Everything was good

I liked the ease to get to the places we wanted to go but without being in the main areas.
We couldn’t find outside lights.

The cottage was cute. Appreciated having a kitchen and washer/dryer available. Kids loved the loft area. The pool was clean and warm, and the game room area was a fun break.
There was almost no silverware in the kitchen (no forks and only 1-2 spoons; I had to go to the office to request forks and spoons). None of the plates/bowls were microwave safe; a note inside the cabinet said there was a plate in the microwave to use, but it wasn't there and we couldn't find one anywhere in the kitchen. Kitchen knives were stored in the low drawer, well within reach of my kids. Only one load's worth of laundry detergent and dishwasher detergent was provided. The refrigerator kept leaking a strange sticky substance from the freezer vents. The toilet paper was very thin single-ply. The wifi was spotty and often didn't work at all. And the space was much smaller than anticipated - we couldn't even keep our suitcase open in the main bedroom. For the price we paid, I expected more - we could have stayed in a hotel with amenities and breakfast closer to the beaches for the money we spent here.

Wonderful location. Beautiful setting.
Cell phone and internet service was lacking and when you have teenagers that is not good

The place was great, and our Cottage was water front, my kids loved it. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well equipped with everything you'll need. The dog park is huge! Our Kira loved it. Staff was nice! They even have a egg hunt for the kids!
Cottage: could us a deep clean it was dusty, and we found dog hair on our first day.
Location: the location in quit and not so crowded but the nearest beach is 20 min without traffic. We went to Blue Montain Beach we couldn't find parking. A lot of "private" beaches. We ended in Destin.

The property is, by far, the best RV resort I've stayed in. Paved roads, lots of space, HUGE dog park, and extremely quiet. I would stay at any of the RVC properties... have a feeling that they would be the same!
Door on the cottage screen porch would not close. And, there was a gap at the bottom of the main door. Other than those two minor items... nothing was wrong.

Location. I loved having the beach so close by. We went to the natural springs which was like a 30 min drive.
The pullout couch bed was uncomfortable. The bed upstairs was insufferable due to the heat. You couldn't feel the A/C up there.

I couldn't figure out my ac. Called the office and they immediately sent maintenance to help out very professional staff. Will come back.
The distance to restaurants. But yhe area is growing fast wouldn't be surprised if next time we go thet have more around the area.

Stunning location that reminds you of the Bayou. A little hidden gem! We stayed for a local wedding and will certainly stay again and bring our boat!
No complaints!

Shower water got cold too quickly.

Very conveniently located for both fishing and the beach. The cottage was fully equipped. Could check in and out on your own.
The ONLY down fall to our stay was the dog hair in the sheets and pillow cases.

The ad matching the description of the property. I won’t book with guys again. List 500 bucks but at least I didn’t destroy the family vacation!

Small and efficient little house, easy check in, pet friendly, nice surroundings and short drive to the beautiful beaches. You will find all you need.
Unit needs some updates: hooks in the bathroom (instead of current nails), cleaner carpet on the stairs, sofa (sleeping mattress cover) and rocking chair needs good cleaning etc.

There wasn't a continental breakfast offered but the location was perfect. Close enough to the beaches to make me happy and far enough away to still have a little solitude and avoid the big crowds. The cottage was clean, comfortable and well stocked with kitchen appliances/cookware.
We did have to keep asking for trashbags because they only gave us 2 at a time but they did give them to us. I would have liked to been provided with laundry detergent so I didn't have to buy it but we just brought the rest back home with us.

Location! 20 miles to Destin, 5 miles to grocery store, neat waterfront cabin, didn't have to share driveway, very quiet.
AC in main bedroom wasn't as cool as the living room AC but we didn't stay in very often and the TV didnt have any cable working, the living room did.

I have nothing but good to say about this little oasis. It was very quiet and stress free. Will definitely recommend to anyone coming to this area and I am sure that I will be visiting again as soon as I am able.
