About this apartment rental
Elegant and bright apartment, recently renovated, located on the 4th floor (with elevator) of a typical Florentine building. Featuring a large balcony, equipped with table and chairs, with stunning panoramic view of the historic city center.
The apartment consists of two large rooms with two large beds, two bathrooms with shower, separate kitchen equipped with all you need for cooking, large living room with sofa bed and adjoining dining room.
The apartment is very quiet and has a great location as place near the station of Santa Maria Novella and a short walk from the historic center and the Old Bridge.
Accommodates up to six people, plus the ability to add a cot for a child on request.
Nearby: pizzeria, ice cream shop, ATM, bakery, mini-market, shops and boutiques, restaurants, all types of equipment that will become your stay more enjoyable.
Possibility to park the car in the nearby garage Europa that is in agreement with us.
Cleaning fee: € 60.
Air conditioning on request: € 10 per night.
Use of washing machine and free Wi-Fi.

Stefania was such an amazing host! Everything was as expected, and better. This is a wonderful apartment with a great location, and fantastic air conditioning! Super easy to get everywhere and Stefania provides excellent communication. Don’t forget to check out the gelato shop on the corner—best we had in all of Italy!

Our stay was exactly what we thought based on description. The host was so friendly and helpful. She gave great in person instructions for the property. She also shared a local Florence map with helpful places to go for conveniences plus some of her favorite places.

This apartment was great for our family of four to stay. The deck was a great place to lounge and look at the Duomo. The apartment was very clean and the landlords Chiara and Stefania were easy to work with and very accommodating of our earlier train arrival and meeting us at the apartment. The apartment was within walking distance to all of the galleries etc. we visited during our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a,wonderful stay and enjoyed tge amazing view of the Duomo from our dining table. The elevator was very helpful as it is on the 4th floor. Our host was very nice and gave us some great recommendations that we loved.

Loved the apartment, but we could not enjoy the terrace because there was a problem with red spiders. Also we sorted the garbage but having to walk 2 1/2 blocks to get rid of the garbage in overflowing receptacles was asking too much.

The apartment is located in a great location. We stayed here for 3 nights. The beds were comfortable. Good water pressure in the shower. The hosts were very accommodating and nice. Thank you! We enjoyed staying here. Made great memories in Florence.

We truly enjoyed our stay at the apartment, and Chiara was so accommodating to any of our needs. The apartment is so quiet, and the location was perfect for walkability to anywhere! The neighborhood had a wonderful bakery, grocery store, delicious gelato, restaurants, and an easy walk across the river to the Oltrano, which we loved. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

We loved the property as soon as we arrived. The location is so perfect- we walk to everything. We are here for 2 months (pretending to live here) We have invited friends and family while we are here and the accommodations are perfect for 4 adults. We enjoy seeing the Duomo while sitting on the patio drinking wine. Highly recommend this apartment.

It's an antique, huge, and extremely well-maintained apartment within walking distance from the Duomo. It has a large balcony with an outstanding view of the Duomo. We enjoyed family time there while admiring the city’s rooftops. The AC works perfectly which is key during Summer time. The host, Stefania, was expecting us at the rental at the time agreed. The check-in process was easy and quick. Thanks for hosting us!

We truly loved our short stay on Florence. The apartment was so clean, comfortable and had everything you could need. The A/C was nice bonus during the heat wave. The best part is the large patio with beautiful views of the city. The location was close to everything and the short walk to the train station was a plus, too! We would stay here again.

The location was central and close to all we wanted to see. We walked everywhere. The apt was comfortable and was glad there was a lift. So nice to have a terrace to enjoy the views while sipping coffee. Stefy was so nice and helpful. Highly recommend you book here.

This a beautiful apartment with a fantastic balcony facing east for outdoor breakfast. It is in easy walking distance of everything including the station. We were met by Stefania and made to feel very welcome. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others

Chiara was a very gracious & helpful host. Great location no more than 5-15 minutes from restaurants, train station and the river. Apartment is quite large compared to many others I have seen. The bedrooms have a nice distance between them, which our teenager loved! Comfy beds (which is a luxury as I found during our Italy trip!). Nice Rooftop deck with view of the Duomo over neighboring rooftops. Basic supplies in the kitchen, but all we needed for our short stay. Elevator too!

We stayed a month and loved every minute. The owners went above and beyond for us and we appreciate the kindness and hospitality they showed. Great location, close to market, food, and anything you need without being in middle of tourist area.

Communication with Stefania was excellent. She met us at the apartment after a short walk from the train station and gave us a brief overview of the apartment. We comfortably housed 6 people with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a pull out sofa. The grocery store was less than 2 blocks. We were within 15 minutes walking distance to everything we wanted to see. Check out was a breeze. Overall this was a wonderful experience.

We were welcomed by the owner who thoughtfully told us about the city and provided some recommendations. The location is fantastic, plenty of shops and restaurants one street away and a short walk to the city center. No need for any public transportation. The Westin and St Regis are a block away which should speak to the quality of the location.

Very clean property, pictures were a little deceptive I thought it was a three bedroom it was only two. Also a little odd not one TV on the apartment and only place I’ve ever stayed in Italy that charged me $7 euro a day for air conditioning

Fantastic terrace with amazing views over the city. Located on a quiet street with a selection of shops within a 5 minute walk. 4th floor with a small elevator.
Main centre is about 15 minute walk and easy access from the train station. We visited Pisa by train (1 hour). Sunset visit to Piazzale Michelangelo by number 12 bus (anticlockwise circle) or 13 bus (clockwise circle) from nearby Rotonda Barbetti. (purchase bus tickets from the machine at the station). The same buses also stop at Abbey de San Miniato al Monte.
The apartment was spacious and well equipped including the kitchen, which was small but had all of the necessary equipment. We did not need the air conditioning in September. Good communications with Chiara who met us outside at exactly the time as arranged and gave us some good suggestions.

The four of us truly enjoyed this centrally located apartment. Quiet neighborhood but close enough to all the sights. The balcony, and view of the Duomo, was wonderful. Thank you to our wonderful hosts.

This place was beyond words. The terrace has the most incredible view of Florence. Everything is super close.
The place itself is beyond beautiful. We loved everything about the stay. The hosts were super flexible and excellent communicators. The place was super clean and ready for us.
The ambiance was wonderful. The AC units do work but you need to keep the bedroom doors closed. The one in the living room needs to be a bit more powerful as we used that as a bedroom and in 45 degree weather it struggled to keep up.
Having two bathrooms was a huge plus. Especially since I was travelling with 4 women!

We ate dinners on the terrace and really enjoyed it. The view was spectacular and we really felt like we were at home. The area felt very safe and was easy to get in and out of. Bonus that it is right before the ZTL so we were able to drive up, drop our bags, bring them up the elevator with great ease.
Parking is around the corner as the local garage. Which was nice because the vehicle stayed cool and it was locked at night (otherwise had people there 20 hours out of the day). Many very exotic cars in the garage so I knew it wouldn’t be an issue (which it wasn’t).
I strongly recommend this place. Take your family here. You won’t regret it. Loved this gem. We will be back for sure!

Great Stsy
Despite the unusual heat of summer, we had a great stay at this property. The view was exactly as you see in the photos and mentioned in other reviews. The apartment is quite spacious and easily accommodated a family of 4. Just an FYI: despite the listing which mentions TV included there wasn’t any cable or TV. We were quite fine with this as we had a blast playing cards on the table on the terrace at night and visiting Florence during the day. Overall, the hosts were exceptional on every level!

Stephani met us at the door when we arrived and showed us all around. The apartment is very well located for walking to all the sites. The street next to ot has every kind of store you could need including several car rentals. We recommend knowleggi. Ask for Francesco

Great apartment in Florence with roof view of the city!
We loved this apartment given its close proximity to the city, great views of city and nice clean environment. The kitchen was small but well stocked for breakfast and easy for doing laundry. The ac units, a nominal fee, made for good sleep in the hot evenings. The 4th floor apartment and small elevator may not be for everyone but we didn’t find it too onerous. The neighborhood is pretty quiet and safe as well. Lastly, chiara, our host, was great providing us with excellent restaurants and places to visit. All of her suggestions were fantastic and she was delightful!

We loved this apartment. The owner’s style and attention to detail was impressive. So nice to have two bathrooms and what a view from the deck! The kitchen is tiny but functional. Very well located— we walked everywhere. The air conditioning worked great which was quite a relief since we were there during a heat wave. Highly recommend!
