Perfect getaway beach condo just steps from the beach! This gorgeous 1st floor unique 2 bedroom/2 bath condo includes a back patio with the ONLY private access to the beautiful pool shared by our quaint 12 unit condo complex.

This tranquil unit is fully furnished, including kitchen pots, pans, cutlery - everything you would need for cozy, relaxing staycation away from home! Also includes the privacy to work "from home" if the need arises. It's your home away from home.

Condo sleeps 6 with the bedrooms including a sofa sleeper. The unit is equipped with WiFi, TVs with cable, linens, and bath towels.

Known for its amazing beaches, South Padre Island provides entertainment for family or adults. You are just a short walk to the Wanna Wanna Beach Bar - one of only 3 beach bars on The Island. Enjoy live music, great margaritas and great views of the Gulf of Mexico.

The condo was clean and spacious. It sleeps 6 comfortably although we only used 1 bedroom as our plans changed and it was only my husband and I who stayed the weekend. The property was a great location to the beach and the corner market if you needed anything which we did as we ran out of toliet paper and needed dawn for the oil that was all over the beach & got on everything. The property actually had dawn but I didn't realize until the last night we were there. It was also very convenient that it had basic utensils, coffee maker, cups, plates and pans you could use especially if you're staying a few days and want to make some meals at home with the family. The back gate also had an a entrance to the pool which was cool. Overall it was a great stay. I do recommend this property 👌😎

Condo was perfect! The property was clean, conveniently located, and quiet. It worked perfectly for our family of four including two smaller kids. The community pool is located right off the condo’s patio which was great. We were able to walk to a beach access. Our kids had a great time.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The openness between kitchen, dining, living and patio was perfect for us. No issues really - bought ice and figured out the remotes. Enjoyed short walk to beach in the mornings and pool in the evenings. Beds were quite comfortable - master bed could be bigger but comfortable otherwise. Thanks Juan!

We honestly loved our stay! The condo was clean and spacious. The beds and pillows are comfortable and the rooms are of hood size. This condo also has the only private access to the pool so it was really nice to be able to leave our stuff behind the gate for extra security. There was a grill available, that we didnt use, but it was nice to have that option available. The kitchen was ready with everything needed: pans, pots, utensils, plates, cups and even a coffee maker. The location was great as well! It's close to Wanna Wanna so it was easy to walk there for some lunch. Down the street there was also a market available in case we needed some groceries. This is our first time renting this condo but I'm definitely saving it to my favorites for next time.

The condo was very clean and spacious for my family of five during our 6 day vacation. The kitchen had everything we needed and the unit was only a few minutes from the beach. The unit had its private patio area with a charcoal grill available for use and direct access to the swimming pool. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return on our next summer trip. The only two things i would note is 1) there is no washer/dryer available for use at this unit. I overlooked that on the description of amenities so thats on me. I just wanted to emphasize on that because we did have to make a trip to the local laundromat during the middle of our trip to wash our clothes. Not a big deal if your only staying for two or three days but if your staying longer then a washer/dryer might be something you may require. 2) The unit is a downstairs unit as I mentioned earlier and the sound from footsteps and furniture moving from the upstairs unit does resonate. Just something to keep in mind if you are a light sleeper. Overall, the unit was great and we would definitely recommend!

The property is located about 5 minutes from the beach. Perfect place to stay if you have kids. Pool was awesome and you have your own access out the patio. Would stay again for sure. Parking was also nice. Rooms were nice and furnished and had a nice kitchen stocked. 100 out of 100.

What a wonderful location and property! The property is exactly as explained. We arrived and easily found our condo; we had private access to the community pool that was tended to daily by a pool hand. The pool area was kept very clean and the water temperature was awesome (the pool is outdoors). This property is in between the two north/south roads on the island and while not a beach view location, is a literal 2 min walk to beach access. The property is centrally located and you can access the beach, restaurants, and stores within a couple min walk or drive. The condo comes fully stocked with all appliances and kitchen necessities. It has plenty of blankets, pillows, and sleeping area. The living area is very spacious and includes a walkout to a private outdoor seating area with charcoal grill that leads directly to the community pool.

This apartment/condo is very well cared for, as is the whole property including the pool. The kitchen is very functional for anyone who enjoys cooking while on vacation Internet service (wifi) is very solid. Juan always responds quickly anytime we have a question. We recommend it highly.

Everything was advertised as listed. The unit was clean, had everything we needed, and super accessible to the beach. Could quickly and easily come back to the unit from the beach to grab something we forgot. Only had to communicate once with the property manager and he was very hospitable and answered our questions promptly. Thank you for a great stay! Would highly recommend.

Property was close to beach close to stores and restaurants. Mice pool. Limited parking though. We had 3 parties and that meant 3 vehicles The property only supports 2. This was the only issue other than that great place to stay and will definitely stay again

We drove from CO to meet up with TX family. The property exceeded our expectations. It was clean, spacious and comfortable. The location to beach access was perfect. We really enjoyed the pool. The hosts were responsive to questions prior to our arrival and very helpful. The bottle of wine was a nice touch. We are looking forward to another trip next summer!

Everything was great, the only problem was the main tv in the living room. It did not work half of the time. Kept saying loading application and could not get out of that screen. And internet was very bad. Hardly had any internet service. other than that, the stay and the place was great. Will stay there again.

This is the 2nd straight year we've stayed, location is perfect for our needs (close enough to action, walk to beach, but quieter in the evenings). Only real negative this trip was an outbreak of crazy ants near the pool, hopefully the complex is able to take care of that in short order.

We had a great stay, this was our second time to stay here for multiple nights. We love the location, proximity to the beach is a great deal. Everything was clean, every amenity provided (even boogie boards and beach towels).

This property is very well maintained and cleaned, both inside and out. (And we are rather particular). All the kitchen appliances/utensils are in great shape and very clean. Has a keurig during our visit. (Bring your own salt/pepper/oil etc.). Clothes washer and dryer both worked perfectly. Outdoor patio was a simple table/chairs in a small enclosed courtyard. The hose available to rinse sand from our feet was handy. Pool and sounding area looked very nice and was cleaned regularly, but we really didn’t use the pool, so can’t say much more to that. (The beach is about a 2 minute walk down the street). We would definitely stay again.

The condo was great. We loved the direct access to the pool. The condo was very clean and comfortable. I loved all the charging ports to charge all phones. The only thing is that I was under the impression it was right on the beach but that was my fault. It’s about a half a block walk so if you have a lot of stuff bring a wagon!

Very easy check in and check out. Easy to reach Juan. Very clean. Love the patio have access to pool. Very private and easy to access the pool. Only 1 con was water on the parking lot, probably due to contructions.
