Superb

The apartment is well located, with easy access to public transportation, beach, shops and variety of restaurants within walking distance. The apartment was clean but maybe with a small exception - as equipment in the kitchen was superficially clean - but there were everything you need. :) Reading the previous comments, I agree that there are maybe too many things and there is not enough space for your own. Overall, I recommend this apartment to anyone looking for well equipped apartment in a good location.

Never-ever

The appartments really light sunny, like it's shown on the pictures.

First of all we couldn't the main entrance, cause it was hard to imagine that it's located near the locked doors of the completely abandoned commercial center and where all the corners are kind of "public" toilet. (see attached picture of the entrance, not the toilet :) ) With a clarification call to the owner (in Canada) the entrance was found. In the appartment one of the double-sized bed stays partially at the balcony with a thin glass. So all the noises from the backyard, where the bar with guest is (see second picture) were very good to hear till 23:00. So kids couldn't sleep there and we did change the beds with them, but in the other bedroom, it was good to hear the neighbour's TV all the night. So the change didn't help us too much. Additionally, some of the neighbour have argued at the stairs/floor till midnight. OK, somehow the night was gone. Wanted to have a short walk to the nearest bakery, but when we went outside, this "public" toilet by the entrance was larger than in the evening. It was hard to explain to my son, why it's like it is. And on top of it, when we came from the bakery (08:30) - there was NO COLD WATER in the bathroom/wc, so we even had to bring it from the kitchen to clean WC. Getting in touch with the owner was a bit problematic, because of the timeshift with Canada. Regarding the appartments itself, we came to a conclusion, that it's somehow "overloaded" with furniture and deco's. It was not enough space for four of us there. Based on the unsleepy night, missing of the cold water, we did a "checkout" round 09:00 on our own, after 13-14 hours of staying there. We couldn't visit the nearest beach TarquInio - ParaIso Beach, because instead of that one we had to search for a hotel. May be it's a bit emotional but still - that's our experience.

A pleasant, comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The property was well kept, decorated nicely (contrary to one review), and very comfortable. Plenty of room for my partner and I to work in separate rooms in the day and then enjoy Costa in the evening.

The building in which the apartment sits is quite old and the shopping center beneath is desolate. That said, the area didn’t feel unsafe and is perfectly located.

Very confy, very well decorated, all the facilities available inside the house, good TV, good AC, very cleaned, very good location, near to every place! Super affordable when it comes to quality/price. We will surely be back!! Thank You Very Much!

Second time staying here!

This is our second time staying here at Michael’s property. Not only is it close to beach and shops, it is sparkling clean! The nice little touches are always a bonus and we appreciate Michael’s communication throughout the stay. We look forward to spending future holidays here. Thank you

The decor is adorable! Michael was super helpful with any extra details I needed and the place is at a great location, minutes from the local beaches. Very well equipped kitchen and washer and dryer available. The little nook was so peaceful to sit by and the bed is super confy! Highly recommended!😊

Worst booking experience to date. Avoid at all costs.

Would avoid at all costs. I'm a digital nomad and travel alot and this is probably the worst experience I've had with an owner. From the day I checked in I was messaging the owner about the poor level of the apartment - for example, the cabinets were filthy with dead insects inside, mould was growing all over the windows, kitchenware & appliances were extremely dirty and there was literally one set of bedding for a 1 month stay as I had booked. To top it all off every time I opened a window, I would get swarms of flies as the apartment seems to be above an infestation of these. Oh and also there's a pack of stray dogs that are right outside the apartment which means that coming back after dark you get snarled and barked at and you sometimes find these wandering inside the actual apartment building. After I checked out the owner decided to claim I damaged the property and had multiple people staying at the apartment (all false and actually verifiable with neighbours on his floor who I made friends with) and therefore refused to give me back my deposit, which booking.com claim they can do nothing about. In previous reviews it looks like he has done this to one other traveller so please be aware of this. I never write negative reviews but thought I should let other travellers knows so they can make an informed decision.

Overall it was a great value for the price.

The apartment was very well equiped with a lot of kitchenware and modern appliances. It's location was also pretty good.

The house was too cramped with a lot of unnecessary and cheap decoration with the pricetags still on that only made the apartment smaller. At the beggining the host was very nice but after the check-out all that niceness went away and his messages started being a little rude when we contacted him about the refund of the safety deposit.

Very clean

The property was extremely clean which is very important during these times, specially if you have kids. The location is great as it’s near restaurants, pharmacies, supermarkets and the beach.

The neighbours can be noisy at times.
