Only thing I liked was the balcony. This is a tiny cottage located in gated community with lots of beautiful houses but this cottage is not up to the standards of the rest of the houses in the neighborhood.
Ants all over kitchen counter and floor.
Only 2 old AC units in each room that are loud and functioned poorly. We walked into a cottage that was literally 100F.
Owner was really strict about check in time being 4pm. She said it will cost $35 if we check in any earlier. Instructions for check in was not provided till close to check in time. Wifi info was not provided till after check in time when we inquired about it. Shortly after check in she also texted asking for our drivers license and $250 safety deposit. This was clearly not stated in Bookings agreement.
Furniture is old. Closet mirror door was hanging loose and I didn’t dare touch it or else fear she will blame me for breaking it. The kitchen door to balcony does not slide open. The one by bedroom worked a bit better though not great.
We had 4 lodgings during this USVI trip and this ranked by far the worst.
Thankfully we only booked this for 1 night. We would otherwise have checked out given how unpleasant the stay was just for one evening.
I also did not care for all the bombardments of texts she sent to us later about things to do, and asking us to rate the cottage a 10/10 star, and how I should go check out a store in the airport selling jewelries designed by her husband. These are all unsolicited texts.
Clearly I cannot give it even 10 out of 10 rating.

Good location, middle of the island. Easy walk to Sib’s, an awesome local bar and restaurant! Great vibes there!
A/c needs to be upgraded to cool entire villa.

DISCLAIMER: THIS REVIEW IS FOR THE LANDMARK APARTMENT ON GARDEN STREET, NOT THE COTTAGE AT VILLA INDIGO.
I was contacted by Ronita prior to my trip, and it was explained that the 2 bedroom rental at Villa Indigo that I booked for my family had been secured for traveling nurses at the request of the government. However, my family had been upgraded to a 3 bedroom rental on Garden Street.
I accepted the new accommodations, and my family was happy. Other reviewers commented on the unusual layout of the apartment, and it is unusual, but also charming. There were 6 beds in the unit, more than needed. The dining area had a wonderfully large table and my family enjoyed having breakfast there every morning. Each room had A/C and beautiful shutters, which let out onto a wrap around balcony, and provided great sunlight every sunrise.
Ronita was an excellent host, available for communication, and gave wonderful recommendations for restaurants and things to do. Her husband, Sunil was avast the shop below, and also helpful and friendly. When I ran out of water on my 5th night, Ronita personally provided bottles for my family!
My only complaint was that some of the kitchen appliances were not cleaned well, and looked as if they hadn’t been used for a while. After informing Ronita, she offered to have the cleaning person come immediately.

Great views! Friendly and helpful hosts! Lots of room! Very comfortable. If you like to run, the rental is within a gated community so there's a nice 1.4 mile run that is relatively level and very safe.
The location is good but not idea. It's nice up on the mountain, but roads are dangerous so you have to rent a car or take a taxi almost anywhere. There's a good restaurant within walking distance, however, and you can take a sidewalk to get there!

Ronita was an excellent host. She provided detailed information about the cottage and St. Thomas. She was very accommodating. She made it easy to communicate with her and she was available to answer all of our questions.

Everything was excellent. The hosts were courteous and everything was better than described
I didn't realize the Cottage was farther away from downtown than originally thought. I was confused because the Cottage is in Estate Mafolie and not Mafolie Hotel

Nice little cottage conveniently located near Magen’s Bay and town. Sibs restaurant is within walking distance and is very good.

The host was very friendly and gave us lots of recommendation around the area and beach/restaurants in the island. She was very responsive, the house had a great view, and was kept nicely.
You will need a car or a taxi to get around places from this cottage. But the view, house and price makes it totally worth it.

The hosts were wonderful and made us feel very welcomed and comfortable and I loved how spacious our villa was. I traveled with my 2 teenage children and we each had our own bed and our own room (mine was a very comfortable pull-out queen sofa-bed), 2 baths, kitchen, porch. The TV was easy to use with lots of movies. We felt very much at home. It is not on the beach, but I had rented a car and I was glad to have that independence.
