Worst hotel I have ever has the misfortune to visit

There was nothing to like about this awful hotel.

Evening meal was cold no apology for this, I skipped breakfast as it looked so awful. Corridors smelt cotton.AVOID this place

Night away

We stayed here for a night away as we had an event in the South Side of Glasgow. Unfortunately couldn't find any other accomodation closer to stay in. Ease of finding the hotel from the motorway was great and the parking facilities are good too. The hotel reception area was clean and well presented and the corridors and other areas of the hotel were very clean and spotless. The room we stayed in was basic, but had majority of what you needed. Staff were really helpful and more than happy to help.

Left a little to be desired for the price we paid (approx £118) for just 1 night and that didn't include breakfast. The tap water did not taste right (didn't see any signs suggesting it wasn't drinking water), so a nice addition would be to add a bottle of water with the coffee/tea facilities.

Friendly, professional staff and clean, cosy room.

Staff were lovely, I got put into a room with a burst bathroom pipe (I think, there was a smell) and went back to the reception and they moved me and were very apologetic and professional, they offered me some freebies. Brilliant customer service.

Fantastic stay in a beautiful modern room. Spotlessly clean and great food in the Restraunt. All staff were very helpful

Lovely Room with fantastic view… the staff were very professional and helpful and the Restraunt food was great. Spotless hotel and modern rooms. We will Defo be back very soon. Great value for money.

Value for money

Free parking, rooms were spacious, rooms were very clean and modern

The shower screen was small, so when you showered the water comes out and wets the bathroom floor. But if you put a big enough towel it is good.

good hotel wont return at moment

stayed here before good hotel in good location

prices have risen and still a number of goverment visitors staying with kids running hallways and fire doors on hall jammed open safety issue kept having to close them

Comfortable Night's Sleep

Room was a great size, and bed was comfy. Parking was excellent. Reception staff were also very friendly

The staff were very friendly, and very helpful. The secure entry for the building and the corridors was really good too.

The only things that could of been improved was the house keeping staff not being told that we had paid for late check out and she kept chapping the door to get in. Also no one told us that you had to get the parking token validated at the hotel.

Great product at a good price.

Location was fine

It would have been helpful if reception had warned us the door cards get cancelled if put near a mobile phone. They apparently have a lot of trouble with folk being locked out with those cards

Very good value and couldn’t fault it. Will be back next year.

Breakfast very good, chef helpful and pleasant. Great to have car parking. Rooms clean and freshly decorated.

Swipe card to access rather than ringing reception when coming and going. Although perhaps there was another way to get in.

The location was very central and convenient for East Kilbride.

The access to the hotel for non-driving customers is quite a mystery. It needs to be properly explained on the hotel site.

The room was clean and the bad was comfy

All the towels were with staines, even though they were clean. We have requested a new set of towels, but also from this new set half was with stains. Also it is a bit confusing to find the entrance in the parking

perfect for my short stay

the hotel was very clean and secure. and easy to get to. good that it was only a lift ride down to the shopping centre too for easy coffee and breakfast

Overall a pleasant experience.

Room was great for a good nights sleep. Reception, Bar and Restaurant all together on one floor (12th) worked well.

Room wasn't cleaned and dirty towels were not replaced during my stay.

Lovely staff, clean and lovely hotel. Would come again if in the vicinity.

Location was great as we needed to travel back south. Close enough for dinner at Glasgow city centre but quiet enough for us to get back easily.

We could have done with having a microwave but only because this was a last minute addition to our holidays and I need it to sterilise formula bottles. However the staff was amazing at reception and they helped me figure out an alternative by providing me with a tub for cold water sterilising
