Staff were stunning. Food also exceptional. Downstairs rooms very good and location great
But my room was very small. Had booked sea view. There was a terrace which had this but no real view from the small room. Also no air con which I found amazing for the price.

Staff were so very helpful and nice. Lovely swimming pool and spa. Room was spacious and very comfortable with a lovely side seat view. I even got a free car park space.
The breakfast wasn’t quite as good as it sounded on the menu. Although they did offer freshly cooked omelets that were delicious.

We had a lovely time at the imperial hotel in Llandudno the staff were amazing, the room was a side room with half a sea view ,there was a smart TV so I could watch Netflix YouTube on my own accounts , the wifi is great and free but the last night it was playing up so they give me there staff wifi code witch was even better, the food is fantastic the breakfast omg if they didn't have it they would do it for you, the evening meals are of a high standard and they had a really nice special on every evening, the swimming pool is fabulous, but there needs to be a hand rail down the side wall as it was very slippy ,and the steps into the pool should be at the entrance its a long walk around the pool when I'm disabled and its to narrow for wheel chairs ,I asked for a fridge for my insulin and it was there within 10 mins, best hotel we have been in for years
Bed a bit small it broke but they changed it in a flash,

Everything. From meeting the lovely lady (approx 12.15pm) who checked us in. Another lovely lady on reception (approx 4.30pm) when we enquired about afternoon cream tea + the lady when checking out Sunday (9.50). Each one of them were a pleasure to speak to. The room was fab. Bar/restaurant staff all very pleasant, helpful & obliging. Excellent breakfast. The whole place/hotel was really lovely & enjoyable. Would definitely recommend & stay there again. Big thank you all round to the staff.

The hotel was very nice and clean and the food was good. But what really made the stay was the staff! Everyone we spoke to was outstanding from reception, the restaurant to the gym. My 4 year old daughter was given lots of attention and made to feel very special!
The room was extremely hot! There was a fan available but quite an old style that could maybe be updated with a quieter one as we needed it on all night.

Room was fine and housekeeping staff very good. Location very good
Reception confused over my booking. Restaurant menu needs a little more imagination. I was asked five times if my food was OK. Staff need to be trained better. Fire alarm went off 4.30 am night porter completely hopeless. Fire training badly needed lives could have been put at risk, I felt this was very bad. People who booked with booking.com paid in advance others do not have to.

As a coeliac there was a good choice for breakfast, my only criticism is that the wheat eaters used the same implements to serve both non gluten and gluten containing foods there by cross contamination. I watched one gentleman use the same tongs to serve his bacon, black pudding and sausage. I am assuming the sausage and black pudding were not gluten free as there were no notifications either way??
Room was okay, it was clean and well stocked but for £160 per night it was a tad over priced. the biggest gripe was the shower over the bath as the shower screen would not open away from the bath as the sink was in the way but then if the screen was folded into the bath you couldn't get at the shower controls?????? The wall lights over the desk/table, the right hand side light did not work and therefore had not been checked (I left the light bulb out in order to bring this to staffs attention (with the aid of a note). Also there was only one robe supplied in a room for two people, consider we were instructed to attend the fitness sweet/pool already changed wearing a robe from the room, one robe two people???
Dinner, very nice and a decent choice for us coeliacs, nuff said!!

great location on the seafront right in the middle of town , very friendly staff
our room didn’t look anything like the picture on booking .com …. I booked a sea-view room for a birthday treat and specifically chose this hotel because the room had 2 large windows facing the sea but then our actual room had a tiny window to see the sea through and a very windy high balcony up some steps outside for the rest of the sea view !!

Location, facilities, services all spot on. Staff very friendly and supportive.
Nice view from the room and the room size was very good. Would certainly want to stay again.
I would prefer to have more food options at the restaurant, but there are many available nearby so not a big concern.

Room was clean, nice bathroom. Toiletries and tea tray good. Reception staff lovely, night porter lovely, health facilities were much enjoyed, parking good. Balcony was good.
Breakfast was poor. Hot tub not clean. Some waiters/waitresses unprofessional. Dressing gowns rough. One slept well, one didn’t. Changing rooms only available to members was inconvenient having to walk through hotel in dressing gown. Could benefit from a better layout of health facilities. Lift very old! Dated decor. Needs to appeal to younger audience.

Room was spacious if not a little dated. Reception was nice, didn't really use facilities as I arrived late and left very early due to the room being so poor.
The room was very noisy with the wind rattling through the room and coming through the extraction fan in the bathroom. The noise kept me up all night, I tried stuffing it with tissue and tried blocking out the noise but at 0400 gave up and just decided to leave. Went to reception and the night porter just said he was aware of that and apparently has always said that they should put people on the upper floor during poor weather. The following day the manager called and said they would refund some of the costs but haven't seen any refund. My advice looks like a nice place for a meal, if you stay check the weather reports, if your staying on the top floor expect to be up all night.

Sauna and jacuzzi were above what was expected
Plug sockets next to bed were fake. Put in for aesthetic purposes but not usable. Some light switches in the room also the same.

Excellent staff and Service from the minute we arrived, room was very spacious and quiet, bed was extremely comfortable and we had all facilities anyone would need.
We also had breakfast which was delicious, and there was a variety to suit all peoples taste.
Hotel was central to everything.
Would defiantly recommend.
That we couldn't stay longer 😀
