Ich bin seit über 20 Jahren im Reisebüro beschäftigt und hab somit die halbe Welt gesehen. Wie man so eine Unterkunft als Luxury bezeichnen kann, ist mir unvorstellbar. Dreckig, abgewohnt und keine Spur von Luxus. Wir waren froh, als wir wieder nach Hause fliegen konnten. Wir baten um Liegen, die wir nicht bekommen haben, obwohl Platz dafür genug war. Ausser verrostete Stühle, ohne Auflagen und dreckige, unbequeme Sitzsäcke waren auf der Terasse keine Sitz bzw. Liegemöglichkeiten vorhanden. Von Gemütlichkeit leider keine Spur. Kein Besteck oder Teller vorhanden, das mussten wir uns kaufen. 1 Kleiderbügel für jeden und das auf Santorini. In einer Woche wurde lediglich das Bett gemacht, neue Handtücher gebracht und der Abfalleimer leer gemacht. Den Pool konnten wir nicht nutzen, da er total verdreckt war. Ich habe sowas in den letzten 20 Jahren nicht erlebt!!! ANBEI EINIGE BILDER! Eine Bewertung mit weiteren Bildern folgt bei Holidaycheck!

Disappointing

Nice size.

Hot tub was very dirty. We could very clearly hear a couple in another property having sex all night (quite impressive stamina, I must add). The shower was cold.

A nice place to stay

A nice gesture of complimentary bottle of wine and coffee. Close to restaurants in Megalochori. Generally a pleasant spot.

The place could be a tad cosier.

Make sure you have your key with you, even if you are on your private terrace.

It said it was 0.8km to the port but it was actually 3.1km so we couldn't walk which meant we paid a lot more in taxis than we needed to.

It was good that they let us in late at night but they didn't explain how the door worked so we got locked out of our room with all our stuff inside and there is no reception. Fortunately we had a phone and eventually they got a lock smith to get us in again but wanted to charge us 50 euros for this. It was a very stressful first night.

Peaceful place with amazing decoration

everything was neat and super clean. also you have a private tub which is a plus for honeymooners. the staff was helpful.

the reception was a bit far away from the suite & it was a disadvantage to have the reception in other location.

They did everything possible to make our stay as pleasant as possible!

The receptionist Denisa (if we remember it right) was very nice, professional and helpful. Any and every question or request we had was accordingly dealt with.

No (good) lounge chairs. We requested them and got those bean bag like small lounge chairs. Not the same ofcourse but it still made us happy.

Very good

Denisa from Reception was absolutely amazing made us feel comfortable and immediately sorted out any issues raised. I like the fact the suite was in a quiet area with privacy no disturbance

The suite should have a closing Wardbrobe and provide a microwave to heat any food also provide refreshments.

Feels like second honeymoon

Denisa was lovely and very helpful even before arrival and answered any of my questions. Upon arrival we received a bottle of wine and a room upgrade, which was amazing. We had a huge family suite. The location is very good, we had an amazing 6 nights in Mesanto. She helped us with a quad rental and recommended trips and sites to visit.

The consistency of housekeeping could be improved. They changed towels and linen every day, which for me is unnecessary and not very eco-friendly, but forgot to replenish coffee or shower gel. Also wouldn't mind a full size mirror and more hanging spaces in the suite. The last day we had a neighbour and realised that the walls are quite thin, we could hear their entire conversation. Also there's a school nearby, which may be bothersome, when they're on break but not a big concern. I would still recommend and return to this hotel anytime.

A reasonable price for this suite on Santorini for this time of year (may).

The suite is a good size, clean and nicely fitted and furnished throughout. The private pool / tub was great and the private courtyard is a nice feature of the suite. Denisa on reception was very welcoming and helpful during check-in and check-out. Daily maid service.

I had a problem with the televisions in the room freezing. The top sheet of the bed was a little uncomfortable. I wouldn't choose to stay in Megalochori (where the suite is) again, personal preference but it just felt a little out of the way.

Very good

Having two sperate rooms and the ability to relax anywhere else except your bed, was great. The equipment in both kitchen and bedroom was top notch. Seperating shower from the toilet is a great idea. Very friendly owner that helped us with transport (for free!) And all other questions we had

The pool in the room ... It looks so nice and in the pictures you think it's a great idea, because you can relay in it. However, what we didn't account for was the moisture. It was always moist in the room. You had to constantly keep the windows open. A lid might have done the trick, but I don't know.

THE BEST LOCATION TO STAY IN SANTORINI RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ISLAND

Hi me and my wife stayed at Messanto for our honey moon and we had an amazing time they really helped us with literally everything, cabs, food locations, boat trips sight seeing everything. The property is nicely decorated and very clean, house keeping come every other day. The jacuzzi is always hot.

Great stay overall, disappointed we couldn't use the Artemis pool.

The room was clean, the jacuzzi pool was fab. Close to restaurants and shops. Very friendly staff at the Artemis reception who helped with booking taxis and ensured we got our room cleaned after the baby woke from his nap.

The pillows were very uncomfortable. We were disappointed that we couldn't use the Artemis pool, despite it being very quiet. When we booked it it said we were able to use it but they changed it in between us booking and arriving. We probably would have booked somewhere else if we'd known.

Above and beyond!

We loved the location! Near everything. ABOVE AND BEHOND SERVICE by Denisa! She was excellent, she was very nice ans helped us with everything really! We loved the minimalistic design so much, it was very neat and clean! I took beautiful pictures from it

The only thing is that jaccuzzi could have been managed better. Maybe adding a cover so its not that dusty or even an upgrade for the whole jacuzzi.

The bed was very comfortable, amazing jacuzzi, generous space. 3 minutes by walk from the local town centre. There you can find a mini market, and amazing tavernas. The Gavalas Winery, santorini’s wine leader, is just 2 minutes by walk from Mesanto, so, you can have the best wine tasting experience as soon as you arrive. The maid is cleaning at 2 days the suite and does a very great job. The staff was available at almost all hours for any questions or booking a transportation service.

The only thing that we didn’t enjoy, was that you need to do the check-in at 650 meters at their main front office “Artemis Suite”. It could be troubling even if the driver helps you with the luggages to go back and forth in order to check-in. In rest, there is no negative thing that we’ve spotted!

Good choice

Great stay, big and clean room. I loved the neighborhood and the village. Checking in and out was fast, Victoria and Denisa were helpful and friendly. The jet tub at the patio was refreshing. I am very happy I chose Mesanto and I will be coming back when I get the chance.

We plan to visit again and stay longer !

It was the second time we stayed at this place. Our room was large and beautifully decorated. The hot tub in the patio is enjoyable and refreshing. Everything was clean and tidy. We hope next time we can stay longer. The staff that helped us check in was polite and cheerful. We love the personality of this place.
