Hotel nuovo, in centro paese, con una piscina enorme.

Struttura dall'aspetto nuovo e curato. Vista mare. Pulizia. Location in centro al paese di Badesi. Aria climatizzata molto potente (seppur rumorosa). Colazione varia sia salata che dolce (Peccato per la mancanza di prodotti tipici Sardi e del servizio al tavolo per le bevande calde come thè e caffè). Letto comodo. Piscina enorme.

La piscina è davvero enorme, forse spropositata rispetto alle dimensioni della struttura, mi permetto di dare il mio punto di vista: avrei fatto la piscina più piccola e avrei creato più area verde o parcheggi, che non sono sufficienti, ce ne sono solo 5 / 6, rispetto a più di 20 camere (chi prima arriva meglio alloggia con l'automobile). Inoltre la piscina arriva molto vicina ai balconi degli ospiti, in qualche rara occasione dei ragazzini sui 18 anni (probabilmente esterni alla struttura) hanno fatto qualche schiamazzo che ha disturbato la quiete di tutti gli ospiti. Gli orari della piscina sono poco convenienti, solitamente in quei momenti si preferisce stare al mare, mentre quando si rientra nella pausa pranzo pomeridiana o verso sera sarebbe bello trovare la piscina aperta. Nel mio periodo di soggiorno c'è stato un problema con l'antenna della TV e non ho potuto seguire le olimpiadi nei momenti vuoti o di relax tra una escursione e l'altra. Peccato che nel buffet della colazione non sia presente nulla di tipico Sardo e che non sia presente il servizio al tavolo per le bevande calde (Caffè, tè, ecc... bisogna fare la fila al bancone del bar e attendere il proprio turno). Seppur molto potente, la rumorosità delle ventola della climatizzazione in camera è eccessiva. A proposito della climatizzazione, nelle aree comuni dell'hotel la temperatura è veramente troppo fredda, si congela e lo sbalzo termico con l'esterno è un bel colpo!

Good Summer!!

Our stay was very good, the staff is very nice and friendly. The view from the hotel is of another level, with the immensity of the sea and the whole landscape. The room is quite spacious and the balcony is comfortable. The breakfast is also very good, but we would have liked to have more variety of Italian hams and cheeses. Thank you very much for everything, we had a great time.

The showers is a bit narrow and the mattress is a little hard

Gute Lage, Preis/Leistung und Service gut.

Gute Lage und moderne Ausstattung. Recht kleine Hotelanlage mit 22 Zimmern, dadurch mehr Ruhe.

Räume und Flur recht hellhörig. Trotz Zettel dass auf die Umwelt geachtet werden soll, wurden täglich die Handtücher getauscht und es gibt als Seife nur kleine Proben. Schwimmbecken könnte renoviert werden.

Quiet, modern, and clean little hotel in a very small town. A lot of space at the pool. Good breakfast, including ham, cheese, and eggs. Few minutes drive from an excellent beach. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Only a few parking spaces directly at the hotel. The general manager seemed to me not client-oriented, maybe because I (accidentally) took his parking place :) Home owner directly across the street also do no like if you park in front of his house. But, there were parking places on the street nearby, so this also was only a minor inconvenience.

The staff was nice but one of the receptionist does not speak in English, which was hard for us to communicate.

The big pool. That's pretty much it. The hotel and the pool area could do with some renovation and general cleaning.

They have a very big pool and no facilities at all around it. No bar for snacks or drinks, no music, nothing. The lounges are a little dirty and the pool it's not like in the pictures... It needs maintenance. There are damages all over the place. Rooms are big with balcony but not that clean. It's a place with potential but nobody seem to care much about the guest. Surely not a 4 stars.

Our stay was satisfactory but could easily be made more memorable with a few extras.

Lovely little town on a great coastline. Hotel was in a good location, walk to the beach wasn't too bad. Room was fine and was clean.

Overall stay was fine but certainly wouldn't have given it 4 stars. There was a kettle in the room with no coffee provided and the breakfast was lacking. Given it is 4 stars I definitely would have expected a little more given our experience around the island.

There is nothing in Badesi except a beach and this hotel isn't even close to that!

Nice pool...however closes at 7:00pm. Antonio was helpful in making reservation for the only 3 restaurants in Badesi.

This hotel is basic, certainly not a 4 star. They've given themselves that because it is new and modern. You have to pay for everything extra (and the stay is not cheap!). The room was sparse. The breakfast consisted of croissant and cakes (if you wanted more, its 5 euros extra per person), if you want a beer by the pool, you have to pay cash (and don't even think of bringing your own food/drink to the bar-pool area!). The person who checked us in, and was there most days, is completely bored with his job and cannot get rid of you fast enough - rude and disinterested. The A/C did not function well and was quite noisy.

big new rooms

everything else is just a big negative. breakfast is a joke they offer only sweets same every with +5 euro per day if you want any egg and cheese. The air condition is not working when you want but when they want. You have to pay 5€ every time you want a fresh towel for the poll. Just avoid this hotel at any cost.

Warm wonderful two weeks in Badesi

Good breakfast for being of the Italian variety, delicious croissants. However, some good cheese and ham would have been a plus. Very nice and helpful staff.

The pool should have been open all day and long into the evening. The valuable box was not fastened, but completely loose.

Perfect hotel for slow holidays

Hotel Horizon is comfortable and intimate. The swimming pool is large and there were always free sunbeds. Our room was spacious and very clean. The view from the balcony was amazing. The staff was very helpful.

Generally I would recommed the hotel for anybody who would like to stay in the clean and comfortable hotel in Badesi ci

The hotel was nice, rooms were confortable and well equiped (I would expect real glasses in 4* hotel rooms, not plastic….). The beds were great for me (hard mattrasses). An excelent cleanless service in rooms (thanks to all ladies) and as well great, clean swimming pool (never used during our stay as Badesi’s beaches were prefered).

The breakfast paid in room price were “Italian” = simple sweet staff (great croissant) juice, instant coffee and yougurt but fór extra 5€ you can get some cheese, ham and fruits. We claimed dismantled towel holder the first day to the reception but till the end of our stay nobody fixed it (minor issue but…).

Good hotel but faulty booking system

Unfortunately the automatic booking system didn’t work properly so when we arrived at the facilities at midnight there was nobody and no room key for us, we had to pick a random room ourselves(smaller and cheaper) that was not the one reserved

Make sure the spa is available before you go

The room is nicely furnished. The breakfast was tasty with a lot of different things.

The village is nothing much, but we weren't really interested in that anyway, because we only wanted to use the spa zone. However, it turned out that its is quite small and can only take in one couple at the time. Since there was us and another couple there, we could only go in the morning, because the other couple used it in the afternoon. I wish we had known that, because the spa zone was the reason for our trip, as it was a rainy weekend. I wonder what they would do if they had three or four couples?

Not a good experience

The air conditioning did not function, it was terribly hot. Moreover, the parking is very small, very easy to scratch the car. On top of this, the breakfast is very poor and the personal does not speak English…

new and stylish boutique-like hotel. rooms well-sized and nicely designed with high wooden ceilings. the balcony overlooking the pool and li junchi is great. staff at reception is nice and helpful. 5min drive to the beach that is empty compared to other sardinian beaches during ferragosto.

literally new hotel: some areas seem unfinished (e.g. there are no cushions on the loungers on the balcony or a tabletop on the outside table). staff at pool bar is somewhat rude at times. the bigger issue though: while the hotel itself is really nice for itself, it is embedded into a bigger estate by pendra sardinia. thus, the pool is shared with a lot of apartments and one won't find the tranquillity that is communicated with the photos and descriptions on booking.com. in the afternoon there were no loungers available at the pool. on top, there were events at the pool bar every other day with music until midnight. so if you are looking for a quite time out, maybe you should look somewhere else.
