Love the friendly staff.
4.0
Property was very clean and staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also great.
Pool is extremely small. Pictures on website are very deceiving. Kids were disappointed because pool was crowded with only 5 people in it. Also, the bathroom doors in the rooms are frosted glass, leaving little privacy as you can still see body outlines through the glass. Made my husband uncomfortable because we stayed with our teenaged daughters. Plus if anyone used the bathroom at night and needed to turn the light on, it lit up the sleeping area.

New, clean, friendly staff

No complaints at all.

Clean huge rooms

It’s fairly close to my sons and it’s a very welcoming clean building.
The parking lot is horrible and way too small!

Very clean, free water, great workout room, wonderful and friendly staff, spacious rooms, and close to everything. Highly recommend
Nothing. It was perfect

No exaggeration everything was wonderful from the time we checked in to the time we checked out staff was so attentive, professional kind the building was clean. The rooms were nice and clean. The elevators were clean. Even the pool area was clean. Breakfast wasn’t the best, but that was my opinion
Loved everything

Good sized room. Comfortable beds. Decent breakfast.
Pool very small and around pool very slick. Bathroom door is very see through and barndoor style so very little privacy.

Spacious and clean
Wish there was a hot tub
4.0
New facility, very nice space with good desk and plenty of outlets. Adequate breakfast and space to sit
Curtain did not work in first room, but they kindly gave us a better room. AC in some rooms cycled on/off
5.0
*Size of room
*Size of walk in closet
*Size of bathroom
*Bathtub—-always a walk in shower preferred for safety. The tub was extremely slippery. It needed a non-slip mat, or better yet, a walk in shower
*All tub/ showers need a personal shower in addition to the overhead shower head

My room was big and comfortable also clean
Maybe there would be more options for breakfast.
4.5
Very clean and staff was friendly.
Wish the pool stayed open later. We got in late because of a concert and would have loved to go swimming but it closed at 11pm.
4.5
modern and clean.
I wish they had coffee and water in the lobby all the time like some of the other locations I stayed in.

The breakfast buffet was well stocked and replenished.
The hotel added a stealth 20 dollar charge for what I don't know
4.5
the rooms and the hotel overall was beautiful. all the staff we interacted with was lovely. the rooms were large as well!
the bathroom doors are not solid, which meant if someone went to the bathroom in the middle of the night, the light shined through the opaque glass so much it woke everyone up.
2.5
Spacious rooms
They didn’t do room cleaning. There was a note that said it had to be requested but we didn’t see the note until we came back for the night and saw the room had not been cleaned. It should have been verbalized and we should’ve been given the option when we checked in.

All staff was incredible. Very helpful. Very friendly

The room accommodated 4 people very well. There was a huge closet/changing room, a nice office area and couch. The bathroom was huge (perfect for 4 women)! The free breakfast was simple, but enough variety for everyone. We LOVED the noon check out!! The hallways were clean and smelled clean!!
In the fitness center, only 1 treadmill was working out of 3.
It was a little hard to communicate with the staff at breakfast. The one I spoke with did not speak English!!

weird clicking noise inside the wall by the coffee maker in room 313

Breakfast was great. It was in a great location as well.
I didn’t like that there was an unexpected charge of $10 extra dollars on my credit card. No movies were purchased nor anything from the snack bar.

We had to find a place to stay when the ice storm rolled through in Kalamazoo and knocked out our power. We weren’t about to leave our 55lb black lab at home, so we searched high and low for a place that would allow us to bring her. For a small fee we were able to have our whole family in a comfortable and welcoming space. The kids loved the pool area and how comfy the room was. The breakfast in the morning was a bonus!
Breakfast options could’ve been better but overall was a great stay.

It was a very nice room with extra space. They also aloud us to check out late with free of charge
The pool was cold and very small which was the main reason we got the room but when we had the pool to ourselves it wasn’t bad at all
1.5
it was close to everything we needed
the noise in our room was terrible. people above us where loud and stomped a lot and you could here it. we called the front desk and they did nothing. the plumbing in the walls was so loud you could here everything draining from above, it would wake you up . the bed was Terrible pillows where terrible, after over a week stay they never came to clean.
