I did not like the fact that I had to pay for the bed sheets and towels. The bed sheets did not seem to be professional cleaned but they were acceptable. I would suggest bringing your own as there is that option.

Clean place, nice furnishings. Caravan has everything you might need. Cleaning products, cooking pots and pans, salt n pepper, bin bag, comfortable mattresses, clean towels and linen. 10 min trail to a beautiful beach. We're a family of 5 , including elderly parents to a young toddler and all were very comfortable during the stay. My 3 yr old loved playing with the toys, the host kindly provided.
Host is very kind , helpful and responsive.
Lot of room and chairs to sit around. Shower pressure and temperature is excellent. Bins around the house. Good heating system in the living and double bedrooms. Beautiful views around. Lot of Grocery shops nearby. Lot of activities for kids. Location is very good. Close to the beach and not too far from shops
The second day of our visit, temperature decided to drop subzero and the last 2 single rooms were very cold for some of us sleeping there. Can't be helped much as it's a caravan and there are limitations

Very close to all amenities
Property needs updating and better maintenance The boiler didn’t work properly so had to have maintenance out on several occasions due to no hot water or heating. Hallway light broken so very dark broken window catch

The receptionist was very pleasant and polite and helpful. The caravan was very clean. Just a few minutes walk to the sea. Very close to superstores and the beach. buses running frequently.
We could not find the pull out bed LOL, so I had to sleep on the sofa. The twins room were too small for two people, hard to breath for someone who has small space phobia. The price to get in to the pols was too expensive, it should had been part of the price we had paid already. Also paying for bedding and towels was strange , I had never seen that before and we use caravans a lot.

Location was good although sometimes disturbed by heavy traffic during night.
Area was good and easy to get to places in the area.
We felt the play parks on site for children could be extended. For the number of children thought there could be more areas developed.
Prices paid for passes on site only to find things were all booked up in advance such as the swimming. As it was our first visit we were not aware of how far in advance we could book.
Site was well kept and clean.

Excellent communication, lovely property with everything you needed. Comfortable, clean and quiet location. We stayed as a family visiting our family close by so already know the area well but forgot how beautiful it was here with a short walk to the beach which our children loved! Even in one of the coldest spells in December we had a lovely winter walk, the property was lovely a warm. We will be back thank you!

Clean and comfortable, and lovely homely and thoughtful touches. Placed in a quiet sheltered location but still close to amenities. Lovely and generous corner plot.

The location was ideal for what we wanted.
It was very child friendly and clean. We didn’t take then haven pass and this worked was fine.
I would be happy to stay again.
It is comes across that Kerrie and Kevin take care and think of theirs guests.
The parts we would change would be linked to the actual haven facilities, maybe we just were a bit unlucky on timing but hard to get health food very limited choice in the shop. Although the shop has lots of stuff. And toys!

The caravan was very warm and welcoming. The caravan park was fun for adults and children. The views were beautiful.
Nothing beats my own bed. It did rain one evening and the rain and wind can be heard which disrupted some sleep.

The property was very clean and well presented. The hosts thought of little things to support your stay at the site and included extra information.

Nothing.
We knew from the photos on Booking.com that the caravan would be a little outdated, but at least expected some basic things to be taken care of. That didn't seem to be the case at all:
We were truly appalled by the state of the cooking hood (very greasy and very sticky), not only health wise but also in regards to fire safety and thus the safety of our family.
Pots, pans, plates, glasses etc. all needed to be washed before we were able to use them.
Non-stick frying pans were not non-stick at all.
The couch was sagging and you couldn't sit on it properly.
In some of the beds you felt the springs come through and the beds weren't comfortable at all.
The refrigerator makes continuous noise that keeps you up at night.
The lowest shelf on the refrigerator door can't be used because it's broken.
The drying rack is way too small for five people to dry towels as well as laundry.
The fan in the living room space was so dirty you couldn't turn it on. All the heaters were dirty as well.
Outside there were 2 sets of garden furniture: 1 black set with a table and 5 chairs of which 1 chair the fabric was ripped and the other 4 chairs starting to rip. 1 wooden set with a table and 3 wooden chairs on which it was impossible to sit on without collapsing.
The caravan is located behind the entrance which gives a lot of traffic noise especially early in the morning.
In the kitchen as well as in the shower the hot water supply was below average.
We are truly saddened by the whole situation as we were looking forward to a relaxing vacation in a place with at least the basic facilities properly arranged.
We had an awful week and the owners only reaction was that they have good reviews. We wonder how this is possible.

The location of the property, it was clean and tidy. Everything was in working order and utensils were provided for a perfect self catering holiday
The outside are could have been better. A bigger patio area with a BBQ

Very good service from the owners, good facilities for price paid. Check in and out was very simple.
No bed linen and costly to add on, and I didnt read small print to say not included so perhaps my own fault. You had the option to take own linen which is what I did.
