I loved my stay here. My apartment was so comfortable and spacious. Paul the manager was so friendly, nothing was too much trouble. The bed was super comfy, fantastic shower and the kitchen had everything I needed. The location was perfect , close to all restaurants and bars. The promenade was a few minutes away. I enjoyed it that much , I extended my stay. I’d highly recommend these apartments. Great value for money. Thanks for making me feel so welcome and for a great stay. Will definitely be returning soon.

First of all, the check in experience was really easy. We were told we could check in from 4pm, which is quite late, but the room was ready at 2pm so we checked in nearly 2 hours early. We were sent a key code for entry to the building, and found our key easily inside the property. Didn't need to see or speak to anyone to check in, but Paul was available over the phone if needed which was really appreciated.
The room was in an excellent location. I've stayed in Llandudno pretty much every year for nearly 20 years, and this is probably the best location for an apartment I've visited. The apartment was really spacious with 4 rooms and an entryway, so plenty of room for 2 people and a good amount of room for an extra person if needed.
The living room had a large, smart TV which was great for watching YouTube/streaming programs. The sofas were comfortable and the view from Apartment 5 on the 3rd floor was incredible. Couldn't quite see the sea but the Orme view might have been even better. Plenty of storage space and some books/games included too.
The bedroom was also quite big, with a dressing table and plenty more storage space. The bed was clean and comfortable, all you can ask for really.
The bathroom was pretty small and barebones but fine.
The kitchen was surprisingly big, with a whole breakfast bar area and a good sized work surface with hobs and a combi microwave oven. Lots of utensils, cutlery, pots, pans, etc. available for cooking - couldn't complain about the amount of stuff provided here.
The carpet was really nice too...
The cleanliness of the property was our main issue.
Firstly, the living room sofas were white and so we could see that they were quite badly stained. A blue blanket had been thrown over the sofa to cover the stains, but this blanket was also quite stained. A duvet had been provided for the single bed in the living room and there was a significant reddish brown stain on it, so we decided against using it.
All of the radiators in the property were quite dirty, any towels we placed on them were instantly stained, which was disappointing.
In the bathroom, despite most of it being very clean there was a wooden panel beside the toilet which was meant to cover the pipes - this had fallen off, revealing the pipes to the side of the toilet. The shower was also very loosely fitted and there was a hole in the wall where part the screen had been mounted, ripped out, left open, and unfilled. The sink was very small, but it did work. The shower had no screen to the front, only the side, so the floor would be soaked after every shower. We did our best to prevent this but it was very difficult and we had to clean the floor after every shower. There was also a very 'well-used' toilet brush, which isn't something I've encountered in holiday accommodation before...
The bedroom was definitely the cleanest room, which is great. The only thing worth mentioning here is that the drawers were quite dirty on the inside.
It was almost like everything in the property only got a surface clean - the inside of any openable furniture had not been cleaned in quite a long time.
The kitchen was in decent condition but there were grease stains all over the back wall, and many of the glasses/cutlery had not been properly cleaned. I do have high standards when it comes to kitchen cleanliness, and maybe it was the previous occupant's job to clean these bits, but we did have to re-clean everything in the kitchen before use.

Property is in a brilliant position near to all amenities and attractions. Apartment had plenty of space and all you needed for a stay
Being at the top of the building there was quite a lot of stairs, but we knew this when booking so “prepared” for this

Tidy, very good provision of services, quiet, cosy, comfortable bed, a good space for 2, possible to see pier and sea. Impressive valley for money
You do need to mind your head in the 4 spaces; there are 70 stairs to climb. There was quite a lot of clutter on the stairway route which us the only fire exit route. All the limitations are factored in the price which remains good value.

The location is great, parking wasn't a problem either, and that's about it there was nothing else good about this place...
We were in apartment 6, which was right at the top, states on the booking that there is a street view, if u call the side and back of the building a street? There was no view at all, there was no one else staying in these appointments so why we were put at the top I've no idea, we could have paid extra for a sea view but the view is of the street, not what I would call a sea view..., I was quite surprised on opening the appointment door, it looked nothing like the photos, but we thought oh well were here, let's make the most of our stay, the TV is far to small for the size of the room especially if ur watching it from the bed, which was so uncomfortable, the pillows we're all hard and lumpy, we didn't sleep at all, and my partner is 6'2 bed wasn't long enough as it was a metal frame with head and foot board which creaked wth any movement, the shower was dirty, the shower doors hadn't been wiped over, the bin was rusty and the l8st goes on and on, we decided to leave on the Saturday morning instead of the Sunday, as we were itching from the state of the bed, duvet and whole appointment, photos are attached, tbh it reminded me of what a Hostel would be like or a YMCA, I left a note on the side, giving Paul who I presume is the owner, an opportunity to put things right for me, as in compensate me but I've not heard a thing so hence, here is your review 😀

The location would of been ideal.
How dark and dingy it was, the really bad smell of old fried food, the stair case was a danger. The owner was initially helpful, but when we questioned something, he became rude.
We chose not to stay after walking in a second time & found alternative accommodation.
We returned the key on the Saturday morning, to be met by a guy who must be a long term resident there, who was quite intimidating. So glad we found alternative accommodation.

It was our second stay here in the space of a year. The owner continues to improve the apartments and the building and there are some real nice touches which make it special. Really enjoyed our weekend here and hope to return soon.

The location was brilliant. We were in Apt 5 which was up several flights of stairs so not ideal if you have mobility issues but no problem for us (and helped get a few extra steps in!).
The apt was spacious and warm. Bed was comfy. Towels and mini soaps provided.
Bathroom pretty clean. Shower pretty good -pressure dropped now and again but soon came back and water was hot.
Check in was great. We received a message on the day with keycode and instructions which were very clear
Lovely and quiet.
Some surface dust on the furniture but it was out of season and took 2 mins to wipe off myself.
Kitchen adequately stocked with a small selection of cutlery and plates, glasses mugs etc -we didn’t cook anything but there were some pots and pans also. Nice big fridge freezer which was clean, a cooker hot plate and microwave.
All in all , a great base for a weekend away in our favourite place. We will be rebooking.
I can’t think of anything that would put me off rebooking.

Brilliant sea view and location and easy access . shower was always warm and powerful. Mattress was very comfortable. Room was nice and warm as heating was on. Good security on the front door. Needs alittle tlc with the decor, however I would stay again as it was very clean and good value for money as we stayed 3 nights. Brilliant little dishwasher. Lovely high ceilings.
Not enough kitchen utensils at all, had to keep washing the basics as we only had two falks. No oven just a microwave and top cooker but they worked well with our meals we took to cook. Wifi struggled watching the TV.

Perfect location for us near the pier could see the sea out of bay window. Clean and comfy. 5 tume of staying in this apartments always have the same one brand new sofa this time very comfy

Great location and the rooms and very spacious. It had all the facilities we required and a kitchen with all the utensils.
The shower cubicle would benefit from a shower curtain as the water gets splashed on to the floor.

It was a home from home, come and go as you please and not worry about waking people up with it being individual apartments.

The apartment was filthy! Black carpets, destroyed furniture. The main area was tiny. Couldn't have bedroom window open because of the stench of chip fat. Couldn't put clothes in there for same reason. We hated it that much we left, Couldn't stand the place!! Don't waste your money!!

Good central location, surprisingly quite and spaceous.
Smell of weed in bedroom traced to empty packet on shelf of bedside cabinet.
Wi-Fi unreliable, kept dropping out, this was a pain as it took out the smart TV.

The only real positive about the property was the location.
Everything other than the location was disappointing, the apartment wasn’t anything like the pictures on the website it was very small and smelt bad and there was no air freshener available. The sofa bed was awful and so uncomfortable with only a thin sheet to put over the top and a duvet with no cover and no pillows available even though we clearly stated on the booking that 3 people would be staying. The worst issue we had was the toilet getting blocked after the first use. This was raised with the host who did kindly come to the property and resolve the matter but this only lasted a few hours and by that evening it had blocked again. this was from minimal use as we were out during the day and most of the evening and were too scared to use the toilet given it was blocking so easily. It made us really uncomfortable and was a big inconvenience as we had to source external toilets to use which were not easy to locate and we should not have had this issue when we are paying for an apartment with a bathroom. The door to enter the apartment was tiny and a struggle when we were getting our suitcases and bags in and out and there was not an option to open the other half of the door which would have made it a-lot easier. The towels provided were very small not really bath towels and we were only supplied with 1 each during a 2 days stay which i didn’t think was very appropriate. Overall it was a disappointing stay and i wish that i had chosen a different property to stay at as i think it would have massively improved our experience.

The apartment was really nice for the budget. Perfect for a little central bolt hole. Shops and bars are nearby. (Although not noisey). Apartments had all the basics we needed. Bed was very comfortable and linen and towels were very clean. We had a lovely little break. Thank you. 😊
There are ALOT of stairs to 'The Loft' room 7. Maybe not suitable for people that struggle climbing stairs. Maybe better to book one of the lower apartments.
