Best accommodation in Amsterdam - So different yet comfortable. Highly recommend for anyone staying in Amsterdam to check this out.
Houseboat gave a different feel and also the owners are super friendly and very accomodating.

Excellent location in a quiet neighborhood with a nice view on water and nature, easy transport by tram to city of Amsterdam, cheap parking lot close by, supermarket nearby.
Sauna was great! Also eating in the sun on the deck.
Neighbour Mark was also warm and welcoming.

The hosts were charming. They live on the other side of the boat. They were responsive and brought us a lovely breakfast. Part of the package if we preferred was to get breakfast at a local cafe with espresso, fresh natural juices and a delicious spread of cheese, fruit, and bagels. The boat was delightful. Clean and spacious area. Bathroom is small but has a really great shower and sauna. The boat is docked at a jetty that requires a passcode to enter so it is very safe. Everyone is very friendly. Some great restaurants about a mile and a half away by walking along the water. Recommend the Kitchen of Happiness (had great mix of really fresh Asian food). The boat is on the water and you can gently feel some of the sways of the water but steady and doesn't cause any sea-sickness. Beautiful sound of water and birds outside of the windows.
Be sure to be prepared to walk up and down winding stairs to get to the room. It's not walking distance from the center of the city but easily accessible by taking the tram which costs just about 7-8 dollars per day. Mo temperature controls but it was mild while we there so pleasant.

The location is very quiet and it is beautiful being on the water. The accommodation inside is really light and spacious (the sky lights are terrific), and it feels so luxurious to have a private sauna just off the bathroom. The breakfast provided in the room was very generous and lovely, and our hosts did everything they could to ensure we were happy there. Even providing eye masks to make sure we could sleep when the light floods in!
I wish we had read the provided accommodation information in the printed up book (not just the information in the folder) as soon as we arrived rather than the morning we were leaving .... but that is on us. I just wish we could have stayed here longer but the price makes that difficult! It is further out than I'd realised; again, on us. The tram journey is very quick and easy, though.

lovely experience in the houseboat, very spacious, super nice host and very clean! the boat is on a very calm area and super quiet at night
it’s a bit out of the way from the center of Amsterdam but trams are right there and there are good restaurants walking distance.

Everything.
Wow, I honestly can not tell you how impressive this boat is.
100% recommend to everyone. Absolutely stunning accommodation and our hosts were wonderful. We didn't see them, they didn't come into our private space at all, but they were in regular contact to make sure we were enjoying our stay 😊
Everything from start to finish was just, SUPERB!
Couldn't charge my phone to reply to the host and couldn't locate a pen to write in the guest book, but I should have thought of that before we arrived so we left a European plug on the shelf for the next guests.
Thank you very much for a wonderful first trip to Amsterdam 😊

Unique Amsterdam experience with great hosts.
A little outside the city but trams run frequently.

Super comfortable, ideal for relaxing after a long day in the vibrant center of Amsterdam, good connection with tram 26 to Amsterdam central station about 15 minutes, Lianne&Jeroen are the perfect hosts, because of our high energy and because of our short stay we unfortunately only had that brief pleasure to get to know the master of the house. breakfast was very varied, individually tailored to us and of the finest quality. Anyone who has the pleasure of staying here should take the time to browse through the information provided to understand just how great this living space is. Our main focus on this trip was a concert at ASAF Live. Perfect to reach by bus directly from the houseboat. So just perfect! Excuse the frequent switching between the topics but one thing has to be said. we planned the holiday shortly before the pandemic began and only got to do it about 2 years later, the concert was also postponed twice, we kept in touch via booking.com the whole time and it was super easy to postpone the stay without a lot of bureaucracy. This is of course also due to the state of emergency, but Lianne & Jeroen were always super relaxed and probably managed a lot in the background that we didn't notice. Big thanks and hopefully see you soon.

Lovely boat with very friendly and helpful staff. The location is perfect, not too far from Amsterdam centre, by the lake and very close to a sand beach. Private sauna was an amazing addition to our stay. The room was exceptionally clean and we had everything needed to be comfortable. Highly reccomend, we will come back for sure!

The place is stylish and clean and the fact that the owners built it with their hands makes you appreciate every detail. The owners are really nice and they cook amazingly, all their products are fresh and local and you can taste that in every bite. The location is peaceful and in 15 min by tram you are in the city. Sitting outside on the boat in the evening was the best. Even in 5* stars hotels you dont’t get such a vip treatment.

Beautiful location. The host were so kind. Really made us feel at home and an abdunace of bonus facilities to help you enjoy your stay.
Nothing. The location is a slight distance. However, the area aswell as regular public transport makes up for it.
