart from the others in Windsor Hills is that there are no back neighbors and it is a wonderful end lot to give you the best privacy possible.
In addition to Walt Disney World being less than 5 minutes away from the resort, Universal Studios and Sea world are also close by- just 15 minutes away. The Mystic Sand Dunes Golf Course is less than 5 minutes away as well. Walmart is less than 2 miles away for convenient shopping and there is a small store on site for last minute needs. There is also a vast assortment of golf, shopping, and dining options nearby.
We have a dedicated 24hr management company looking after our home and are on call 24hrs to ensure you have a comfortable stay. We have regular pest control that comes to the home and regular maintenance to the yard and home. Provided are fresh linens and towels, however during your stay you will have a self-catering environment.

Amazing property, clean, comfortable and enough room for multiple families to enjoy each other but still have their own space. Private pool and spa with the option to take the kiddos to the playground and water park. Driving to Universal, Disney and other attractions so easy and short distance when you have spent all day in the parks. Love, love, love this rental and will stay again if available.

The entire process, from booking through checkout, was easy and seamless! The host, Tamara, was extremely easy to communicate with and even sent us a welcome message a day or before arrival. The property itself is in a gated community, so it’s extremely safe, and the house itself is as advertised. The place is clean and neat, spacious, and the bedrooms are perfect for little ones! My daughters were so excited to sleep in the “princess room!” The amenities were perfect as well. I don’t have enough good things to say about this place and I highly recommend it! Thank you.

I don’t think I could love this more! The property is exactly as listed/pictured. Lots of thoughtful touches for families (crib, pack and play, high chair, walker, strollers for babies; game room, board games, pool toys for big kids). The community pool was also nice, with options to watch movies in a small theater, ice cream shop, and afternoon activities for kids. I think the kids enjoyed the house and amenities as much as the parks!
This is a “self catered” house. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, utensils, and appliances. You will need to bring everything else, including salt, pepper, nonstick cooking spray (they have a Mickey waffle maker), etc. I list these because they are the things I forgot about 😂. This is not a big deal, because there is a Walmart less than 5 minutes from the house, as well as several others within delivery distance.
Overall, we had a great time and are looking forward to staying again! For reference, our stay was with me, my husband, our 7 kids (aged 15, 13, 11, 6, 5, 2, and an infant), grandparents, and a cousin (age 14). Everyone loved it!

Aww my family loved loved loved this home it was Soo much space and things to do comfortable as well it just felt so homey! We weren't ready to leave at all we took one last swim in the pool.. only part I didn't appreciate was when the assistant property manager came out to check the television she assumed we lost the reboot remote swore up and down she left it near the living room television which she didn't because I found it inside the princess room she never apologized for misplacing the remote. she invaded our privacy by coming inside our room with out my permission also walking into the home with out any warning. Thank god we were dressed. I felt really uncomfortable and aggravated she didn't even know how to operate the reboot remote my fiance had to do it. Overall it was a wonderful trip the owners are quickly responsive. Well be back

Very comfortable stay with a family ranging from 8 weeks to 60s. The Disney themed rooms were precious, even for the teenagers embracing earlier childhood times! The master with the crib was very convenient and much appreciated with my youngest!

We rent at Windsor Hills quite often because its a great location. This house had a lot of "extras" in terms of games, pool toys, etc. The kids happily spent time in the garage on the nintendo switch, playing air hockey, Mrs. Pacman and pool. The house was equipt with everything we needed from cooking utencils to beach towels. We had 12 people and got plenty of use out of the washer & dryer, dishwasher & pool. Tamara was very responsive.

11 of us stayed in this house for a week (March 18-25) to visit Disney: ages kids - teens and 20s, sisters (40s/50s) and our mom (77) and everyone loved it. Perfect location, perfect house, perfect price point, perfect vacation. The house is on what is essentially a dead end and has no backdoor neighbors. I was pleasantly surprised by the house's location, as well as the cleanliness, layout, size and supplies. Fully loaded kitchen, great game room and perfect bedrooms for my crew. I cannot say enough good things about the house itself, the management and communication. Oh, and the resort community was spotless and super secure. I looked at other houses at Windsor Hills, as well as other resort communities, and could not be happier we chose this one.

It’s very spacious, the rooms are clean and well maintained, and my grandkids loved the themed rooms. The swimming pool and lounging area around it was nice and clean. We used it every day we could. The game room was another nice addition with billiards, air hockey, foosball and arcade games. And the location can’t be beat… Disney theme parks are just minutes away! And having a Walmart just down the road made it very easy to gas up and get some groceries when needed. I highly recommend this place if you plan to visit the Orlando/Kissimmee area. We are looking forward to going back there next year.

Perfect Rental
We stayed here during Spring break this past week and it was perfect! Unfortunately, we weren't able to utilize the community pool or any of the other bonuses because we only gave ourselves one down day. That day was spent in the amazing spa and pool at the house. The kids entered the pool at 9:30 AM and didn't get out until we made them to get ready for dinner at 4:30 PM. It was definitely a huge hit with them. The Mickey waffle maker was a nice surprise and the kids loved breakfast the morning we made the waffles. They also loved the themed bedrooms and all the little toys that were located in each room. My 5-year-old son was begging to go "home" from Disney so that he could continue to play in the house. My only complaint is the beds. We were so exhausted from the parks and we just tossed and turned all night because they just weren't comfortable. That is an absolute minor complaint though. The beauty of the house and all the amenities more than make up for it. The game room was also a huge bonus for the older kids and adults.

We had such a great time staying here! The house is spacious, the pool and sauna were great and it was very clean! My kiddos loved all of the toys and swim fun provided, especially the little nook in the princess room! We most certainly will book here again when we return to Orlando!

My family and I stayed at Tamara’s house in Windsor Hills. It was perfect for a large family and only 10 min from Disney. Tamara was quick to respond to any issues and was a gracious host. I recommend this house!

Great location close to Disney and anything else you need. Owner was easy to deal with. The only reason it didn't get 5 stars in cleanliness was because a/c vent in kitchen ceiling could use a cleaning. The only other issue wasn't I was unable to add a guest to enter community I thought I only had to list guest staying at house. Other than those 2 issues i would highly recommend this house.

A great property
We had a great vacation at this house. The rooms were perfect (I think the carpet was newly installed). The game room was a huge hit, too. My only complaints: 1. The key code I was given did not work when we arrived. I called the property manager and someone was there to let us in within about 15 minutes. It was annoying but manageable. 2. The pool was not heated. I reached out the owner when we arrived on Saturday. We were told to contact the property manager, so we did that on Sunday. We were told that it was heated but there was some thing about the spa tub warming up. We just went with it even though the pool was very cold. We mostly went down to the community pool. On Thursday, someone came to service the pool; it hadn't been working after all. They installed a new pump and the pool did warm up after that, but we left on Saturday so we didn't get to enjoy it much. Still, I would definitely consider staying at this property again. We had a nice experience and it was a perfect house. If anyone ends up staying here, I would just advise them to insist the pool get serviced if the jets do not appear to be working.

Our stay at this home was amazing! The kids enjoyed the pools and hot tub along with the community's offerings like the waterslides, warm pool, and big game room. This house fit the 8 of us and we had plenty of extra room, the house was in a perfect location, close to Disney and shopping near by! We would 100% recommend this home to any family looking to be near Disney especially if you have younger children since the themed bedrooms were one of the best parts of the house!

Left feeling disappointed
We took an extended family trip to Disney and used this house as our home base for a few days. We were very excited when we booked if because of the themed rooms, the pool at the house and at the club house. Before arriving I got an email from the property management company with online registration details. They were SO over the top with registration (which is fine), but nickel and dime you if you want a bbq, a pack and play, heated pool etc. All of that alone would be fine. But, upon arriving at the house things were cleaned very sub par. We are still in the middle of a pandemic and cleaning should be #1 priority to a property management company that handles multiple houses daily. Carpet was disgusting, vents had so much dust on them it was clear they hadn't been touched in months, blinds we broken, etc. It is very obvious this house needs some mega TLC to be brought back to standard. If you are going to be that crazy in your online registration and check in process, then follow through on the other end and be that crazy with your cleanliness. Also, they say they provide starter stuff for your stay. But, there was no hand soap in the kitchen (again, aren't we in a pandemic?!), not even a mini bottle of dish soap, no dishwasher tablet nothing! You can't expect guests to run the load of dishes and laundry as we check out if you don't provide anything for me to do that with. Also, nothing is mentioned in the description that you need to pay to heat the pool. So, when asked on my registration I said no (assuming that was relevant for other properties) upon arriving, that was not the case. We had some super disappointed kids who went swimming in cold water. If you need people to pay to have it heated, it should be much more obvious. Or maybe just increase the price a little bit and keep the pool heated during the winter months. I have stayed at many, many, many vrbos over the years and this one left me feeling super disappointed and desiring a lot more. Details mater and this was lacking them all. There were 100's of options (even in the same neighborhood) and I wish we would have gone a different direction.
