Disappointing

Great location

There was a mould like smell in the room which I didn’t like even when I spoke to the staff about it they said the carpet had been changed. Which I hardly doubt so . I also found that there was not much variety in the breakfast which was disappointing most food were catering to south Asian people . I had an incident on my first day with one of the waiters who removed me from me seat at breakfast to allow his friends to sit in my seat I never thought this type of situation would happen in a hotel . Another thing you should be aware about is this hotel has parties on Weekends so if your a light sleeper like me you will have trouble sleeping . Spoke to hotel staff about it a couple of times but nothing was done They should have sound proof rooms if they want to have parties in the hotel .

Overall, it was a great stay and i would surely recommend people to visit.

The location of the room was very good. The staff was lovely. A very good breakfast is offered daily with fresh fruits. The reception area is lovely and there is always a beautiful fragrance around.

The room is very good and welcoming. However, the bathroom had a technical issue, water kept leaking while having a bath. I would recommend the hotel to look into this.

Leila, the argentinian staff, was super nice! Big room super comfortable. very nice breakfast

the bathtub was clogged, the minibar was not working, the sheets of the 3rd bed was missing. Maintenance solved it

Day before our checkout from the restaurant brought us a nice cake. Good Customer Service.

Nice Restaurant and have varieties of food but I think breakfast food choices are more Asian. I would prefer continental breakfast which will give different nationalities a choice.

The room was very nice, the staff was very nice and friendly…the services and charges were good

The breakfast was okay…the quality of food could be better… the pancakes should be fresh, more juice options should be there,you should have karak chai not just masala chai. The pool was too small and there should be only female timings.. The view was not so good

overall nice stay at Haytt place

room was nice & clean, but please ensure makeup my room card should be available for any confusion. breakfast is also great, but need to improve with few extra items like Lassi, halwa puri specially for Pakistani guests. Location is ideal but due to hot conditions metro excess feels too far from hotel. its almost 700 to 800m away.

lounge area is smaller and no sauna facility available

كل شي رائع وجميل الشكر لموظفة الإستقبال لاكشمي على حسن تعاملها وكذلك يوجد موظفه مواطنه من الامارات لا أعلم مااسمها كذلك الشمر موصول لها كذلك على ذوقهم وكذلك بقية طاقم العمل الجميع دون استثناء كانوا قمة فالذوق

موقعه فقط لم يعجبني ،ازدحام سكاني فضيع وازدحام سير مش طبيعي خصوصا وقت الظهيرة

My stay was wonderful

The comfort of the hotel and seeing back some hotel personal that have your need and queries at heart and would do his utmost to assist you, big up to Rashid for your service. i would like to say thank you to Ismael from the breakfast team for his delicious hot chocolate that he provide every morning.😍 Deepa and the house department who was working on the twelve floor, thanks for the cleanliness.

I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The location is very convenient, close to public transport and the market. The room is also very clean.

I would like to express my appreciation for the housekeeping staff, especially Dipa and Farid. They diligently clean the room and its facilities every day and ensure that nothing is missing. They also provide additional services whenever required. This level of commitment and attention to detail is commendable, and I believe that the management should recognize their efforts.

Great Hotel close to Mall and Metro Station

It is a very nice hotel in a good location that's close to the mall and the metro station is a 10-minute walk. Breakfast was nice with a good choice of meals and the staff was friendly. However, due to the floods, I noticed the price went up, especially for booking changes or extensions of stays.

Śniadania uwzględniały zwyczaje jedzeniowe wielu narodowości. Smak wędlin taki sobie. Położenie hotelu bardzo dobre. Do centrum daleko, ale Deira zapewnia bliskość sklepów i miejsc do zjedzenia potraw tanich i różnorodnych (centrum handlowe Carefour) W tym McDonald's. Metro (Union Station) łączy za całym Dubajem

Odpływ wody wody w kabinie prysznicowej (w naszym pokoju) mógłby być szybszy.

Very comfortable bed Check-in not too professional.

Bathroom was dirty - I could benefit from previous guest nose cleaning and toilet was kind of black. Berk!

A Decent hotel located centrally.

Stunning oceanfront location. Spacious and comfortable rooms. Excellent amenities, including a pool. Friendly and attentive staff. The room itself was spacious, beautifully decorated, and impeccably clean. The hotel's location is truly unbeatable.

All in all, i can still say our stay was excellent.

Room was always clean daily. However, the amenities (such as toothbrush and handsoap) were not replenished daily.

Bedside electrical sockets were not working. Breakfast choices were limited.

Booked a room with a bath tub but was provided with a room without bath tub. Was told that this was only on availability. This was not communicated beforehand.

Good hotel if you are on holidays as well situated.

The staff are really great and always willing to help you and make your stay more enjoyable. Thanks to Farid and others who cleaned our room on 13 floor. Thanks to Sabir and Arjun as well. The breakfast buffet is totally worth it with different items everyday. The restaurant staff also always took care of us. Room was comfortable, no issues.

Not enough sitting space in the lobby. The biggest regret is that the hotel does not have a luggage weighing scale and we had to rent it from outside to weigh our heavy luggage.

Its a good hotel at a convenient location in the pld area of dubai. Breakfast has wide range to satisfy most people. Staffs are great and happy to help. It’s my second time and this hotel will be my first priority in my future visits as well.

Decent stay in Dubai in good hotel

Close to many attractions and airport

Too crowded for first three days as some kids function was going on there from Nov 18 till 20 and Breakfast slipping away from high standard as my khajoor-dates plus no juices there rather replaced by lassi and shakes. Lassis and shakes are good but juices are basic needs of breakfast

Very good.

The staff were very efficient and quick to meet requests. Breakfast was fantastic. The room was equipped with everything we needed and the hotel location was great - only an 8-minute walk to the nearest Metro station (Union) and a 4-minute walk to the nearest mall.

Room carpets could probably do with a clean but no complaints otherwise.
