Very homely, excellent communication from
Property owner without being intrusive. Very accommodating so adjusted our stay to stay a week and a half longer. Close to Cirencester Town Centre (10 minute walk) with other amenities close by. Highly recommend this property

The layout
Quality of the furniture and decor

It was in a good, quiet location.
TV sound is muffled, it is really very old. There were three of us. Both of the main futon bed and sofa bed were very thin & uncomfortable. The sofa was old, it sunk down in the middle, if two people sat on it.
We were then told to actually buy toilet paper, I messaged to ask where there might be more within the suite to replace the one roll. It ran out in the evening. They said they only provide some to start off with! It was the most inconvenient thing to have to buy while you are paying to stay at a place, especially when we were only there three nights.
The parking lot was empty, but we were advised to park on the street.

location was amazing and the property had everything we needed! Would absolutely stay again! Very homely and a great stay all together!
Nothing we didn’t like!

it was in a perfect location to every where we needed to be. easy to access and everything we needed and clean.
nothing

Location very central to Cotswolds
Sofa bed impossible to sleep on. Ended up sleeping on the floor whilst my wife moved to the nearby hotel. Requested a proper mattress from host. Instead they provided a matress cover which was completely useless.
3.5
Needs a new TV and extra duvet cover
The lack of heat and instructions to use oven
3.5
easy access into the town , off street parking , everything clean.
smelt of cigarettes in the half way / landing
bed was rock hard.

The gentleman was very helpful and friendly.

Clean, warm, cosy but not too small either. Nice flat. Modern kitchen. Good place. Slept well. Easy walk to Town.
All good.

AVOID at all costs. Blood stained bedding, broken blinds, black mould in the bathroom, thick cobwebs, no curtains so extremely light due to street lamp directly outside. Unsafe television that fell on our 18 month old son and knocked him to the floor trapped under it.

It was a really comfortable flat with lots of little extras to make your stay the best it could be me and my children really enjoyed our stay
I found working the hot water difficult but that is because I've never used an immersion heater
3.5
Convenience for town centre. Dedicated parking. Comfortable and compact.
Misleading emails prior to visit; couldn't provide required info as advised not to pay deposit too early. Never got to pay deposit. Disconcerting not to have key-box code until mid-journey. Very slow hot water flow. Full le gth mirror would be nice.
3.5
clean comfy and good communication with the staff
was a little bit cautious because we where so worried to disturb other neighbours
3.5
Good location, pleasant flat..
No one had checked the washing up and a lot of the plates, cups and glasses were dirty.whivh made the flat feel dirty.
3.5
perfect space for 2 people for a weekend
The main road next to the property is quite loud, and wouldn’t recommend if you are a light sleeper. Also smells a little fusty
3.5
A small self contained apartment in a very good location, short walk to centre . In February it was comfortable and heated. Kitchen was equipped well. Full bathroom with heating.
Nothing to say negative
3.5
Not even a pint of milk left in the flat for when we arrived. Which we’ve had in other properties we have stayed in.
Grotty entrance to the building. Hot water pressure was nonexistent. No hot water when we arrived.
The strong odour of spiced cooking throughout the flat was totally unpleasant. And soundproofing was not remotely efficient as we were kept awake all night from the flat below talking.
3.5
Lovely facilities, clean kitchen and bathroom. Brilliant wifi, cosy beds and sofa. Plenty of kitchenware and cleaning products.
Creepy tenants knocking on our door asking for a lift to the ‘hospital’.
The smell of smoke/cigarettes in the living room.
3.5
Proximity to town
Cleanliness
Thoughtful touches - Christmas decorations
Easy wi-fi
comfortable bed
Adequate space heating
dishwasher
Tea and coffee in cupboard on arrival
Friendly neighbours
Parking at property
Nice towels, pans, crockery and cutlery.
Prompt attention to problems with key box and shower curtain
Bathroom cramped and shower over bath difficult to use: there was no grab to assist stepping into tub which had a very polished finish. A grab and surface cover/treatment would prevent slipping when getting in and out.
Water tank to basin provided only a small trickle of warm water. A bath would have been cold by the time the water had run into it.
We think a shower cubicle would be a better solution.
We had difficulty getting into the building when we first arrived in the dark. We hadn’t received the code to the key boxes - which we had difficulty finding. Fortunately, a neighbour tried to steer us through and even took us into his flat as he couldn’t get the codes to work. Problem was resolved by phone but a personal reception would have been welcome.
An outside light over the front steps is badly needed - impossible to see steps on a dark night.
Huge pothole on gravel drive.

The location was fine and easy to get into all self explained
The bed was horrible and so uncomfortable , the mattress was literally broken you could feel the springs
3.5
The location is great for exploring Cirencester and the surrounding area. It has everything needed for a short stay. It met our needs exceptionally well, despite its drawbacks.
The house is only suitable for a couple as the sofa bed is extremely uncomfortable, there are no doors on the lounge and the blinds allow light from the outside light to flood the room. The shower, although working, would benefit from a bigger head. The hot water pressure is non existent so washing took forever. The car park is very useful but needs work as it is full of potholes which when wet caused our wheels to spin.
3.5
Good Location as it is very close to town
Bed sinking, low water pressure for shower
3.5
Very clean, which was appreciated.
Bedding missing for the sofa bed, had to call up staff late at night. Communication with staff, poor.
3.5
Process was simple, as suggested key safe was a bit stiff. Bed large and comfy, clean kitchen and fridge was working when we arrived, very handy:))generally speaking very pleasant stay:)
Hot water supply pressure weak
3.5
It was within my expenses budget and was spacious
Poorly signed and difficult to find in the dark. Hallway and stairs stank of cigarette smoke. Heating inadequate (2 heaters not working) and plumbing primitive. Felt like a minimalist buy to let conversion.
3.5
Well-laid out apartment with a living room that worked as a second bedroom. Quiet with an easy walk to a Waitrose and a quite easy walk into town.
Instructions about using the apartment (e.g., turning on the shower) should have been a lot clearer. Since the property was advertised as sleeping four with beds in the living room and bedroom, there shouldn't have been an extra charge (15 pounds per night) for use of the sofa bed.
3.5
Close to everything.
