Todo !!! Sin duda el mejor establecimiento donde hemos estado nunca ! Una verdadera maravilla.

We stayed in the 1878 mansion/renovated wine cellar and that was truly a unique and luxurious experience. Maria was a fantastic hostess who went outside her way to ensure that we had an amazing experience. I had made a mistake and booked a 2 room villa initially that my kids were not comfortable with (the rooms were separated and they were a little afraid to sleep in the other room by themselves). Maria understood this and upgraded us to the mansion so that we would all be comfortable. While Megalochori is a little away from the charm of Fira/Oia, Maria and team’s hospitality made it a great stay.

Nice old Village outside the crowded spots. Private small pools. Basically nicely designed. The hostess Maria was extremely nice and helpful. She did her best to compensate issues (see below)
I was missing a sea view, also from the village.
Bedrooms and other rooms had partly no windows (cave buildings originally for wine storages). No AC mostly. Dehumidifiers made noise. Garden furniture was not really clean. Only after we asked for it. The original cave structure adapted for the villas bears many challenges. We moved three times and Maria did really her best to make us happy

The villa had a pool
No air conditioning. Doorways and access to bathroom is very small.

It was amazing, we really liked the villa. There was a really nice garden with a lot of shade. Very clean and well maintained. The rooms were nice and tidy, very breezy. A lot of restaurants nearby so a good placement in the centre of the old town of the village. Good spot for sunbathing on the roof of the villa. It has a good layout of the rooms, we were two families(8 people) and it wasn’t a problem with splitting the rooms. We had everything in the kitchen and the team was very responsive when we needed something.

We really like this Ducato.
There are nice restaurants in walking distance. Bus stop to Fira is just 5mins by walk.

Romantic cottage. Excellent customer service. Beautiful village with 4 restaurants within a few feet.
We went out n July and it was built into the mountain so it didn’t have air conditioning. It did have a fan but we were still really hot at night. Other than the air conditioning, it was great!

It was quant, the pool was refreshing, and the bed was extremely comfortable.

Comfortable beds.
The photos are very deceiving, there is no pool, no spa, it looks nothing like the photos. Although the accommodation is nice, it is nothing like what we thought we were paying for. Extremely disappointing. The 4th room was outside and was VERY hot and uncomfortable. Overall, disheartening to find that the accommodation was nothing like the photos.

There's no denying the magic of Santorini, and our visit to Ducato Wine Village amplified this enchantment to an unparalleled level.
Our encounter with Maria, the heart and soul of Ducato Wine Village, truly left an indelible mark on our anniversary celebration. We did not partake in a wine tasting, yet Maria's hospitable spirit ensured our experience was just as memorable. To celebrate our special occasion, she gifted us a bottle of their sparkling wine, an unexpected and deeply appreciated gesture.
Maria's attention to detail didn't stop there. She went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction, taking care of the smallest things that add up to make a truly remarkable experience. The attentive, personal service we received under Maria's care is something we will not forget.
While our visit was centered around the celebration of our anniversary, the charm and beauty of Ducato Wine Village did not escape us. Nestled amidst the stunning vistas of Santorini, the village's delightful ambiance and picturesque scenery added an extra layer of magic to our celebration.
And of course, the sparkling wine was exceptional. Each sip was a celebration in itself, embodying the spirit and passion Ducato puts into its wine production. Even without a formal tasting, we were able to appreciate the finesse and quality of their produce.
In conclusion, our time at Ducato Wine Village was filled with nothing but warmth, celebration, and fond memories. Maria and her team have a knack for making guests feel extraordinarily special. We wholeheartedly recommend Ducato Wine Village to anyone visiting Santorini, whether it's for a special occasion or simply to enjoy the ambiance of this remarkable location. We look forward to our next visit, where we intend to delve into the full wine-tasting experience!

Maria was an amazing and caring host! Super professional.

We stayed at the Stone House. Simply magnificent. From the beauty to the hospitality of the staff. Lots of privacy, silence, a beautiful pool and hot water from all the taps and especially a big and very comfortable bed. All in very good taste. It's even better than the pictures in the ad look. I recommend it to everyone who wants a different view of Santorini, more charming and less commercial than Fira and Oya, but much more authentic. A hidden gem.
Nothing. Everything was perfect.

The manager, Maria, was the epitome of a professional, caring, and friendly person. The same goes to her staff, Meti and Asia. I think of all of them with a smile and gratitude.
The nearby “Family Bakery” was a welcome 24 hour resource. Further away Raki restaurant was great.
The interior of the villa was a bit challenging for my husband to navigate. Specifically, the entrance to the bedroom consisted of a narrow step of an irregular shape and a door with a wide (and cute) door frame, resulting in the entrance being an obstacle;
there also was a somewhat treacherous step leading into the bathroom area. But the beauty of the entire interior design will never be forgotten!

it was VERY clean, amazing villa with a small pool and pretty much everything you need. Maria is very helpful with any requests.
the location is a bit far from everything, you have some near by restaurants but in general not much to see in the area

The bed was super comfy and the interior very nice and glamorous. The location was also ideal, with walks to the coast for the breath taking views of the sea and the chora right outside our door with numerous village tavernas deeper in the windy beautiful streets.
The hot water the shower finished quite quickly so I had to step out and wait for it to reheat so I can finish washing my hair. Were were assured the hot water is always on, but this was not the case. Clearly the water heater needs to reboot after a certain period of time. The coffee maker did not work for us either.

Lovely place located in a quiet and picturesque village of Megalochori. Perfect place to enjoy the unique architecture of Santorini without crowds.
Our host, Maria, was a great support to us - very friendly, attentive and quickly responding to our requests.
Interconnecting rooms - a bit inconvenient solution when traveling with friends

Exceptional location. An oasis in the otherwise overcrowded island. We felt like we were part of an extended family amongst the locals who made us feel at home. If you go to Santorini to show off to your friends or want to be in the middle of the stressful ambiance that is Oia or Fira this is not your cup of tea. If you want a real Santorini experience with a touch of understated luxury, nothing can be better.
Not much to dislike. Everything was impeccable.

I loved the room decor; the management went above and beyond, greeting us with refreshing juice; the staff was always friendly; it was heavenly!
We travelled from a northern climate, so the weather was sunny and warm to us, but the pools were a little cool. We wished the pools were heated a little more so that we could enjoy swimming and relaxing more comfortably.

I was actually upgraded to the Oia ducato which was spectacular. I had the Caldera view which took my breath away.

The breakfast at raki was delicious but the waiter had no idea that we got a free breakfast with Ducato wine hotel so maybe more communication on their parts.
Could not easily find ducato wine villas at all! Walked around for a while. They told me they did not have a phone number for the hotel but finally someone got a hold of them for us and then met up for the keys eventually. Ducato needs better signage for sure. Also WiFi did not work at our villas so I could not even tell the host via WhatsApp.

The location was perfect for us. We stayed for one night at Ducato after two nights in Imerovigli. Imerovigli offered us the views and the internet photos of Santorini that everyone falls in love with. However, Megalochori offered us so much more. It is a quiet, romantic city with a lot of traditional charm if you are looking for a more traditional Greek stay. The facilities were wonderful, the room itself and the bathroom were spacious and the air conditioning was perfect!! The courtyard of the villa has everything you need - sunbeds, a dining area, and a really unique and cool pool! It’s definitely worth it. We will be coming back and hoping to stay here with our families.
The pool is not heated but it’s perfect for the heat of Hreek summer!

Lovely cool house in a fabulous Santorini village. Wonderful support from Apostolis, lovely staff at the local restaurants especially Raki for breakfast. v nice pool and pool courtyard with lots of beds and shade. Bedrooms also comfortable and cool. Daily housekeeping much appreciated.
The electrics were a bit hit and miss and unfortunately the outside courtyard lights by the pool were broken all week which was a shame though team made good efforts to sort.

Location, breakfast and host were excellent! Very private villa
Pictures were not accurate of description. Not at all.
