Boleh datang lagi duduk lebih Lama untuk teroka

Air cond tak berapa sejuk dah kol 12 malam staf datang cuci air cond baru ok....

Lift agak lambat nak tunggu..untuk turun Dan Naik.... Tapi di tingkat 37 boleh nampak pandangan Kuala Lumpur yg sungguh indah....

Nice place for a relaxing trip, don’t recommend for travellers

Apartment itself was very nice, the bed was comfortable and it was very spacious.

On arrival we were met with several cockroaches on the bed in the kitchen and in the bathroom. The kitchen isn’t really a kitchen, it just has a microwave and stove which makes it very limited to what you can cook especially when most things in the supermarkets on site require an oven, it’s located on a main road meaning almost everything around you need a taxi for.

Only location

Interior is messed up, worn out upholstery, bathroom is not clean and is smelly did not even have chairs for a family of four. It was not worth the try and I’m very disappointed

Risk of no deposit refund.

The place and facility is OK.

The person in charge requested a deposit of RM200 which is refundable within 24 hours. Howeve, she never answer my call and I still have not received the deposit as promised within 24 hours after check out. If you don't want to entertain your guest and find it difficult to refund the deposit, please don't ask for the deposit. Stupid!.

The location is good. Nearby to LRT, but the walk way (steel stairs to road) is dark at night.

First, they gave a dirty unit with smelly pillow and oily kitchen floor. After I complained, on the first night they changed the room for us. The staff of property chased my family from the unit on 5th Jan (Friday) even though I booked and paid from 2nd Jan till Saturday 6th Jan through booking. They insisted that we have to checked out on 5th (Friday). I was at work and send the proof of booking till 6th Jan Saturday through email to my wife. Then they realized it. They never apologized. This mean they did not check your date of stay properly if you stay for few days. They just can wake up from sleep and chase you out.

Emplacement très bien, appartement pas au top

Proche putra mall et des trains. Trés pratique Grab pas cher depuis la résidence car centre ville Piscine avec vue sur kuala lumpur

Présence de cafard dans l’appartement Vmc en panne dans la salle de bain pendant notre séjour, apparition d’odeur d’humidité très désagréable Résidence très bruante Salle de bain sale

LA PISCINA CON LAS VISTAS ES UNA LOCURA, LA HABITACION MUY BIEN Y EL CHECK-IN MUY MAL.

La habitación esta muy bien, tiene lavadora con secador que nos vino muy bien para lavar nuestra ropa despues de 15 días de viaje. La piscina con las vistas es una locura.

El tiempo para hacer el Check-in, no había nadie, tuvimos esperar 1 hora para que viniera la persona para darnos las llaves ya que no tenia una recepción. La ubicación esta un poco lejos del centro de Kuala Lumpur, pero compensa por la piscina, con las vistas que tienes no necesitas ir a ningún otro mirador para ver la ciudad.

Overall good!

The place was big, clean and comfy. View of the swimming pool , the restaurant and there is shop downstairs easy to buy anything.

It’s the location, it a bit far from everything. But yah grab is useful.

Overall a good stay

- the view was superb! We got the unit that faced the KL skyline. What a view. - the check in process was smooth - amenities provided were suffice to our needing - rooms were clean and comfy. - rooftop skypool was so spectacular.

- the total stay period was too short. Check in 3.00 pm but need to check out at 11 am. - no free parking. Was hoping to get at least one sponsored parking.

Nice and safe location, clean, comfortable, great pool

Location - few minutes from Petra train station and PWTC metro station, shopping mall, cca 30 mins walking to Petronas towers. Apartment was clean, comfortable, quiet, nice kitchen with pans, kettle. Good bathroom and hot shower. I felt safe, there was a security in front of every building. Supermarket and gym on the ground floor. Pool on the 37th floor was amazing and the view is magnificient. I easily got in touch with receptionist and simply left the key for check-out. Overall, I recommend and would definitely come back.

Overall is average, nothing special for me.

The aircon is cold, lobby is great and windy. You may view KLCC night view from the balcony. Water filter is provided for hot and cold water.

The sliding door at the balcony is spoiled, without fix, hence the noise from the LRT nearby is very irritating. The dining table is spotted and oily without wiping off, I also found out that I get little rashes in the smallest bedroom at night, not sure if is it because of the cleanliness of the bed itself. Some furniture is already worn out. Parking lot charges for RM20. No free parking is provided. Check in time is 3pm but check out time is 11am.

I like the property, however if Juliet provide the city view might be great, However she had no rooms left to give alternate sray.

While handoving the property the agents are not around. I wait for more than 1 HR to give back the key and collect my deposit. It was so hurry to catch my bus after that.

During check in the lady's expression was very (Non standard to be a customer service) hellooo???? im not your friend or whatsoever, u treat me like I owed you money ? excuse me??? Request for extra towel but the towel never arrived.
