Location and the facility are awesome.

The Staff. I checked in on Friday 9pm and as per the policy, check out is at 11am. On Monday 8 am, I called the front desk and asked them whether I can check out at 12 o’clock. The lady told me yes and hung up. Upon check out, I was charged $25 for late departure. When I called the front desk, she didn’t tell me that there was a fee when checked out late. I understand different hotels have different policy regarding late check out, some don’t charge anything, some might want to pay $20 or more but either way, the hotel would make sure the guest understands their policy either upon check in or when the guest calls to inform them of a late departure. In my case, I was NOT informed of the late departure fees ($25). The front desk lady was unprofessional and unfriendly. So I asked to speak with a manager. Surprisingly, the managers took side and said they believed in the front desk lady words. How do you take side instead of solving the problem? If I knew I would pay $25 an hour for late departure, I would rather check out at 11 am and stay in the lobby until my friends come get me. I was then forced to leave the premises and threatened to add my name on nationwide hotel blacklist. It’s so unprofessional from a manager to act like this.

Personnel review

It was good that the breakfast diet was different every day. Most of all, it was really delicious! It was a pity that the hotel location was inside, but there were various convenience facilities such as supermarkets and restaurants nearby, so it was good to move without a car.

I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

I loved the furniture and color scheme of the rooms. I know this isn't a super important factor but it looked modern. I was a fan of the walk in shower instead of a tub. The hotel was super clean. The breakfast was basic, but delicious.

I was definitely looking forward to some hot tub time when I booked. This isn't a super important amenity but I was a little disappointed to find there was only a pool. The water in the shower only ever got luke warm instead of nice and hot.

Breakfast was limited, but this seems to be the standard in post-covid. Coffee was good, hot, and plentiful so at least we started out caffeinated

air conditioner very loud, internet DOES cost if using for anything but email , front desk friendly but not very helpful, need better description of location to mall, was charged without discussing charge with me first

Last time got food poisoning off the breakfast. Sausage was undercooked. So will not eat breakfast here. Have to pay extra to go out to eat.

Big room, very clean, bed comfortable

Not enough breakfast choices. Parking lot extremely icy and not salted. Had to drive around for 15 minutes waiting for someone to leave so I could find a parking spot.
