Excellent accommodation in front of seaside

The accommodation is in front of the seaside. We stayed in a room with a balcony with an excellent view. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was simple, but tasty. Very good value for money.

It was clean, staff were helpful and friendly, quick reply on queries via email, breakfast was tasty and plenty of it, great location, they lent me a kettle so I could make coffee in my room.

Not enough clothes hangers in my first room, however, added a night to my stay and my second room had plenty.

Location is perfect, friendly staff

Hotel very outdated, just the basics, bed and shower(didn't work properly), noisy at night, breakfast wasn't good, the interior of the room same as it was 30 years ago, we paid 100 euro per night and but it worth 30, avoid if you can, unless you get 30-40 € per night, than you can consider I suppose, but in general NO

super cute stay

great location, beautiful room with enclosed balcony and beautiful view of the sea. breakfast was nice too. staff were great and really helpful. thank you so much!

I would like to get a refund of the payment I made there because I pay on the property. After I paid then 9nly the counter man told me the lift is not working and my room is on the 4th floor. He would had let me know before I pay so I can make up my mind. I called 5 time from my room to get the WiFi code but no one answer. I have to go back from the 4th floor by the stairs to go n ask the code. He didn't tell me the timing of the breakfast. I would like to get a voucher. Thanks

Amazing value for money

Amazing value for money, particularly when considering that the rate included an excellent breakfast, the room was cleaned properly ever day and clean towels provided if required. I appreciate that the rate is much higher during the summer holiday season. All of the staff were very helpful and pleasant. Hotel is about 120 metres from the sea front and there are lots of shops and eating placing all within close proximity. Although across the river from the capital, the transport system is brilliant and efficient and very cheap. Cannot fault this hotel and would have no hesitation in returning.

All excellent - couldn't understand some negative comments in other reviews.

Spotlessly clean High quality bed and pillows, so I slept well Efficient heating, as weather was cold Good range of English TV programs Excellent breakfast I arrived before my room was ready, and was given a free upgrade to a sea view room I walk with a crutch, and always helped up/down few steps at front, and then elevator available Close to beach and shops Most important was attitude if owners - quick response to queries, and helpful in every way possible.

Slight inaccuracy on booking.com web site, saying there was a restaurant (other than for breakfast). But plenty nearby.

Awesome for a **hotel! Good location, clean rooms, friendly & flexible staff, cool receptionist guy.

The breakfast is very good compared to other two star hotels in Europe. Most of all, breakfast time lasts until 10.30!

The blinds in the room could not be drawn up.

The balcony and the location so near the beach.

The bed. Consider changing it, as it seems to break everytime you moove a hair... There were hairs in the shower base, floor and sink, that weren"t ours.

Bad location, not much to do for children and i not recomend to a young family to came to Costa da Caparica for holiday.This place is good for surf or retired people.

Fantastic =)

The location is excellent. Breakfast was fine i would have liked that they would offer decaf.. coffee and some more variety of proteins. I.E. omelets etc.

I liked that we were able to stay near the beach without paying an arm and a leg. Also, the stuff was very accommodating. I will definitely recommend this property and will be back!

The reception staff were really nice and helpful. The cleaning staff were very efficient .The breakfast staff were friendly and welcoming.

There was a bit of noise outside the hotel on the first night ; however this is something that cannot be helped and not the hotel's fault.
