We had an amazing stay.

We always book at Hermanus Beach Club when in Hermanus, the property is situated in a convenient location, with a variety of amenities. Calming sea views and peaceful atmosphere - the best.

The ongoing sound from the apartment above ours, almost like they were knocking stuff.

The worst we ever experienced

Absolutely nothing, traumatic experience

We still haven't received pre paid deposit for the so-called damages. The location is totally shocking - it's in geto around the township we have been scared to go back there after sundown..The owner been trying to break in at night opening with his own keys from the outside without any warning!!! Tv wasnt working. Ridiculous place indeed

Dont need a sentence one word would sum it up. Awesome!!

The property was very homely we really felt like it was our little home away from home. Everything was neat. We wouldve loved to meet the host but that is not too much of an issue

I didnt like that we booked so little nights 🤣

The unit was close to the beach and we had a good time going to view it.

The unit was not clean at all. The toilet was smelling urine in spite of us trying to clean. The unit has so many things in it that it is so stuffy.

No breakfast as it’s self catering. Location not bad but a map of how to get to the unit would be good. Units not marked clearly and it’s quite dark with load shedding to try and find ones unit.

change your sheets , clean your place and buy a hear cos it cold.

Its location was beautiful. The apartment had that homely feel to it.

The apartment was filthy, the floors hadn’t been swept, could see other peoples hair all over the floor and beds were uncomfortable. bed sheets were not changed. very disappointed.

The interior was done nicely and we had a relaxing time.

No Freezer!!! Understand the freezer broke down the morning of our arrival, but it was very inconvenient with frozen meat that we brought with us. There was wifi, which we couldn't use as it didn't want to open any pictures or some apps.

We enjoyed the area which is beautiful and we were able to enjoy a hike at Fernkloof Nature reserve.

The access to the sea was great. The apartment was comfortable and the kitchen well stocked with appliances. The complex is well looked after and the rules were obeyed.

The Accommadation, The Beautifull Sea Views, The Big Pool, The Pub by the Pool, & of course the Classy Service!

We had an excellent time. We have told all our friends about the Swell Time we had @ Ur Beach Club! Thanx Once Again!

We settled and made the best of it albeit having to cut short moving around to avoid the long walks

It was self catering, So prepared our own

The difficulty of finding the room. We were promised that the security at the gate will show us the room. We drove around endlessly until we found the parking bay. The the struggle was to find the apartment, because there is no sign that shows it and no number visible from the parking bay. You have to walk a distance to your apartment, walk up some stairs. Having had a hip replacement not so long age, this was a nightmare for me. I chose it because it said "ground floor" and although it was ground floor, but not conducive for me. The apartment smelt of mould and the kitchen floor was dirty. When we complained via WhatsApp to the host, this was the response:"I am quite surprised! This is one of the nicest units in the bc with excellent reviews. Maybe you are not familiar with the covid regulations. We are NOT allowed to meet guests. This is also a self-catering unit NOT a hotel room . Really!!!!" We booked a self-catering unit and that is what we got with everything we need, hence we could not mistake it for a hotel. The response we got did not treat us as customers but as moaners. It lacked empathy, customer care and EQ.
