Lovely accommodation and good location.

Lovely accommodation, well thought out. Lots of character and everything we need for our stay. Location close to the quays meant we had lots of dinning options.Would have liked to walk our dog in the local parks etc, but the weather/flooding was against us!

Well positioned apartment. Attention needed to cleaning. Easily sorted!

Fab location, the apartment is deceptively spacious with a balcony overlooking the river. 2 minutes walk from the docks. Parking available and dog friendly.i

Sorry guys but the points below need addressing ASAP. The glasses, mugs were grubby and stained. We couldn't have a drink before washing up! It wasn't just the odd mug, it was most of them, we even found a lip stick mark on the rim of one! We even found food residue on one of the plates.. Secondly, the bedding was very sad and crumpled for such a lovely apartment. Only 1 pillow each?? The apartment overall appeared clean, the dirty kitchen equipment really let it down. What a shame.

If I come to Gloucester again, I’ll stay here 😊

Lovely flat. Comfy and welcoming. Owner was very accommodating when we arrived early!

The tie back for the living room blinds were broken. My son slept in the sofa rather than the sofa bed as it was more comfy. Neither of these would stop me coming back though!

Really enjoyed our short stay. Lovely property and great value for money. Would stay again.

Great location with the rear balcony overlooking the River Severn, and the docks with places to eat are at the front of the property.

Bedding in lounge was not as fresh-smelling as I would have liked.

Apartment is in good location next to the docks. Short walk to city center and restaurants etc.

Bedroom has old windows and road noise from passing traffic in the evenings. Apartment has poor ventilation in the bathroom with musty smell. Provided towels smelled moldy, could not use.

Lovely apartment overlooking river in heart of Gloucester.

LOVED the location. Completely surprised and captivated by the balcony in the living room opening onto the tranquil river with birds singing. The shower was fab. Some other nice aspects like the kitchen and the overall layout and vibe. It was an amazing location to explore Gloucester docks.

There seemed to be a few tiny things that just needed sorting out a bit. The drain in the shower seemed to be missing its drain grill. The door of the bathroom didn't want to fit properly. The bathroom door was really quite dirty. The mugs were hidden in a cupboard on the wall over the dining table. The blind cord pegs were coming out of the wall. Just seems like maybe it needed a day of little bits taking care of.

Glad it was only for one night

The location for the city was good

Bed uncomfortable and the noise from the road was horrendous, I had to sleep on the couch I the living room. The shower was blocked and flooded the whole bathroom. The parking you had to ram up a massive kerb which we didn't know about until arrival.

Fantastic location with off street parking. Clean, comfortable and spacious property.

Fantastic location in Gloucester Quays. Parking on site. Just parked up and that was it, we were able to walk to Gloucester Quays in 5 minutes and Gloucester Cathedral and centre in 10. The property was clean, comfortable and spacious. We would highly recommend staying here, we will certainly book again.

The sofa bed in the living area was small and uncomfortable, plenty of space so maybe think about a more suitable sofa bed. absolutely loved the apartment but there was people in the apartment above and we could hear every footstep and movement. They kept us awake until gone 4 in the morning with loud music and other antics!!! No consideration for anyone else!!

great location but bery disappointing. book anywhere else

brilliant location and great shower!

dirty bedding. sofa covered in stains. owner left us waiting outside for over an hour. did not return endless phone calls, email or text messages. I understand it was Mother’s Day but if you advertise a property and services and take payment from a customer then the least you can do is answer your phone..!

Nice flat by the river

Location was very good by the river near amenities and the centre

The windows were sash so there was traffic noise and light. The parking was on a raised pavement and it was difficult and could damage the tyres

Fabulous location

Location is fabulous, loads of pubs and restaurants nearby. Apartment is gorgeous, balcony overlooking the river is a nice touch and I can imagine it's a fab spot in the summer. Very spacious. Easy to find the property and instructions for access were clear.

If I had to pick anything I would say parking with no dropped kerb could be a problem - if your car has low suspension or not enough power to mount the kerb. But we carefully managed it.

The apartment was very cold due to the Heaton not turned on.

The apartment was large and clean good kitchen, bedroom, shower and living area. well worth the money.

When I arrived the heating was not on, the apartment was very cold and it took a long time to get warm. canned and bottled drinks in the fridge and a half carton of milk they must have been left by the last guests, in the bathroom there was men's and woman's cosmetics again I think these must have been left by the last guests
