About this house rental

Our modern little cottage is the perfect getaway spot whether it is for a day, week or month. Being a brand new construction it is up to date on all amenities and you will find yourself very cozy and comfortable! As well as in a great location.

Guests have access to the whole house. Upstairs roof top and owners private basketball court. Very centrally located to everything. East-side and 20 minutes from down town Seattle. Excellent location!

Lived here to be in the neighborhood when we were remodeling our home. Hosts were very communicative and the place is nice and secluded, yet close to the freeways, schools, etc.

We enjoyed a relaxing enjoyable night in this cozy cottage with our kids and Dad. It was perfectly suited for our needs and we loved the fact that it was tucked back behind the street. We will certainly return when the occasion arises.

Even though it borders 405 and is noisy outside, the home is very very well insulated. Owner is very responsive. Beds were very comfortable and we are picky.

The house was very nice, the location was great at the end of a street and in close proximety to the freeway, shopping, restaurants, hiking and many other activities. The hosts were very nice, accommodating and great communicators.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was great. We didn't hear any freeway noise inside the unit. Hosts were friendly and welcoming. We went to Chateau Ste Michelle winery by Uber and it was a quick ride. Would definitely stay again

Vwry well equiped, cab easily accommodate 8 pepple. Fully air-conditioned. Ideal for long stay as well as short one. Owner very attentive and respond immediately and solve any minor problem that we had. Highky recommended

Property is on the back of a panhandle lot, and it’s tight to get in. It sits next to the sound wall of I405, so you’ll hear the freeway. Also some finish work needs to be completed inside (painting, poorly secured curtains, tub trim not affixed, loose bathroom faucet.)

Fabulous place! Stayed this past weekend for a bachelorette party. The place was clean and had everything we needed. Homeowners (who live onsite) were so welcoming and friendly!! Would definitely stay again!

The stay at this cottage was amazing! I threw a small birthday party for my boyfriend, and we had a great stay! Rosy was so accommodating and helpful. I had a few issues trying to reserve with another rental site and Rosy was so helpful in making accommodations and assisting me in the booking process. The cottage was literally sparkling clean upon arrival, and the home itself was just really cute. We all had a lot of fun and this will most definitely be a place to book again in the future!

Nice place, close to family for Thanksgiving and easy access to Seattle to do all the tourist things. House worked perfectly for our family with two tean kids. Clean and had everything we needed.

I wanted to love this place for its cute modern look, convenient location, and accommodating hosts. Unfortunately, our bedding wasn't the cleanest, the heating system did not work well and it is winter, and the fridge stopped working due to a tripped breaker. Hosts were close and on top of the repairs but heat stopped working again mid night. Also this is a condo/apartment not a house, you have two units one on top the other. Points for hosts being a very nice couple.

This week has been full of stress from planning for my 22nd birthday. I haven’t really celebrated my birthday at all in my life but this year was my golden year and I wanted to celebrate it with a bang, and did Rosy and Sal make my experience in their home so special. Sal made sure the property and yard was clean and the house smelled so amazing! They even left a welcome chalk board for me upon arrival! Rosy always answered any calls or questions that I had and communication was clear and easy. I’ve never had such a great experience, and the hosts were so accommodating. I will gladly book again with them and I encourage you all that are looking at this listing invest!

Everything was perfect with the cottage! Clean, Quiet, Comfortable, Fun & The Hosts are very helpful and friendly. One of the best properties in Washington state, a 20-minute drive from Seattle. The host is very friendly and homely. If you plan to travel with family or friends, this is the perfect place to spend quality time. My top preference for hosting parties with friends. Very clean and cozy house.

They only had 1 ply toilet paper, at least they gave us 2 rolls but still...hand soap was empty in the bathroom (thankfully I brought my own) big (what I can only hope) sweat stain on the master beds sheets which was disgusting I wish I could share pictures. If I'm paying (can't disclose exact numbers) A LOT for a, "cleaning fee" I expect at MINIMUM clean sheets...couldn't even stay the night we end up going home just before bed because of how disgusting it was. No blankets, and overall lacking in a lot of key areas ESPECIALLY during covid. I wouldn't stay here again unless they make some changes in the cleaniness department. Place itself was very nice and new. Also needs an actual driveway put in, I almost popped my tires driving over what was literally a walkway surrounded by muddy water...needs some serious work
