Very clean and comfortable and well located on the park, with amazing hosts who couldn’t do enough to help us whenever we needed it.

Everything was close proximity, beaches, restaurants and pubs.
The onsite pass for using entertainment and leisure, the option was limited, you have to pay for the duration of your stay as opposed to 1 day pass.
4.1
Stains on sofa and carpet, bad smell of damp where it's been flooded at some point

Just 1 night but very comfortable

Location good between two small beaches a short 10 minute walk to each. We stayed in TV36 which was the oldest of this hosts accommodation. Balcony/ deck was square and slightly bigger than the other two homes displayed in the pictures. Three homes in total,37 was much newer and 38 older. Not made clear on booking that there are 3 options.when emailed owner told us the number but there was no way to see this before arrival.Considering you are shown pictures of all accommodations this feels deceptive as the new one is very different from the older ones!
There was a serious problem with ingress of water, we had two rainy days. The floor of the kitchen area was wet with water coming out of the laminate flooring when stood on. owner responded with,”the next time you visit you can have the nicer cabin”added that they were away and unable to come and see the wetness. The trim of the flooring falling off from long term damp and the bathroom door did not close due to swollen hardboard door surround, due to damp. Thick dust on both headboards and all cupboards dusty.

The place is comfy and clean. So much appreciated the free wine from the owner!

Lovely location, complementary wine and biscuits on arrival was a very nice touch.
Thank you

the lodge is on a holiday park with lots around and everyone we met were super friendly - everyone! The security staff were brilliant and we got talking to them for a while and also some owners of lodges who live there 100% of the time. Very, very friendly place.
Its quite a small lodge on on a holiday park and you can't book activities like swimming in the pools or climbing, etc as private owners and their guests need to give a lot of notice, but that didn't ruin our stay - we were looking for a short stay and it was a bonus it was on a holiday camp

a £30 charge each to use swimming facilities. but beaches made up for it

lovely clean little property.
The restaurant and pool area are average but service was poor as was the food.

Bottle of wine and biscuits there as a gift. Restaurants in easy walking range. WiFi available.
Toilet in a very tight location.

Despite it being the first day of half term it was surprising quiet. The caravan was clean and comfortable with everything we needed except towels.
Had to go and buy towels… my fault, should have checked.

Host was really easy to contact & very helpful

The caravan was only a year old and was lovely and comfortable and clean and had a coffee machine. I like the keypad entry and no need to check in at reception
Would've liked to be overlooking the bay, would've liked it to be bigger for the price

all good

Was great being able to get my keys contactless. Not being able to charge my car was a problem especially as I choose this accommodation specifically to allow me to charge over night. I have stay on several holiday parks over the last five years and have always been able to plug in from my caravan.
It was very noisy at times and parking was mainly on grass mud, which meant dragging dirty feet into the caravan.

Restaurant provided good service and food on first night a friday. Caravan was clean and shower facility was good.
Bed was comfortable.
Caravan density was higher than anywhere I have experienced. Road space and lack of turning areas was the worst I have experienced.
Restaurant on the 2nd night was a melt down, with the young staff overwhelmed by numbers. Service was poor and the facility was crowded and very noisy.
No breakfast service was offered.
4.1
Extremely overpriced for such basic accomodation with no towels and I had to pay £70 extra for the family to have one swim despite having written to the hosts ahead of time to ask about this. The food available at the shop and takeaways was also very basic junk food with enormous waiting times which was surprising for such an expensive place. Also the picture of the beach on the booking was completely different to the one that was accessible from the site, which was pebbly,’small and very uninviting for swimming

We have been to this part of Dorset many times and the location was good for what we had planned for mini break. It was also handy that there was a Supermarket, Bar and Restaurant on site.
Nothing all was good and what we expected
