nice property

great little 2 bedroom self contained house a couple of things below expectations but prompt response from property manager

Directions to address were confusing due to 2 street addresses used - could be made more clear Unable to get basic channels on the apple tv - clear instructions would have saved a lot of time and frustration and also saved a visit from the property manager

The property was great, easy access to everything and nice and clean.

The set-up there is interesting. Residents Association member/owner growled at my adult kids for having fun when there was no-one else poolside, barring my wife and I. Taylors Property manage properties on behalf of some owners. Taylors Property needs to improve their service/support levels. We hired 5 bikes direct from them, all needed tyres pumping up. 2 had to be swapped out. One of the swapped out ones had a faulty chain causing leg injuries to my 23 year old son. So we had to swap that out and the bikes brakes again failed on this, so this needed changing ! I expected an email to ask if my son was okay but nothing so I asked for a full refund and they agreed to this with no issue....but then the bikes were left with us for 4 more days with no communication, go figure ?!

Great location, cool house for fine weather.

Not set up well for rain! To get into the house you have to walk on grass - mud. There were no heated towel rails & there was only one towel each which meant wet towels. The electric blanket only worked on half of the bed.

Maybe explain its on the backdoor step as we took ages in the dark trying to find the lock box. Also to reset the lock before replacing the key.

Great place for a family to stay. Lockbox needs replacing

DO NOT book through bookings.com. They charged us an extra $30 for no reason to stay here it wasn't the property managers. Book direct with taylors not bookings.com who are a rip off

Great modern facilities

Modern, spacious and great deck. Beds very comfortable and good showers. Pool was awesome

Noisy neighbors having a party next door despite there being a no party/noise policy. Community lawn mower going at 630am on a Saturday through the street not great for waking up to.

washing line was a little clunky to get up and half the pegs were broken…

ok location. place has really strict rules .. you can’t make noise outside from 9 pm. the landlord lady came over and to

the out door space for bbq

not sure if this place gets hired out a lot as it was unclean. we found a rotten corn cob under the couch. it was so bad that mould had turned into crust YUCK!

No heating available in 2 rooms. Had to put the living room's heating to its max and leave the room door open. :(

Photos we’re misleading. I understand the pool was at the property and private. Was shared with other people and across from our accommodation. Very pricy for four people

Maybe have a supply of tea, coffee, sugar. Loaf of bread for breakfast and a few spreads/butter 🙂
