Easy to check in. No one is by front desk. Owner txt you room # before you arrive.

Good location. Next to ferry terminal.

No Microwave , coffeemaker but coffee shop was across the street.

Lovely stay

The location was great and we received an excellent friendly welcome. The room was very comfortable and clean. We appreciated the free bottles of water.

Excellent location and felt like home.

I loved the Attleboro House!!! It’s in a great location across from where boats come into Oak Bluffs. We had a nice balcony off our room that was great to watch the beautiful sunsets. The room was well stocked with what we needed and if it wasn’t there it was downstairs at the desk. It was lovely rocking in the rocking chairs at night and enjoying the sea air. I would definitely stay there again.

Great views, comfortable, clean, outstanding

Everything was fantastic! It was very clean and comfortable. Had a great view of the harbor. Sitting on the porch at Sunset was absolutely divine! We loved the views! We will be back!

Needs furniture and bedding/towels upgrade badly.

Location and view were great. Room and hallways were clean and tidy

Bed was terrible and creaky, had a downward slump towards the center. Guest in neighboring room complained also loud creaking, squeaking and groaning at the slightest movement. Towels were rags Every door squeaked and screeched loudly

Great location but know a few things before you come

Location is in good proximity to everything. It was clean and the room was a good size. Cute gift from the hotel. Nice porch upfront with rocking chairs to a wonderful view of the harbor right across the street.

Two major things: I had to climb 2 floors with luggage and no staff to help onsite. The bed was horrible, I was restless all night trying to get comfortable (according to my Fitbit I was restless 21x the 1st night and 18x 2nd night, which I had look at twice to make sure I read it right).The Ice cube maker worked once the entire weekend, not a showstopper, just inconvenient
