About this house rental

2000 sq ft home on one acre provides privacy for your vacation getaway. One queen-sized bed (first bedroom), two twin beds (second bedroom), trundle bed which can be either two twins or made into a king-sized bed (third bedroom), one full sized bed (pull out sofa in living room). Full kitchen. Two baths, one with jet tub. Washer and dryer. Two flat screen TVs with many DVDs. Wireless Internet. Phone. Property is beautifully landscaped to attract the many varieties of hummingbirds for your enjoyment. Large walled outside patio with heated hot tub and barbeque grill. Convenient to restaurants, downtown, and local attractions. Abundance of native cacti and wildlife, as well as convenient to hiking and bike paths. Our family (4 adults and infant) stayed at this house for Thanksgiving. We had a wonderful time and the house had almost everything we needed for our thanksgiving dinner and stay. We highly recommend this house for your next vacation!

We were lucky enough to get to stay at Lynne's property for a whole week. The house is amazing, with amazing views. The hot tub was so relaxing with the view of the sunrise and the mountains! Everything you need, and more is available on this property. Lynne was a great host, gave us a tour of the property, and was only a few houses away if we needed anything. The privacy, and beauty of this home made for a perfect vacation and birthday! We will be back, next time for graduation! Thank you Lynne for having us!

We are more than happy that we chose this property for our family stay in Tucsan. It was the perfect location for our events and it had the best view of the entire Tucsan Valley. So beautiful to sit on the patio and soak in the views. Thank you so much

It's all been said, but we were very happy with our stay all around! Lynne could not have been more helpful and responsive to our needs over the course of our 9 nights. The views are just as beautiful as pictured and the location is so convenient and quiet. I sure hope we get back to Tucson again and certainly have no reason to stay anywhere else if we do! Thanks again, Lynne!

Lynn was a very nice host. She has a lovely house that accommodated our family of 7 very comfortably. We loved hunting scorpion at night with the UV light she provided for us. We had a great stay and would highly recommend her house!!

The property is great. The location west of town in the hills is convenient, and the house and yard are well-maintained and very comfortable. We thought that the current decoration is very attractive and nicely done--more so than the pictures made it appear. We are hoping to go back there again. There are many great hiking trails and restaurants and stores nearby, and a couple golf courses that are close as well.

This house was perfect for our stay in Tucson. We loved the big patio area and the hot tub. So fun to enjoy the beautiful view of the desert and the city! The house had everything we needed and was very well appointed. Check in was easy and Lynne was very responsive.

This is a great property, with great views from up on the hills west of Tucson. Lots of room and very clean. Only one issue, we were staying in Tucson for the Rock and Mineral show to buy inventory. On the last day of our stay we needed to rent a U-Haul trailer. There is no room on this property to park a Truck and Trailer. The owners could not know we needed to do this so it wasn't their fault, this is just a warning that if you have an oversized vehicle there is no place to park on the street. Also, the drive ways are steep (no problem for a standard car) for pulling up a car/trailer combination. We lucked out and the neighbors let us park in their pull through driveway for a night. Very nice neighbors. Would recommend with just the one issue to be aware of.

A comfortable and relaxing place to be...

A comfortable and relaxing place to be...

The property looked very nice on-screen when we chose it; but, in-person, it turned out to be even better than we imagined it would be! The floor-plan and layout was ideal for our group of 5 adults. Everyone had space to themselves, and, equally, everyone had opportunity to "hang out" and visit with each other. We needed this, as we travelled here to bury my wife's sister and her husband, who both died unexpectedly this year. One last thing about the property is this – the view is as relaxing as the house is. Lynne & Bill, our hosts & property owners, could not have been more gracious and accommodating. They were informative about the area, providing helpful tips, and responsive to our needs. Talking with Lynne felt like talking with someone I already knew. This property is a very comfortable place – we would have liked to stay an extra day or two, but our schedule wouldn't allow it, and we had to move on. If/When we are back in the area, this property will be my first choice for where to stay.

This was one of the most comfortable homes I've ever stayed in. I loved the layout with the courtyard in the center overlooking the lights of Tucson. Great location for our trip to beautiful Arizona. This home was also very well stocked with kitchen equipment. We had everything we needed.

The house and grounds were perfect for us. The patio not only had fabulous views, it was where we spent most of our waking hours - eating, talking, reading, using the hot tub. The house was perfect for our group of 7 and our dog. Lynne and her notebooks were immensely helpful. The book of restaurant menus and the list of attractions were great. The instructions for using the hot tub and the home were a plus. Lynne's advice about local event traffic and the lunar eclipse were really supported us. We are definitely ready to go back.

The house is on a hill among the saguaros with a gorgeous view of Tucson. The courtyard is a fantastic place to relax with a cup of coffee or glass of wine. Thank you for letting us stay at your place while we visited our wildcat ❤️💙
