Qualitativ gutes und ruhiges Hotel mit Lage am Wasser und Straba dicht und mit dieser ist man auch schnell im Zentrum.

Das Frühstück war gut und umfangreich. Das Hotel ist gut und recht ruhig gelegen, mit der Straßenbahn (5min Fußweg) ist man in 20 min am Bahnhof.

Nice hotel in a quiet area. good food and friendly staff.

Hotel is nice including the reception and waiting area, good restaurant. Has a nice seating area outside at the side of the hotel, can enjoy a drink or food there. Location is great, outside of the main part of the city but still close. It is in a very quiet area, overlooking the sea. Nice views of the city and the sea from the top of the hotel. There is a bar at the top serving drinks and cocktails with live music on the weekend, good views with a balcony area right beside the bar. Public transport is close. Tram into town is close and very convenient. The area around the hotel is nice. There is a park, supermarket, restaurants and bars within walking distance. The architecture of the area is modern and good for photographers. The food in the restaurant was very tasty and service was very good. Staff very friendly at reception.

The room was dark and depressing I felt, maybe that was just the theme, it didn't help that the weather was dull and cloudy for the duration of the stay. The floor does not feel clean as it is a wooden type of floor with some small carpets placed beside the bed. It does not feel nice to walk. The beds are bad. Not comfortable. I found it very difficult to sleep. Felt like a cheap ikea bed if I'm going to be honest. Other than that it's a lovely hotel.

Ok voor 1 nacht.

In de rustige omgeving aan het water. We hebben gratis parkeren gekregen uiteindelijk. Bedankt Ontbijt is voldoende ( ontbijt in de hele Europeans landen zijn het zelfde ) je kan geen intercontinentaal ontbijt krijgen zoals in Aziatisch landen dus voor Europeans is prima. Vriendelijke serveerster bij de ontbijt( lange vrouw met blond haar )

We willen graag de parkeergarage gebruiken maar helaas kan vanaf de incheck tijd… eerder parkeren is niet mogelijk ondanks dat je kamer geboekt en betaald bij de hotel. De kussens zijn heel erg slecht … de spons uit elkaar gevoel als tennisbal. Vervelend automatisch badkamer lamp dus elke keer naar de toilet dat lamp altijd aan en weer manual uitschakelen naast je bed. Ik zou automatisch nacht lamp met sensor onder je bed plaatsen dat is handiger…. Mijn partner die laag te slapen worden wakker als ik of mijn partner naar de toilet moet vanwege die lamp. Toen we hebben de kamer in …laag al side hang bed lamp al op de side bed tafel… neem de ruimte om de spoelen naast je bed te plaatsen ( ik heb de receptie verteld met de uitchecken ). In algemeen de hotel heel veel achterstallig onderhoud hier en daar. Ook de schoonmaak in de gang, bij de lift etc is niet goed gedaan. Voor 1 nacht is prima maar niet voor lange termijn. Het is jammer in mijn eigen land moeten overal engels praten.

Séjour à la hauteur de nos attentes, très agréable.

Joli hôtel récent et belle déco. Un peu excentré mais pratique avec le tram Bon petit dej Belle vue depuis le bar au 10ème

La lumière de la salle de bain qui s'allume automatiquement la nuit plein feux c'est pas du tout agréable. Manque un miroir grossissant pour se maquiller. Il s'est passé bien 2 jours avant que le couloir de l'étage soit aspiré, il était sale.

Kedves személyzet, nyugalmas lokáció boltokkal, éttermekkel körülvéve.

A lokáció jó,nyugis. Kb. 20 perc alatt be lehet érni a Centraal-hoz. A szálloda személyzete nagyon kedves, a szoba rendkívül tiszta, komfortos. Minden nap tökéletesen tiszta szoba várt minket.

Az ágy ugyan kényelmes, kicsit azért kemény - hosszan egy oldalon feküdve / aludva elzsibbad az ember végtagja. A mosdóban a lámpa mozgásérzékelős, ami nagyon rossz ötlet, tekintve ha éjszaka van dolgod, felkapcsolódik a lámpa. A zuhanyhoz egy nagyobb ajtó is hasznos lenne, még vigyázva is csupa víz lesz a padló az esőztető használatakor.

I had a 5 nights stay at the hotel. Amazing breakfast, very friendly staff, lovely atmosphere.

The most impressive was the wonderful breakfast! Great variety of choices, very tasty food especially the croissants and fried eggs which brings an energetic kick off of a day. The closing time was supposed at 11am but they didn't push the guests to leave which gave me enough chill time. Very friendly and helpful staff, 24/7 check-in process, act as a helpful guide. One restaurant staff has made me a coffee even it was closed from breakfast. I had a request for a taxi call service from the hotel front staff quite some last minute, which was pretty rush but they even wait me at the lobby and gave me a bid farewell. The room was spacious and comfort, with a great sea view. The bed was very large, and the air-con was very cold enough. I like the surroundings of the hotel, schools, neighbours, and the yachts, which created the quiet but cosy atmosphere. The morning walk from the hotel to the tram station was very enjoyable. Easily accessible by the tram 26 from the Amsterdam Centraal station with just 20-25mins, and followed by approx 8 mins walk.

I have requested a quiet room but you can still heard some talkings outside the window at the night. Have to be aware of the last tram from Centraal to the Ijburg station. The room rate was a bit costly but still worth everything.

Super Cooles Hotel Super Lage - ist in ca 20 min in der Stadt - Anbindung perfekt

Haben 2 mal darauf hingewiesen das der TV nicht funktioniert- wurde leider nicht geändert.

A lovely eco-conscious stay

It was lovely staying in an eco-conscious property. The breakfast was varied and delicious - shout out to the omelette chef - and the complimentary toiletries were of good quality.

We would have appreciated having two complimentary bottles of water for two guests, not just one between us.

Erholsamer Aufenthalt in ruhigem sowie modernem Hotel mit sehr netten Mitarbeitern

sehr gutes Frühstück (mit sehr nettem Personal auch wenn SA/SO sehr viel los ist), Hotel ist ausserhalb des Zentrums und daher in schöner und ruhiger Umgebung (mit Tram und Bus angebunden), Hotelbar im 10. Stock

Die Böden (zB im Bad) könnten bei einem Aufenthalt von 7 Tagen zwischendurch gereinigt werden

It was nice for a one-night stay!

- I liked the possibility of late check-out so I could sleep in! and the fact that they offer room service although we didn’t make use of it. - We arrived after 12AM and it was nice that they could still check us in. - They have a parking garage underneath the hotel so it made it easier not to worry about where to park and such. - The room was big and spacious enough and the bed was quite comfortable to sleep in. - I asked where I could find the room service menu online and a lady from the reception was kind enough to bring the menu to my room.

- My boyfriend was away for work during the day and I slept in and a staff member (a man) came twice in the room while I was asleep during check-out time and that made me unsafe and uncomfortable even though we have requested a late check-out beforehand and he probably wasn’t informed. - No mini fridge in the room - The TV didn’t have a lot of options for a smart TV. We could only use YouTube and the rest were just normal Dutch channels. - They don’t have a lot of variety in their restaurant/room service menu and most of the food are pretty pricey.

I love the hotel, but last time I was there my room was so much better. The bathroom this time in room 504 was weird, not quite as nice, and I did expect to have a balcony so I was a bit disappointed.

Won´t go back.

It has a delicious restaurant and although it is not in the city centre, it is easy to get around.

We couldn´t open the window or enjoy the terrace of the room because every time we tried to open the window, we had millions of mosquitoes inside the room. The room is quite small and the hotel is quite far away from the city centre for the price we paid. I won´t go back to this hotel.

It was great. nice location. nice staff. Great food.

I had to change the room, as the one I reserved online had no good view. Most importantly, there was bad smell on the floor and the room. Staff were cooperative to change the room, though I paid EUR 15 more.

The room was not clean enough.

Best stay in Amsterdam EVER!

The location is outstanding...right next to a Marina. The room decor was 2nd to none.. Exceptional. I just found my new home on all my regular visits

They need to replenish the water bottle in the room daily.

Overall design of the room and the hotel restaurant.

Charged for room with a view even if the other couple got the same without a reservation or extra payment. Overall experience with the staff from the reception was not that good - incomplete information, very crowded. Very expensive for the quality of the services provided.
