Decent flat for a decent price in central Oslo.

The flat is very much at Oslo central. It is quite easy to get to all the central tourist attractions by foot or by public transportation. Also, there are many restaurants and grocery shops nearby. The flat is nicely decorated, looks like online, the level of cleanliness was like a 7/ 10. We initally had some trouble with the handover of keys, but the host replied very quickly to each question by email and called back very quickly as well, so the communication was great.

We initally planned on using the apartment to eat out less and cook for ourselves. However, althought there are pots to use, there is hardly any other gear to cook, the flat is very sparsely equipped; there wasn't even kitchen roll or washing-up liquid in the kitchen, only hand soap. The coffee machine wasn't working. At night, the street is quite lively, at least during our stay in summer.

Nice appartement in the city centre of Oslo, great for 2 persons however for 4 it’s a bit to small.

great location, everything else bad... really bad!

perfect location in Oslo, near all major tourist attractions and practically over the bus stop.

the apartment was dirty, dirty walls and also with signs of killed mosquitoes (blood stain). Dust on the furniture and the carpets had dirt spots. the second night the neighbor had a party with loud music and shouts from 20:00 to 06:00. Pans with broken handle and never replace. Remains of food from previous tenants. broken elevator, does not go down to the first floor (the key did not work). the cost is excessive for what is offered.

Excellent location, but loft bedroom gets extremely hot during warm days.

Prime location for downtown tourist destinations and city tours. Close to train station.

The loft bedroom gets extremely hot when the outside temperature is 23C or above. We also found it hard to sleep with the windows open due to street noise (bus line and nearby bars). We messaged the host before check-in requesting for a fan due to a forecasted heatwave during our stay. No response from the host and fan was not provided. At 200 USD per night, a fan could have been provided for guests' comfort. We booked the apartment for 4 nights, but checked out a day early (did not ask for refund) because of this issue and checked into a hotel with air conditioning.

Central, but only really comfortable for 2 people.

Good central location. Host communicated well. Comfortable bed on the mezzanine.

We had to clean the toilet. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable.

it is an okey stay. don’t choose of picky with cleanness.

the location and coziness. there are washing machines for plates and clothing. it is also quiet warm for winter times. location is very good! no interaction with owners.

felt a bit not well cleaned. specifically for the couch we used for sleep. overall a neat stay.

Great location, ready access to both bus and the tram lines and the central railway station.

Unlike most accomodations, this one lacked a book that discussed features and in-house routines. A small oversight.

Great location, very quiet place and responsive host. But needs some TLC

Great location - perfect for everything. Spacious apartment in quiet area. Very responsive owner - literally called me within a few minutes of my emailing with a problem. Could easily have gotten a much higher score if not for the mounting niggles.

All relatively small stuff, but together this felt like an unloved apartment. I gather that the apartment is looked after by a manager in the building so not sure why some basic stuff seemed missing. - The somewhat irritating Treasure hunt approach to getting the key. The messiest arrangement and timings I have ever encountered. They worked, but were unnecessarily complicated. - The shower drains so slowly that the bathroom floods every time you take a shower. Mopping up the floor after a shower isn't great. - The lack of instructions for the washer/dryer (and putting instruction booklets on the top shelf of the cupboard so that you had to look for them from the stairs - only a giant could reach) - No welcome pack with information about the local area or issues around the apartment management - the first time I have ever stayed in an apartment without a welcome pack (and with missing instructions) - Broken dishwasher. Or according to the host one that neither we nor the previous guest could fathom. We inherited a load of dirty dishes in the dishwasher and despite many attempts, could not get it to work. Our question was, why didn't the cleaner sort it before we arrived? - smashed wine glass put back in the cupboard - Poor lighting on the mezzanine - hard to put stuff away

Location excellent, pictures are not such realistic. Definitly does not deserve remarks which has because of cleanness.

Location perfect, facilities OK.

Dirty,dirty and so dirty. Bad smell, like rancid oil when you come inside. We found full dishing machine with dirty dishes. Bed sheets had also some very bad smell.Lower sheet was full of some stain-spots. In such flat we couldn’t eat anything. Fridge seemed that wasn’t cleaned for a months. Carpets were not vacuumed and were full of hair and crumbs. Very dirty overall!

Superb

Location is good. Clean, easy check-in. I travel with a baby, so it good enough, baby no complain:)

If over 26 degree, the room is so warm, even at night. So need to keep window open, then so much traffic noise until 1oclock, but if close the window is half less noisy. Everything is clean :) except the ventilation over kitchen. So much dust there, we didn't dare to turn it on.

Excellent location, cool design and wonderful shower

Great location- close to ferry (how we arrived), central station (how we departed), restaurants, and full city exploration! Attractive design, great shower, and nice view!

Key pick up and drop off was a little inconvenient, but ok. Don't recycle the envelope for the key like we did or you'll have to find and purchase a new one in order to return the key!

The location is convenient, the bed is comfortable

The place is worn-out: Kitchen poorly equipped, extractor not working, 1 chair missing to eat, sofa very uncomfortable, fridge full of ice, TV remote c not working. Very bad value for money. It's very impersonal.

Lovely place!

The property was very central and easy to get around. It was also very cosy and neat.

The property lacked some amenities (e.g. tea, shower gel, etc) and the place was quite warm (even with the windows open).

Disappointing

We were arranged to move to the new room in the next building that we were not booked for due to the problem of the heater. The room that we got was worse than the one we booked for and we have charged full price. We got room called prinsens gate 10 which is much cheaper if you compared. I tried to complain to the owner but he said ther are the same price. Very unfair.

Incredible location, very central with the ability to walk to any point in the city. Amazing apartment, perfect for a weekend trip away.

Name on the envelope was wrong. Had to talk to the store clerk for 10 min to be able to convince him that the booking was made though us.

The apartment was exactly as shown on the booking website. We collected the key a few hours before our check-in time from Karl Johans Gate convenience store. I like the cleanliness of the apartment and the location which is close to Karl Johans gate.

We couldn't connect to the TV channel and Youtube had intermittent internet connection issues.
