14 Combehaven is the second-floor apartment within a luxury gated development only a short walk from Salcombe’s restaurants, pubs, upmarket shops and beautiful waterfront. It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and sleeps four. There is an open-plan kitchen / lounge with a modern granite kitchen, coal-effect gas fire, dining table, two generous sofas and a balcony. Outside table and chairs are available to view the wonderful views over the town to Batson Creek. 14 Combehaven is a lovely apartment for couples and small families wanting to be close to the heart of Salcombe without compromising on space.

Amenities: Underfloor heating. Gas hob and oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer and microwave, TV with Freeview, DVD and WiFi. Bed linen and towels provided. Off-road parking for two cars in covered car park. Balcony with furniture. Strictly No Smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk. Note: Guests need to bring their own beach towels. Note: Children to be supervised at all times due to the balcony.

Region: Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?

Town: Salcombe is a popular destination for watersports enthusiasts, walkers and families looking for a holiday by the sea. There are several pretty beaches within a short distance, including North Sands and South Sands, plus the coves East Portlemouth on the opposite side of the estuary, just a short passenger ferry ride away. Also on your doorstep is the National Trust property Overbeck’s where you can wander through the subtropical gardens. Why not have a more adventurous day and try out the watersports available on the estuary including surfing, coasteering, kayaking or a more leisurely boat trip? Whilst staying in Salcombe, take advantage of the locally sourced seafood which is served in many of the restaurants, pubs, cafés and delicatessens. The southern tip of Devon provides some spectacular scenery and picturesque vistas with a number of sandy beaches, lovely villages with thatched cottages and some fantastic opportunities for walking on the South West Coast path.
