The Space:
This home was built with private porches on each floor of the house and an amazing third-floor deck with great views of the city. Just two blocks from King Street and in the heart of downtown Charleston!
The home contains 3 bedrooms. There are two bedrooms on the second floor, which both have queen-size beds and share a bathroom. The primary bedroom on the third floor contains a queen-sized bed and the private spacious bathroom has a sink with a double vanity and standup shower.
The home has a private driveway with space for 2 cars.
We provide starter supplies for your stay to include a small shampoo, conditioner and body wash per person, 3 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 2 dishwasher tabs, small bottle of dish soap, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 spare trash bag, 2 packs of coffee and a handful of small creamers. After these initial supplies run out, we do not offer additional supplies. There are several convenience stores and grocery stores in the area for your convenience.

Pet policy: We do NOT allow pets at this property. Please note that we have a $500 fee for any time it is found that a pet has been brought to the property during your stay.
No smoking is allowed. Violators will be fined for in-room smoke damages. Smoking is only permitted outside of the property at least 10 feet away please.
Please note that there is a noise ordinance in this neighborhood after 11pm daily, so if you are enjoying yourself please take the party inside and be considerate of the neighbors.
Extenuating Circumstances Hurricane Policy: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order is issued by the Governor during the dates of your stay specifically for the county in which the property is located, the extenuating circumstances policy will be in effect, and we will refund any deposits or payments paid by the guest. We shall have no additional liability concerning the reservation. However, if a Mandatory Evacuation Order is NOT issued, then THE STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY WILL REMAIN IN EFFECT SHOULD THE GUEST CHOOSE TO CANCEL THEIR RESERVATION. Property was very clean and neat. Very accommodating. Communication with the host was excellent. Location was a little further out from the battery and waterfront then I expected but was walkable to all main sites in Charleston.

This property worked well for 7 guys on a weekend of golf and dining. With 2 to a bed (3 beds) and a pull out couch. The air conditioning worked, there were 3 different balconies. The bathrooms were beautiful and the showers worked well - equipped with towels, soap, shampoo etc. The location was close to King and either walkable or accessible for a short Uber anywhere we needed to go. We could have used some extra pillows or blanket for the pull out couch but otherwise had what we needed. Thanks for the hospitality.

Home was clean and comfortable. This was a sister trip and we were able to each have our own space to relax and then spend time together. We enjoyed the outdoor spaces. The kitchen was nice (they need a few more ice trays). Our beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were roomy. We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely home.

The location was very convenient, the house was nice and comfortable, and we had good communication with the hosts. The home was nice and clean and the perfect size for a quick getaway with friends. The location was great too, just a few blocks off from King Street, with a few breakfast places nearby. There is a lot of traffic noise, but didn’t bother us too much being in a city we know it is expected. We enjoyed our stay.

The three floor home allowed for good shared and private space, as we were traveling with our two college aged sons. Very nice marble bathrooms, extremely comfortable beds and we loved the three balconies. The location was very close to excellent restaurants and King Street. We'll be back!

Me and 6 of my best friends rented this property for my bachelorette weekend and it was perfect for what we needed it for. It was in the best location, everything we did (except for a boat tour) was within walking distance. It accommodated all 7 of us comfortably, the place was very clean and spacious. The bathrooms were very nice and clean and the bed in the master bedroom was probably the most comfortable one I have ever slept in. The only thing I would say is parking is a little tight so bring smaller vehicles if you can. We had the best time and said we would love to come back and stay for a longer, more relaxing trip in the future! 10/10 recommend, thank you CVP properties!

We came to town for a concert and shopping and the property was perfect for our needs. It was great to have parking on site and we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The house was clean and well appointed. Highly recommend and would return.

The place was nice in the pictures but in person whole other story. There were dust balls everywhere on the first floor, if you have allergies be warned. We all left sick from the allergies.. The sofa bed was horrible so two of us slept bad, they didn’t have blankets for it. Kids slept cold Not enough water for us, got cold water after the fourth shower we where 8. The dining room table was for four, it should be for 8! Wrote to the owners, did nothing about it. I do not recommend this is you are 8 people.

Great location a bit off the main drag - but that was the draw. Better in person than the pictures. Fully renovated kitchen and bathrooms. Comfortable beds. 3 great porches. Easy to walk or Uber anywhere.

This was a nice house. However we had issues with housekeeping and supplies. Floors were not clean. Trash in the kitchen trash can when we arrived. No trash bag in can. Trash can smelled awful. We had to provide our own towels as there were only a few, including only one dish towel. The day before we left we found a load of towels in dyer. Not enough silverware. Definitely think you need a new cleaner. I believe our cleaniing fee should be refunded,

We enjoyed the location, a few blocks from King Street restaurants and bars and a short walk from downtown. We appreciated the three balconies, 2.5 baths, nice bedrooms which were comfy and the many Keurig coffee pods for the family to use. We will be back!

Great stay
When arriving to the property, check in was easy and directions were clear. When stepping inside you get a feel for the charm of the house and can tell that house is kept in good condition. It was clean throughout the house. While we were there, Hurricane Elsa came through the area. With an older house, we ran into some issues that were unavoidable. I was able to get in contact to let them know of the issues and Josh was very responsive and was able to get his maintenance guy on-site the next day!
The area was perfect. Walking distance of King Street with restaurants and shopping. Sights we wanted to see were no more than 10-15 minute drive away. This would be a good option for a family stay or a group of friends. Plenty of room.

Couples Weekend
All of us were very pleased with the accommodations. In light of the 3 stories the youngest couple stayed on the 3rd floor :) and the two older couples on the second. Each bedroom was very nice. The fact that it was a 3 bedroom was ideal based on its location. It is difficult to find 3 bedrooms in this price range and location. All of us would highly recommend.

Best spot for a girls weekend
We had the best time staying at this property! Pictures matched the space and it was perfect for a girls weekend. Joshua was very responsive leading up to the trip and the check in / out process was super smooth. It was the perfect location as well. I would 100% come back and recommend to a friend.

We really enjoyed our stay! The property was super close to King street and all the action! Looks just like the pictures listed. Property manager was very detailed. The porches were very convenient to sit on and enjoy yourself! I would say the only negative is we didn’t have enough towels/linens and there were no cleaning supplies for us to use.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was centrally located - easy to get downtown, to Ft. Sumter, the Beaches and the Marina. The property came fully stocked - plenty of paper products and coffee. Clean and plenty of room for a family of 5 to spread out.

Annual Girls Trip
This property was great for 4 of us girls on our annual girls trip. King street is totally accessible by walking from this location. Beds were clean and comfortable! There is some construction going on in the neighborhood so there is some construction noise early in the morning, but that is not the worst thing. The neighborhood is very safe.

Enjoyed our stay in Charleston in this clean house close to everything with porches to sit out on to enjoy the city atmosphere. Nice size table and kitchen for games and breakfast and lunch.
