About this house rental

Welcome to this completely remodeled 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom duplex unit with an open-concept floor plan! Located in Downtown Bothell, you'll enjoy being able to walk to Downtown's restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and entertainment venues! We're also walking distance to UW Bothell and Cascadia College, and the Woodinville Wine Country is just a 10 minute drive away. Downtown Seattle attractions are 1/2 hour by car; Bellevue and Lynnwood are a 20 minute drive.

Each of the three bedrooms features a queen bed, and we do have a couple of memory-foam pillows per bed. The living room is complete with a leather sofa and loveseat, as well as 65" Smart Roku HDTV. Fast WiFi enables you to stream and enjoy a variety of media, including 65+ channels of DirecTV Now. Hardwood flooring throughout the home gives a smart and modern look to the interior.

For more than six guests, we do have a nice queen-size air mattress available as well.

If you fancy cooking, our home comes with a fully-equipped kitchen with brand new stainless steel appliances. Prepare your meal and enjoy it either on the island/bar, or in a formal dining room.

A brand-new high capacity Samsung washer and dryer complete the space.

The home is in a very walkable location, with lots of public transit options right off your doorstep. King Country Metro and Sound Transit buses can take you directly to Downtown Bellevue, Seattle, Lynnwood, or the University of Washington Seattle Campus. If you have a vehicle, there is easy access to I-405 and SR-522 which will take you to Everett, Bellevue, Redmond, Seattle, and beyond. The area's major employers are very close by: 15 minutes to Google, 20 minutes to Microsoft's Redmond Campus, and 25 minutes to Boeing at Paine Field.

Parking is in the driveway, which is shared with the other unit in the duplex (there is enough room for one car per unit); street parking is also available.

This is a perfect place for anyone travelling for business or pleasure!

Everything was perfect. Great instructions for entry and any need we may have had, clean house and great location for our purpose. It is on a road which had some traffic, so the front bedroom had road noise (didn’t bother me at all). Many things, such as restaurants and a Starbucks, in walking distance. Would highly recommend.

Bothell is a delightful town in the Pacific Northwest. The Modern Remodeled home was clean and comfortable. We loved being able to walk to breakfast, dinner and even ice cream. The walk along the Sammamish River is beautiful. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

This is a very nice property that appears to have been recently remodeled. The main living area is open concept and really comfortable and useable. The bedrooms are small so a king size bed would never fit, but the queen beds are very comfortable and two kinds of pillows are offered. Although the street is busy, we didn't hear any noise inside, and there is a safe area to back out of the driveway that avoids backing into traffic. I would definitely rent this property again.

Good location. Great communication with speedy responses from our host Izzy. All of the little essentials were easily available - soaps, shampoo/conditioner, pods for washer, softener sheets for dryer, pods for coffee …… we will definitely be back if we are in this area again!

Overall my experience was good. We had two couples, 1 additional adult, and an infant, and fit into the space just fine. Property manager was super friendly and happy accommodate last minute adjustments for logistics. I’d stay there again.

visiting from the East Coast for a Family Wedding, the location was perfect, close to everything we needed and within walking distance to most things. Some other reviews noted that it was noisy, although it sits right on the main road with a fire station across the street, it was still fairly quiet, with just some local traffic noise which you would get in any neighborhood including your own. The back patio does need to be cleaned as it was covered in moss, there was also a very nice firepit. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed to cook full meals ( just have to shop for needed panty items) dishwasher, and the washer/dryer was convenient. I would book this location again next time I come out there.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay while we were in town for our son’s wedding! We found this home to have everything we needed to relax and enjoy our family for small gatherings while we were here. It is conveniently located so that we could stroll through Main Street Bothell to visit a local coffee shop each morning. After the wedding, we had plenty of room to gather with family to play board games and enjoy a meal together as well. This home was well-stocked and we-equipped to meet all our needs. Thank you! We hope for a return stay next summer!

Izzy and Emma have done a great job setting up this property. Everything you need is there. They have provided quality linens and towels. The kitchen is well equipped and well organized. There is lots of paper towels and nice toilet paper. Izzy was so nice and responsive when we had that extreme heat wave. He brought over an extra fan. The location was terrific. It’s a short walk into the town of Bothell where there are very nice restaurants. There’s also a wonderful bakery! And just down the street and around the corner is access to fantastic walking and biking paths along the river. We had a wonderful time!! Thanks Judi and Ian Adler

What a wonderful duplex this was for us in Bothell. We really enjoyed our stay. The openness and bright lighting was a big plus for me. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen and living areas are set up very nicely for family/adults. The kitchen is beautiful with excellent space and amenities. The living area is very comfortable and the large TV is great for viewing movies/sports. The large dining table/area adjacent to this area is surprisingly roomy as well. Back bedrooms are nice. Front (master) bedroom has too much ambient light due to street/building lights across the street. Also, some street noise but not too bad. The backyard is private and visually appealing.

This was a perfect place for our family as we had people coming from AK and OR. Great location outside Seattle with easy access to the city, state parks, groceries etc. The great open kitchen and dining area was perfect for puzzles, conversation, cooking and sharing the holidays. Izzy and Emmy were very responsive and easy to work with. Highly recommend this rental!

We were pleased to find a well-appointed home and Izzy and Emmy were wonderful to work with. The location was perfect for visiting Woodinville and beyond. The street is busy, so the front bedroom was a bit noisy. The back bedrooms were quiet, though, and the house had everything we needed. Was looking for a place near Woodinville for my niece’s wedding. Found Izzy and Emmy’s place. Updated. Well stocked in all the amenities. Nice kitchen. Washer and dryer with detergent. Met Izzy one morning. Extremely nice. Good showers/water pressure. Little bit of road noise in the king bedroom. Very quiet in the other two. Very close to a number of vineyards. Chateau Ste Michelle and Columbia really close.

We were there to attend a wedding and related functions in Everett. The home was conveniently located and comfortable. The only issues were the a/c would not cool below 73* at night so it was warm for sleeping and the other was that there wasn’t a great place to put the air bed which we finally put between the dining table and the patio doors. The extra large TV was great and it was a comfortable area to relax in the mornings and later in the evenings. Also loved the Keurig pod coffee maker. Overall it was a very good experience.
