This is a top floor luxury unit in a multi unit overlooking Atlantic Ave with massive windows and skylights in every direction. The floor plan is open concept with lots of living space. The location of the home offers extremely convenient beach access. Ocean breezes traverse the interior of the unit. In addition to the queen size bed in the bedroom, there are two comfortable couches that are also pull out beds. The dining area also overlooks Atlantic ave from above with partial ocean and beach views. If you want to have birds eye views of the Wells Beach Atlantic Ave scene, this is the place for you. There is also a loft sleeping area in the unit for teens or adults only. Access is via a ladder. Outside the unit, guests have access to a large open yard (35x35) with two grills. The opportunity exists for large families to vacation in the additional units in this home. Loved our beach stay in Wells. House was as described, kitchen is a bit outdated but functional. Cleaning service was still there at time of check in 2:30pm. Seemed rushing and floors weren’t very clean. Still sand on floors. But we were fine, still loved the location! We would definitely stay here again. David was amazing with his communication with us. Answered all questions and very quick on responses. Thank you David for renting your Beach house.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Wells Beach in late September/early October. The summer crowds were gone and the weather was turning crisp with cooler temps. The loft was exactly as advertised- clean, spacious, bright and easy access to the beach. It was more than enough space for my wife and I (this was our first vacation without kids in decades!). Other guests in the house were quite pleasant to speak with and the neighborhood and neighbors welcoming and conversational. At the same time, everyone respects your privacy so you can enjoy your time. We loved the area so much we discussed purchasing a vacation property there, whether as a second home or as a retirement location. We will definitely go back to Wells Beach, and if we don't purchase our own place we look forward to reaching out to Dave and Rebecca about theirs.

We had a wonderful stay at Dave’s place and were lucky to find it somewhat last minute. Steps from the beach made it easy to enjoy the morning sunrises. Parking was convenient and check in was easy. The kitchen was well equipped and the living area was spacious, loved all the windows!

Overlooking Atlantic Ave this bright, sunny, open concept unit was a joy! Comfy beds and living area and a well equipped kitchen with both marsh and ocean views! See the sunrise from one side of the unit, and the sunset from the other! The loft was a lot of fun, small with a low slanted ceiling but super comfy with storage and charm. Hear, see and smell the waves, watch the gulls soaring overhead and the little birds chirping along the rooftops. Two flights of stairs get you up there, well lit once the sun sets, and parking was easy off the main street. Be on the sand in under a minute via Public Way 2. Great stay!

Spacious, very clean, and quiet top floor apartment with open concept. Quite comfortable with basic amenities. Second row of houses from the beach with easy access to public way. You will need to keep in mind that the contract you will sign has the details of the unit outlined and that you won't get additional information prior to your stay. We truly had a lovely stay.

Nice, air conditioned unit a minute walk from the beach. The unit was spacious with ocean views and several skylights. Unfortunately, the skylight let in the sun at around 5 am each morning. Lots of confusion on where to park, but quickly straightened out after corresponding with the owner. Overall, a wonderful experience.

First time using VRBO and it was great. Communication with owner was quick and easy. The apartment is so cozy. We had everything we needed in the kitchen, large bathroom, comfortable bed and pull out couch , nice large TV screen and sky lights.. Loved all the windows to look out. You can glimpse the ocean across the street which is is so close to walk to. Perfect place to relax.

The owner is very attentive and quick to respond to questions. You can tell he truly cares about his property and the comfort of his guests. The check-in process was super easy. the unit was tidy and nicely appointed, complete with lobster pot! It was nice to see the stars at night and also hear the ocean right across the street. Steps to the beach. We loved this rental and plan to come back next year. Thank you!

This is my second time staying in this unit. It is clean, bright and very spacious. David is always available to answer questions and checks in to make sure everything in the unit is ok. The location is 1 min to the beach and just a short walk to the shops and Forbes. I definitely recommend staying here. My family also rented in this building and at 80 Atlantic. We all love the units and the location.

First and foremost, the owner is so easy to work with. We originally were supposed to stay in June 2020. Because of COVID, we had to cancel the rental. David was very accommodating and helped us postpone rental until this year. The unit was clean and so nicely decorated. The tenant before us had reached out regarding an issue with the toilet and David had it fixed the second day of our stay. I loved the place!!!!

I simply went with my partner to enjoy some time together away from work and I must say it was exactly what we was looking for! The house was greta! Very nice and clean the neighborhood was quiet and friendly to us and everything was close by and very convenient for our stay! The house had many supplies as well that made our stay more comfortble and gave us a homey feeling to better our stay. I would definitely recommend this place and will defiantly be back ! Thank you to the home owner for our stay !

We came to visit our son during late September and only stayed 4 days. The apartment was beautifully situated near Wells Beach and perfectly appointed for our needs. It was clean, very comfortable in an awesome spot.Easy check in and out.Thank you David our host.
