We cook all our meals so we really appreciated the grill and all the cookware, etc in the kitchen. The management was amazing. My texts and questions were answered immediately. They have good attentions to detail. They even had nightlights! The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The screened in pool was a relaxing haven after a day of outings.

We couldn’t have asked for anything more. The house had everything you could need/think of. House was beautiful and clean. Check in was super easy and property manager checked in by text on our travel day, check in, during our stay and responded quickly to questions. Location was great for walking and going to the beach. Plenty of places in the area for shopping and dining and we golfed every day.

This house was amazing. Super clean and in a great neighborhood. The beds and pillows were super comfy too! The landscaping was very tropical which made the pool even more enjoyable! The house was well equipped with beach essentials! It was a short drive to Delnor Wiggins Pass State Park. Get there early as there are only two lots open. Conner Park is also another parking option that is a short walk. My kids enjoyed the hammock and bikes. Streets are under construction in Naples Park but not this one. Great communication with property manager although we never needed anything! Perfect house for our family of 4!

Bedding/pillows had some questionable stains. All the lights outside needed to be replaced and pool had non functioning Jets/lights. At the end, the cleaning people were outside 2 hours before regular checkin and consistently asking when would be leaving. The property had great prep for beach usage and the area was beautiful. Biggest issue is paying that much for so many issues.

The villa was presented immaculately on arrival spotless the welcome pack is a nice touch especially if you arrive late. The villa is located in a great area with many restaurants in close proximity, a Walmart and Public on the doorstep. This made our short stay after a hectic 8 days in NewYork and Orlando even more special. I will be recommending Live right to all my family and friends

My family very much enjoyed our stay! The home is beautiful and we had everything we needed! There is some mold in the pool area that could use attention, but nothing that bad. The decor is so nice and the kitchen well stocked, as well as plenty of towels. We visited Vanderbilt beach; only $6 to park and being a park, it’s a much different vibe than the commercial beaches. Highly recommend!

The property overall was great. Location was pretty good, about half a mile or so from the beach. There was a privacy fence so you had the houses well divided in the backyard. WIFI was reliable and fast. The pool was very warm (we paid extra). Sometimes it was so hot it was the temperature of a hot tub! It might cost more, but it is worth it! You also had access to bikes, beach equipment, and tennis racquets! You didn't have access to any balls though. They did have brochures about where you could do some really fun activities in the area!!! It also wasn't to far from the Fort Myers airport so if you needed to catch a flight you could. Everything was also remodeled and had great TVs in every room and you had cool speakers too! The last thing is the master bed was a good size but it was very, very, hard. Overall, It was a exceptional house and a very good vacation.

It was really pleasure to stay. Very convenient/well thought design and functional villa. It was clean. Although it’s recommended to renew a couple of furniture, majority of the furniture was good and more than decent quality. Pool was great. It’s good size. It was clean and well maintained. The villa’s backyard was quite secluded and private which exactly what we wanted. Maintenance people were nice and they asked for permission before they get in and start their work. Check in and check out was really easy and professional. Kitchen and utensils and tools were clean and abundant. This villa will definitely be on our list as come back to and we will highly recommend it to our friends. Thank you very much for what your facility has to offer. We really enjoyed it.

I cannot say enough good about this beautiful home and property. I loved the easy to clean finishes indoors and the excellent screened in patio and pool area. I lived outside while the family appreciated the great A/V equipment and high speed wifi during peak heat/sun hours. All the beach items and pool toys were at the property, making life so much easier and saving us time and money. Cleaning tools were well organized, easy to find, and convenient to have on site for beach sand and lunch cleanup. I loved having the clean laundry facilities that were so easy to access. We truly appreciated the convenience to the park/beach and great food nearby. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

Two items to note: 1: we arrived an hour and a half after check in time and the house was not immediately available as the cleaning crew was still working on it. We got in about 30 minutes later. Apparently the previous guests left late but nobody let us know about the problem until we arrived. 2: The pool had not been cleaned for quite awhile and there was a lot of green algae on the walls and steps of the pool. I contacted the management company and their response was outstanding as they did apologize and had the pool company immediately come out and clean the pool as well as following up the next day with a visit to ensure all was well. The house itself was beautiful and clean and the rest of our stay was wonderful. Sometimes things go wrong but when management is that responsive it really is appreciated. Due to the problems we initially had we can only give our stay 4 stars, however I would give management 5 stars for making things right. I would gladly stay here again in the future.
