Great location, next to shopping mall and metro station, but please don’t leave anything behind after checkout as you ma

The hotel is annexed to Alghurair shopping centre, giving it easy access for shopping and dining.

I forgot my praying mat and shaving machine in my room after checking out. The following day I went to the reception and met a lady on duty, I told her that I stayed at the hotel the previous night and inform her that I left my praying mat and shaving machine in my room after I checked out and I was there to reclaim them. After few phone calls, she informed me that they did not find anything in my room after my checkout, which was a surprise to me, as I am 100% sure that I left them at the hotel as they are no longer have them. The hotel is generally ok, but my incident of not being able to get back the stuff I forgot in my room, did put a negative dent on my experience in staying at the hotel.

Not too good but not bad

No Jacuzi and Hot tub Pool ,Common area and Gym was not 247 Breakfast Spread is very cliche. Restaurant staffs was not trained in customer happiness. Same Menu Unusual hurry to close Breakfast by 10.30am Front Office staffs are rude comparing to other 5star properties.

Prachtig hotel en goede service!

Heel mooi hotel. Het is gelegen naast een mall en er zijn heel veel winkels omheen. Echt een leuke buurt. Het personeel is vriendelijk. Er wordt gecontroleerd of alles naar wens is. Het ontbijt was lekker. Zeker een aanrader om hier te verblijven.

Het is een goed hotel. Ook echt 5 sterren waard. Helaas is dit dan ook wat aan de prijzige kant. Dit was het enige wat tegen viel.

Value for money and central location.

Location. Access to adjacent mall. Decent breakfast. Many restaurants around the property that can deliver direct. Clean bathroom. Nice view. Metro nearby.

The lobby was a bit dark.

NO HOT WATER IN SHOWER, HOTEL SEEMS RUN DOWN UNFORTUNATELY.

LOCATION

NO HOT WATER IN SHOWER. CALLED THE TECHNICIAN TO REPAIR BUT WAS NOT DONE TO A SATISFACTORY MANNER. SPOKE TO THE MANAGER, WHO CHANGED MY ROOM HOWEVER IN THIS ROOM WATER IN SHOWER DID EVENTUALLY GET HOT BUT ONLY AFTER 5/6 MINS. HOTEL SEEMS RUN DOWN.

قربه من الخدمات مثل المول والمغسلة والمطاعم الخارجية وايضا السبا والمسبح

Decent but with some negatives

Location was superb. Staff were generally pleasant.

Staff deciding to clean a room next door at 345 AM! Room provided was the wrong view to the one I had booked, was also given a smokers room when I asked for non smokers. Also the views advertised are non existent.

Pleasant

This was a lovely second time at this hotel.

The additional bed provided was not comfortable. U could feel the springs on my back. There were stains and marks of the door, headboard.

Beautiful stay close to union station and shopping.

Absolutely beautiful in all areas, room was great.

We booked for 3 in a suite but I had to call twice to get a third bed and there wasn’t towels or enough coffee, tea, glasses or mugs for 3 people.
