THE SHORTEST WALK TO THE NISSAN STADIUM of any downtown residence. You can walk to the ball park or Preds Games or simply hit the strip on Broadway for some great country music. .

There is ample public parking garages in the area. There is no parking on site. The location allows you to walk everywhere, Bird electric scooters, B-cycle or Uber. You will not need to drive your car.

This location was perfect! The best walking distance to everything. The host was amazing answering any questions I had prior to our trip. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place.

Overall great place to stay...the current construction made it a little difficult to get to, but we figured it out. White Front Garage has "pay by the day" parking, and it's less than one block from the condo. The place is beautiful and had everything we needed, plenty of towels, spacious showers, and the coffee was great. It's also super-convenient to Broadway, Nissan Stadium, the Auditorium, the Sounds Stadium and the Capitol grounds. Also fairly quiet in this block and hope it stays that way.

As this was our first time in Nashville, we were unsure of the best area to stay. This spot was perfect! Only a couple blocks to Broadway. Close enough to walk everywhere, but far enough away that we were not bothered by noise or crowds at night. The kitchen was well stocked, so nice to have a starter kit of coffee pods to get us through the first morning before we were able to get to a store. As other reviewers stated, Greg at the hotel next door was so friendly and very helpful. Loved having the August app for entrance to the unit, made it so easy. The unit was super clean and comfortable, I would stay here again and definitely recommend this cute spot!

We enjoyed our stay. Great location. Easy to walk to shopping, Broadway, restaurants. Front door opens right to side walk in a busy street. It’s a little loud at times, but didn’t overall detract from the visit. Highly recommend.

This property is perfect. It is close to everything but quiet at the same time. The Condo was spacious and plenty of room to relax. We go to Nashville several times a year and this is definetly going to be our choice of places to stay

Just right

Aesthetic is very fun - eclectic and interesting. Property had what we needed for comfort & use - plenty of towels, kitchen utensils/knives, etc, bath products and board games. Most important, however, was safety - proximity to the hotel next door meant we felt very safe. Location is easily walkable to everything we wanted. Great stay - we'd return.

It was a cute place. Looked exactly like the pictures posted. Only weird part was finding the front door but the nice Valet guy from the hotel next door was amazing and helped us get in. And with it being on the street, there weren’t black out curtains so people could see inside the condo with lights on at night even with blinds closed. Only had one random person try to open the door thinking it was the art museum. But great proximity to everything on and near broadway. Would def rent this place again!

Very clean and well maintained. Great decor with eclectic details. Only two sets of low quality towels per bathroom were supplied and needed to be washed every day, sometimes twice a day. No laundry detergent was there either. Never used any appliances or kitchenware, except for the refrigerator. Watch the neighborhood too! Cars were broken into our second night. 2nd Ave N is under construction and not to be completed until sometime in 2022.

The loft was quaint and cozy, but the A/C went out our first night. We had to move to the next day to an upgrade that was available, but received no help in that move. Our hostess was very polite, courteous and gracious. All in all, the upgrade worked out better, Nashville never disappoints and we were all happy, safe and good in the end.

The property was as advertised. A convenient location walking distance to Broadway, the Capital, sporting venues, etc. The property was clean and well laid out. We were a little on the convervative side in not wanting to be out in the crowds on Broadway much, so we were able to enjoy time as a family in the property.

Condo is in a great area. Easily walkable to many things. It’s beautifully decorated Key access is little daunting if you’re not too tech savvy The upper floor was very hot when the heater is on. Should have a king bed on first floor and one that’s not so low to the floor Overall it’s a good place to stay

Jennifer was great to rent from, very responsive when needed. Gregory was the valet / concierge at the hotel next door and was super helpful for us the entire weekend. The iron in the condo wasn't working and Gregory took one of our shirts and ironed it himself at the hotel next door. This condo is in a great location, we spent most of our weekend exploring all the great places in Printers Alley. Best meal we had was Skulls, highly recommend that spot for dinner. We will definitely return and stay at this condo again.

WOW, we had the privilege of renting not only this property, but both properties from Jennifer for our holiday family get away. What an incredible vacation, having our extended family in 2 properties in the same building. I just wrote a Rave Review for the first and must say both were incredible. My husband and I stayed in this unit, and it exceeded expectations!! Jennifer was the utmost host, offering recommendations and being available for all our questions prior and during our stay. As mentioned in my prior review, I am very particular about our vacation accommodations, generally staying in 5 Star Hotels. The design elements, attention to detail, luxurious accommodations were extremely impressive. I would highly recommend this property, as well as the other and hope to visit again. Thank you Jennifer for making our stay the utmost experience. The location was perfect, walking distance to restaurants, music venues and close to shopping. What an amazing experience, I cannot say enough about both properties and how beautiful, comfortable and the exquisite interior decorating! I wish I could rate above 5 Stars... exceeds expectations!
